本发明涉及一种多功能燃料添加剂,其特征在于,所述的燃料添加剂组成按体积百分比包括:脱水橄榄油10%~15%、二甲苯胺20%~30%、N‑甲基吗啉3.0%~8.0%、磷酸二氢钠2.0%~6.5%、十六烷基二甲基氯化铵5.5%~8.5%、乙二醇烷基苯醚20%~30%、二茂铁1.0%~1.5%、抗坏血酸0.5%~1.0%、乙二醇乙醚8.5%~12.5%及甲基叔丁基醚1.5%~8.5%。本发明还涉及该多功能燃料添加剂的制备方法。采用了本发明的多功能燃料添加剂及其制备方法保障了液体燃料的增效作用,具有十分广阔的市场前景。

多功能燃料添加剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及燃料技术领域,尤其涉及燃料添加剂,具体是指一种多功能燃料添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
为了节约能源,改善燃料油的燃烧状况,往往会向燃料油中加入添加剂未改善燃料油的某些性能。燃料添加剂即石油添加剂,主要应用于汽油、柴油、煤油和燃料油。按作用分,主要有抗爆剂、抗氧剂、金属钝化剂、抗静电剂、抗磨防锈剂、流动改进剂等,磷酸盐或磷酸盐衍生物是燃料添加剂的主要成分,既可以起到抗磨防锈作用,又可以起到抗氧化、抗老化作用。
近年来,人们对于燃料油添加剂的研究做大量工作。但是,大部分的添加剂确实在一定程度上改善了燃料油的某些性质,但是它们功能单一,只能提高燃料油的某一性能,对于燃料油的其他性能并没有提高。所以,研制一种具有多功能的添加剂就显得尤为重要。目前,己经研究开发了大量的燃料油添加剂,但是,对于多功能的燃料油添加剂研究较少,且大多效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服了上述现有技术的缺点,提供了一种通过几种有机物和无机物调和成的具有多功能、质量高的车用清洁燃料及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的车用清洁燃料及其制备方法如下:
本发明的多功能燃料添加剂,其主要特点是,所述的燃料添加剂组成按体积百分比包括:脱水橄榄油10%~15%、二甲苯胺20%~30%、N-甲基吗啉3.0%~8.0%、磷酸二氢钠2.0%~6.5%、十六烷基二甲基氯化铵5.5%~8.5%、乙二醇烷基苯醚20%~30%、二茂铁1.0%~1.5%、抗坏血酸0.5%~1.0%、乙二醇乙醚8.5%~12.5%及甲基叔丁基醚1.5%~8.5%。
较佳地,所述的燃料添加剂组成按体积百分比包括:脱水橄榄油12%、二甲苯胺25%、N-甲基吗啉6.0%、磷酸二氢钠4.5%、十六烷基二甲基氯化铵6.5%、乙二醇烷基苯醚25%、二茂铁1.3%、抗坏血酸0.8%、乙二醇乙醚10%及甲基叔丁基醚5%。
本发明的多功能燃料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法包括:
(1)在充满氮气的反应器中依次加入所述的水橄榄油、二甲苯胺、N-甲基吗啉、磷酸二氢钠、十六烷基二甲基氯化铵,降温至-5~0度,搅拌25分钟,形成第一添加剂;
(2)边搅拌边加入所述的乙二醇烷基苯醚、二茂铁、抗坏血酸、乙二醇乙醚及甲基叔丁基醚,形成第二添加剂;
(3)升温至室温,继续搅拌25分钟,即可得成品。
本发明的多功能燃料添加剂及其制备方法稳定性好,质量高,能够使得燃料油的排烟烟尘大幅度降低,极大地降低环境污染,且提高了节油率,具有十分广阔的市场前景。

为了能够更清楚地描述本发明的技术内容,下面结合具体实施例来进行进一步的描述。
本发明提供了多功能燃料添加剂,其中所述的燃料添加剂组成按体积百分比包括:脱水橄榄油10%~15%、二甲苯胺20%~30%、N-甲基吗啉3.0%~8.0%、磷酸二氢钠2.0%~6.5%、十六烷基二甲基氯化铵5.5%~8.5%、乙二醇烷基苯醚20%~30%、二茂铁1.0%~1.5%、抗坏血酸0.5%~1.0%、乙二醇乙醚8.5%~12.5%及甲基叔丁基醚1.5%~8.5%。
本发明所述的燃料添加剂组成按体积百分比包括:脱水橄榄油12%、二甲苯胺25%、N-甲基吗啉6.0%、磷酸二氢钠4.5%、十六烷基二甲基氯化铵6.5%、乙二醇烷基苯醚25%、二茂铁1.3%、抗坏血酸0.8%、乙二醇乙醚10%及甲基叔丁基醚5%。
请参阅图1所示,本发明的多功能燃料添加剂的制备方法,其中所述的制备方法包括:
(1)在充满氮气的反应器中依次加入所述的水橄榄油、二甲苯胺、N-甲基吗啉、磷酸二氢钠、十六烷基二甲基氯化铵,降温至-5~0度,搅拌25分钟,形成第一添加剂;
(2)边搅拌边加入所述的乙二醇烷基苯醚、二茂铁、抗坏血酸、乙二醇乙醚及甲基叔丁基醚,形成第二添加剂;
(3)升温至室温,继续搅拌25分钟,即可得成品。
综上,本发明的本发明的多功能燃料添加剂及其制备方法稳定性好,质量高,能够使得燃料油的排烟烟尘大幅度降低,极大地降低环境污染,且提高了节油率,具有十分广阔的市场前景。

1.一种多功能燃料添加剂,其特征在于,所述的燃料添加剂组成按体积百分比包括:脱水橄榄油10%~15%、二甲苯胺20%~30%、N-甲基吗啉3.0%~8.0%、磷酸二氢钠2.0%~6.5%、十六烷基二甲基氯化铵5.5%~8.5%、乙二醇烷基苯醚20%~30%、二茂铁1.0%~1.5%、抗坏血酸0.5%~1.0%、乙二醇乙醚8.5%~12.5%及甲基叔丁基醚1.5%~8.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能燃料添加剂,其特征在于,所述的燃料添加剂组成按体积百分比包括:脱水橄榄油12%、二甲苯胺25%、N-甲基吗啉6.0%、磷酸二氢钠4.5%、十六烷基二甲基氯化铵6.5%、乙二醇烷基苯醚25%、二茂铁1.3%、抗坏血酸0.8%、乙二醇乙醚10%及甲基叔丁基醚5%。
3.一种权利要求1至2中任一项所述的多功能燃料添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法包括:
(1)在充满氮气的反应器中依次加入所述的水橄榄油、二甲苯胺、N-甲基吗啉、磷酸二氢钠、十六烷基二甲基氯化铵,降温至-5~0度,搅拌25分钟,形成第一添加剂;
(2)边搅拌边加入所述的乙二醇烷基苯醚、二茂铁、抗坏血酸、乙二醇乙醚及甲基叔丁基醚,形成第二添加剂;
(3)升温至室温,继续搅拌25分钟,即可得成品。
