背景技术
活络油在我国已有上千年的历史，由中草药制成的活络油具有舒筋活络、祛风散瘀的功效，常用于风湿骨痛，筋骨疼痛，腰骨刺痛，跌打旧患，小疮肿痛，皮肤痕痒，蚊叮虫咬，舟车晕浪，头晕肚痛。
目前，生产活络油产品的厂家很多，同时活络油产品的品种也很多，往往疗效良莠不齐，并且大部分的活络油产品并没有达到宣称的治疗效果。因此，研发一种疗效确切、治疗效果好、见效快、安全无副作用的活络油是当前本技术领域技术人员需要解决的问题。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术存在的不足，本发明提供了一种疗效确切、治疗效果好、见效快、安全无副作用的活络油，具有舒筋活络、祛风散瘀的功效。本发明具体采用如下技术方案：
一种活络油，由如下重量份的原料制成：无水乙醇100-1000份、红花150-300份、续断150-300份、莪术150-300份、防风150-300份、毛冬青150-300份、杜仲150-300份、独活150-300份、两面针150-300份、牛大力150-300份、威灵仙150-300份、当归150-300份、没药150-300份、牛膝150-300份、川芎150-300份、薄荷脑50-250份、冬青油50-250份、松节油50-250份、樟脑50-100份。
优选地，一种活络油，由如下重量份的原料制成：无水乙醇750份、红花266份、续断266份、莪术266份、防风266份、毛冬青266份、杜仲266份、独活266份、两面针266份、牛大力266份、威灵仙266份、当归250份、没药250份、牛膝250份、川芎250份、薄荷脑169份、冬青油169份、松节油169份、樟脑83份。
上述活络油的制备方法为：
(1)、称取所述重量份的红花、续断、莪术、防风、毛冬青、杜仲、独活、两面针、牛大力、威灵仙、当归、没药、牛膝、川芎、薄荷脑、樟脑，加入上述药材5-15倍重量的纯化水，浸泡4-12小时，回流煎煮2小时，过滤并保留滤渣，将滤液浓缩至25℃相对密度为1.1-1.2的浓缩液备用；
(2)、将步骤(1)的滤渣加3-5倍重量的无水乙醇，回流提取2小时，过滤除去滤渣，将滤液减压蒸馏浓缩至25℃相对密度为1.15-1.25的浓缩液备用；
(3)、将步骤(1)和(2)所得的浓缩液合并，继续浓缩至25℃相对密度为1.2-1.4的中药浸膏，真空干燥至干浸膏，粉碎磨细，过200目筛，获得细粉；
(4)、将步骤(4)的细粉加入所述重量份的无水乙醇、冬青油、松节油，混合搅匀，最后常规包装成每瓶5g液态成品即得所述活络油。

(1)红花：活血化瘀，通经。
(2)续断：补肝肾，行血脉，续筋骨。
(3)莪术：破血祛瘀，行气止痛。
(4)防风：祛风解表，胜湿止痛，解痉。
(5)毛冬青：清热解毒，活血通脉。
(6)杜仲：补肝肾，强筋骨，安胎。
(7)独活：祛风湿，止痛，发表。
(8)两面针：活血化瘀，行气止痛，祛风通络，解毒消肿。
(9)牛大力：补虚润肺，强筋活络。
(10)威灵仙：祛风湿，通经络，止痹痛。
(11)当归：活血止痛，补血调经，润肠通便。
(12)没药：活血止痛，消肿生肌。
(13)牛膝：活血化瘀。
(14)川芎：活血行气，祛风止痛。
(15)薄荷脑：消炎去瘀。

实施例1：
一种活络油，由如下重量的原料制成：无水乙醇750g、红花266g、续断266g、莪术266g、防风266g、毛冬青266g、杜仲266g、独活266g、两面针266g、牛大力266g、威灵仙266g、当归250g、没药250g、牛膝250g、川芎250g、薄荷脑169g、冬青油169g、松节油169g、樟脑83g。
上述活络油的制备方法为：
(1)、称取所述重量的红花、续断、莪术、防风、毛冬青、杜仲、独活、两面针、牛大力、威灵仙、当归、没药、牛膝、川芎、薄荷脑、樟脑，加入上述药材10倍重量的纯化水，浸泡8小时，回流煎煮2小时，过滤并保留滤渣，将滤液浓缩至25℃相对密度为1.15的浓缩液备用；
(2)、将步骤(1)的滤渣加4倍重量的无水乙醇，回流提取2小时，过滤除去滤渣，将滤液减压蒸馏浓缩至25℃相对密度为1.2的浓缩液备用；
(3)、将步骤(1)和(2)所得的浓缩液合并，继续浓缩至25℃相对密度为1.3的中药浸膏，真空干燥至干浸膏，粉碎磨细，过200目筛，获得细粉；
(4)、将步骤(4)的细粉加入所述重量的无水乙醇、冬青油、松节油，混合搅匀，最后常规包装成每瓶5g液态成品即得所述活络油。
实施例2：
一种活络油，由如下重量的原料制成：无水乙醇100g、红花300g、续断150g、莪术300g、防风150g、毛冬青300g、杜仲150g、独活300g、两面针150g、牛大力300g、威灵仙150g、当归300g、没药150g、牛膝300g、川芎150g、薄荷脑250g、冬青油50g、松节油250g、樟脑50g。
上述活络油的制备方法为：
(1)、称取所述重量的红花、续断、莪术、防风、毛冬青、杜仲、独活、两面针、牛大力、威灵仙、当归、没药、牛膝、川芎、薄荷脑、樟脑，加入上述药材5倍重量的纯化水，浸泡12小时，回流煎煮2小时，过滤并保留滤渣，将滤液浓缩至25℃相对密度为1.1的浓缩液备用；
(2)、将步骤(1)的滤渣加5倍重量的无水乙醇，回流提取2小时，过滤除去滤渣，将滤液减压蒸馏浓缩至25℃相对密度为1.15的浓缩液备用；
(3)、将步骤(1)和(2)所得的浓缩液合并，继续浓缩至25℃相对密度为1.4的中药浸膏，真空干燥至干浸膏，粉碎磨细，过200目筛，获得细粉；
(4)、将步骤(4)的细粉加入所述重量的无水乙醇、冬青油、松节油，混合搅匀，最后常规包装成每瓶5g液态成品即得所述活络油。
实施例3：
一种活络油，由如下重量的原料制成：无水乙醇1000g、红花150g、续断300g、莪术150g、防风300g、毛冬青150g、杜仲300g、独活150g、两面针300g、牛大力150g、威灵仙300g、当归150g、没药300g、牛膝150g、川芎300g、薄荷脑50g、冬青油250g、松节油50g、樟脑100g。
上述活络油的制备方法为：
(1)、称取所述重量的红花、续断、莪术、防风、毛冬青、杜仲、独活、两面针、牛大力、威灵仙、当归、没药、牛膝、川芎、薄荷脑、樟脑，加入上述药材15倍重量的纯化水，浸泡4小时，回流煎煮2小时，过滤并保留滤渣，将滤液浓缩至25℃相对密度为1.2的浓缩液备用；
(2)、将步骤(1)的滤渣加3倍重量的无水乙醇，回流提取2小时，过滤除去滤渣，将滤液减压蒸馏浓缩至25℃相对密度为1.25的浓缩液备用；
(3)、将步骤(1)和(2)所得的浓缩液合并，继续浓缩至25℃相对密度为1.2的中药浸膏，真空干燥至干浸膏，粉碎磨细，过200目筛，获得细粉；
(4)、将步骤(4)的细粉加入所述重量的无水乙醇、冬青油、松节油，混合搅匀，最后常规包装成每瓶5g液态成品即得所述活络油。
本发明实施例1～3的活络油治疗关节扭伤、关节肿痛的临床试验数据：
(1)临床资料：
选取102例关节扭伤、关节肿痛患者进行临床观察治疗，其中男53例，女49例，年龄15～89岁，平均年龄49岁。102例扭伤患者中，脚踝扭伤患者30例、膝关节扭伤患者32例、肩关节扭伤患者28例、腕关节扭伤患者12例。以上患者症状有以下几点之一或两种以上：扭伤部位局部肿胀、剧痛、活动受限、关节皮下淤血形成血肿。
将以上102例患者随机平均分成三个治疗组，每个治疗组34例，其中治疗组1采用实施例1制备的活络油进行治疗，治疗组2采用实施例2制备的活络油进行治疗，治疗组3采用实施例3制备的活络油进行治疗。
(2)治疗方法：
将扭伤部位清洗干净后，用医用棉签蘸取本发明的活络油擦洗，一天分早晚各擦洗一次，连续治疗一周。治疗期间每天观察一次，包括扭伤部位症状改善情况，不良反应等。
(3)疗效判定标准：
治愈：局部肿胀、剧痛、活动受限、血肿等扭伤症状全部消失，扭伤部位身体功能恢复正常。
有效：关节肿胀等症状明显减轻或有所改善，扭伤部位身体功能有明显恢复。
无效：关节肿胀等症状没有改善，扭伤部位身体功能和治疗前相比无好转。
(4)治疗结果：
治疗组1：治愈：26例，有效：8例，无效0例，总有效率为100％；并且未观察到不良反应。
治疗组2：治愈：29例，有效：5例，无效0例，总有效率为100％；并且未观察到不良反应。
治疗组3：治愈：33例，有效：1例，无效0例，总有效率为100％；并且未观察到不良反应。
通过以上临床试验可知，本发明实施例1～3的活络油对于关节扭伤、关节肿痛有显著疗效，其中，实施例3的活络油的效果最佳。
典型病例1：膝僵硬不能下床
某男性，85岁，有膝关节僵硬症状，早起无法即时活动，已有大半年了。使用前：老人家几乎把市面的活络油牌子都买来了，每天要靠擦市面上买的【黄道益】和【破痛油】活络油半小时，才能下床，但是僵硬症状一直没有痊愈。使用后：老人家在晚上睡前擦了一次本发明实施例3的活络油，第二天早上膝关节没再出现僵硬现象了，而且至今膝关节一直正常。
典型病例2：足踝扭伤
某女性，24岁，足踝扭伤有一个星期了，足踝内外瘀黑肿胀明显，而且不能正常走路，因为疼痛，只能一拐一拐地慢慢走路。使用前：患者在2015年12月19日扭伤后有去看跌打中医，扭伤六天后，中医贴膏药治疗效果不佳，瘀黑肿胀依然，疼痛依然，走路一拐一拐的，而足踝皮肤表面可看见擦膏药留下的黄色痕迹。使用后：2015年12月25日晚开始擦发明实施例3的活络油。患者第一次自己擦时，一边擦，一边看着肿胀消除大半。2015年12月26日上午，瘀黑已散并转红；2015年12月27日上午，肿消了，红渐散；2015年12月28曰上午，瘀黑散尽，红肿逐步消中；2016年01月08日，行动能跑能跳。

Claims (3)

1.一种活络油，其特征在于，由如下重量份的原料制成：无水乙醇100-1000份、红花150-300份、续断150-300份、莪术150-300份、防风150-300份、毛冬青150-300份、杜仲150-300份、独活150-300份、两面针150-300份、牛大力150-300份、威灵仙150-300份、当归150-300份、没药150-300份、牛膝150-300份、川芎150-300份、薄荷脑50-250份、冬青油50-250份、松节油50-250份、樟脑50-100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种活络油，其特征在于，由如下重量份的原料制成：无水乙醇750份、红花266份、续断266份、莪术266份、防风266份、毛冬青266份、杜仲266份、独活266份、两面针266份、牛大力266份、威灵仙266份、当归250份、没药250份、牛膝250份、川芎250份、薄荷脑169份、冬青油169份、松节油169份、樟脑83份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种活络油，其特征在于，制备方法为：
(1)、称取所述重量份的红花、续断、莪术、防风、毛冬青、杜仲、独活、两面针、牛大力、威灵仙、当归、没药、牛膝、川芎、薄荷脑、樟脑，加入上述药材5-15倍重量的纯化水，浸泡4-12小时，回流煎煮2小时，过滤并保留滤渣，将滤液浓缩至25℃相对密度为1.1-1.2的浓缩液备用；
(2)、将步骤(1)的滤渣加3-5倍重量的无水乙醇，回流提取2小时，过滤除去滤渣，将滤液减压蒸馏浓缩至25℃相对密度为1.15-1.25的浓缩液备用；
(3)、将步骤(1)和(2)所得的浓缩液合并，继续浓缩至25℃相对密度为1.2-1.4的中药浸膏，真空干燥至干浸膏，粉碎磨细，过200目筛，获得细粉；
(4)、将步骤(4)的细粉加入所述重量份的无水乙醇、冬青油、松节油，混合搅匀，最后常规包装成每瓶5g液态成品即得所述活络油。
