Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保高适印性阻燃壁纸原纸,本发明改进现有工艺和配方以海泡石粉‑三氧化二锑‑氯化石蜡为阻燃剂并加以改性,通过捕捉纸张燃烧反应气相中维持燃烧的链式反应的H•和OH•自由基,进而改变气相中的反应模式,减少反应放热量而使火焰淬灭,同时本发明还将纳米氧化镁有机改性后添加到原料中,提高了原纸的涂刷性和抗吸附性,与装饰层结合紧密不易脱落,利用本发明制得的阻燃壁纸原纸耐燃性能达到 GB/T14656‑93要求,其撕裂度、耐折度、环压强度、抗张强度均有提高,其吸墨均匀,展色力强,具有较低的伸缩性和较高的柔软度,适印性好,且经济环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及造纸技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保高适印性阻燃壁纸原纸及其制作方法。
背景技术
壁纸又称墙纸,是以纸、非织造布或织造布为基材,加上装饰层,广泛用于一些墙面或壁面的装饰。虽然墙纸对建筑的装饰作用并不是必不可少的,但是它已经是营造室内风格、氛围和色彩的重要手段。尤其是以纸为基材的壁纸,无论从产品性能还是环保要求上备受人们的青睐。
纸是人们生活中必不可少的物品。随着社会经济的发展,纸及纸制品广泛地应用在包装材料、建筑材料、工农业和日常生活用品等诸多方面。纸的燃点在 130~230℃,氧指数在15%~20%之间,是极易燃烧的物品。它经常呈现为火灾的引燃物质或推动火势迅速向前发展的媒介。而以纸为基材的壁纸,一旦发生火灾,火焰极易沿壁纸蔓延,造成火势迅速扩大,因而对纸的阻燃研究是壁纸阻燃研究的重要手段。传统阻燃做法大都是对装饰层加以阻燃处理,但使用时间久了壁纸表面覆盖的装饰层容易磨损脱落或受其他外界环境影响导致壁纸的阻燃性降低,显然对壁纸基材原纸进行阻燃处理尤为重要。
《海泡石粉阻燃纸的研制》一文介绍了阻燃纸的制备方法,对以海泡石粉为主要无机添加剂的阻燃体系进行了研究。结果表明,单纯以海泡石粉为外加剂时,添加量达到70%以上才有较好的阻燃性;添加一定量的氯化石蜡-三氧化二锑可以大大提高纸的阻燃性能。通过筛选获得混合阻燃剂的配比为7∶1∶2,添加量为 30%,纸的阻燃性能达到GB/T14656-93要求,其抗张强度、撕裂度、耐折度、环压强度达到了较好的水平。
文中仅对原纸的阻燃性做了分析,然而目前的壁纸一般都存在易积尘积垢、遇水即湿、隔音效果差、功能单一等问题,涂在墙上仅仅起到装饰作用,达不到人们对室内环境高要求的技术指标,且在潮湿地带或潮湿气候尤其是南方梅雨季节会发霉,不易保存,使用寿命较短,这样需要经常更换墙纸,成本较高。因此,本发明改进现有生产工艺和配方,制备出功能多样的壁纸用复合阻燃原纸。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种环保高适印性阻燃壁纸原纸及其制作方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种环保高适印性阻燃壁纸原纸,由下列重量份的原料制成:漂白落叶松木浆69-71、海泡石粉17-19、氯化石蜡2-4、三氧化二锑3.5-4.5、双飞粉3-5、海带5-7、乌拉草纤维6-8、桉叶油2-3、海藻酸钠0.7-0.9、光触媒0.4-0.6、纳米氧化镁0.3-0.5、松香2.3-2.5、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4.6-5.3。
所述的一种环保高适印性阻燃壁纸原纸的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在氮气保护下将邻苯二甲酸二丁酯加热煮沸,加入纳米氧化镁、光触媒保持温度磁力搅拌1-2小时,过滤、洗涤干燥后,加入桉叶油、海藻酸钠研磨30-40分钟,烘干制得有机改性纳米氧化镁;
(2)将海泡石粉放入浓度为3-5mol/L的盐酸溶液中浸泡8-9小时,于30-60℃恒温水浴中连续磁力搅拌2-3小时,过滤、洗涤至中性真空干燥加入三氧化二锑、松香于710-730℃温度条件下焙烧1-2小时,冷却加入氯化石蜡、步骤(1)物料超声研磨30-40分钟得有机改性海泡石粉;
(3)将海带、乌拉草纤维加水打成浆,加入漂白落叶松木浆继续打浆10-15分钟,然后加入步骤(2)物料及其他剩余成分搅拌混匀,加热至50-55℃保持温度磁力搅拌1-2小时,最后将混合浆经抄纸、压榨、烘干、卷曲出料。
本发明的优点是:本发明改进现有工艺和配方以海泡石粉-三氧化二锑-氯化石蜡为阻燃剂并加以改性,通过捕捉纸张燃烧反应气相中维持燃烧的链式反应的H•和OH•自由基,进而改变气相中的反应模式,减少反应放热量而使火焰淬灭,同时本发明还将纳米氧化镁有机改性后添加到原料中,提高了原纸的涂刷性和抗吸附性,与装饰层结合紧密不易脱落,利用本发明制得的阻燃壁纸原纸耐燃性能达到 GB/T14656-93要求,其撕裂度、耐折度、环压强度、抗张强度均有提高,其吸墨均匀,展色力强,具有较低的伸缩性和较高的柔软度,适印性好,且经济环保。
具体实施方式
一种环保高适印性阻燃壁纸原纸,由下列重量份的原料制成:漂白落叶松木浆69、海泡石粉17、氯化石蜡2、三氧化二锑3.5、双飞粉3、海带5、乌拉草纤维6、桉叶油2、海藻酸钠0.7、光触媒0.4、纳米氧化镁0.3、松香2.3、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4.6。
所述的一种环保高适印性阻燃壁纸原纸的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在氮气保护下将邻苯二甲酸二丁酯加热煮沸,加入纳米氧化镁、光触媒保持温度磁力搅拌1-2小时,过滤、洗涤干燥后,加入桉叶油、海藻酸钠研磨30-40分钟,烘干制得有机改性纳米氧化镁;
(2)将海泡石粉放入浓度为3-5mol/L的盐酸溶液中浸泡8-9小时,于30-60℃恒温水浴中连续磁力搅拌2-3小时,过滤、洗涤至中性真空干燥加入三氧化二锑、松香于710-730℃温度条件下焙烧1-2小时,冷却加入氯化石蜡、步骤(1)物料超声研磨30-40分钟得有机改性海泡石粉;
(3)将海带、乌拉草纤维加水打成浆,加入漂白落叶松木浆继续打浆10-15分钟,然后加入步骤(2)物料及其他剩余成分搅拌混匀,加热至50-55℃保持温度磁力搅拌1-2小时,最后将混合浆经抄纸、压榨、烘干、卷曲出料。
利用本发明制得的阻燃壁纸原纸具有如下技术指标:
抗张强度/kN•m–1:3.32;
撕裂度/mN:422;
耐折度/次:57;
环压强度/kN•m–1:2.62。
Claims (2)
1.一种环保高适印性阻燃壁纸原纸,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:漂白落叶松木浆69-71、海泡石粉17-19、氯化石蜡2-4、三氧化二锑3.5-4.5、双飞粉3-5、海带5-7、乌拉草纤维6-8、桉叶油2-3、海藻酸钠0.7-0.9、光触媒0.4-0.6、纳米氧化镁0.3-0.5、松香2.3-2.5、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯4.6-5.3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保高适印性阻燃壁纸原纸的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)在氮气保护下将邻苯二甲酸二丁酯加热煮沸,加入纳米氧化镁、光触媒保持温度磁力搅拌1-2小时,过滤、洗涤干燥后,加入桉叶油、海藻酸钠研磨30-40分钟,烘干制得有机改性纳米氧化镁;
(2)将海泡石粉放入浓度为3-5mol/L的盐酸溶液中浸泡8-9小时,于30-60℃恒温水浴中连续磁力搅拌2-3小时,过滤、洗涤至中性真空干燥加入三氧化二锑、松香于710-730℃温度条件下焙烧1-2小时,冷却加入氯化石蜡、步骤(1)物料超声研磨30-40分钟得有机改性海泡石粉;
(3)将海带、乌拉草纤维加水打成浆,加入漂白落叶松木浆继续打浆10-15分钟,然后加入步骤(2)物料及其他剩余成分搅拌混匀,加热至50-55℃保持温度磁力搅拌1-2小时,最后将混合浆经抄纸、压榨、烘干、卷曲出料。
