Abstract

本发明公开了一种防潮耐沾污阻燃壁纸原纸,本发明改进现有工艺和配方以海泡石粉‑三氧化二锑‑氯化石蜡为阻燃剂并加以改性,通过捕捉纸张燃烧反应气相中维持燃烧的链式反应的H•和OH•自由基,进而改变气相中的反应模式,减少反应放热量而使火焰淬灭,同时本发明还将纳米二氧化钛有机改性后添加到原料中,提高了原纸的涂刷性和耐沾污性能,与装饰层结合紧密不易脱落,利用本发明制得的阻燃壁纸原纸耐燃性能达到 GB/T14656‑93要求,其撕裂度、耐折度、环压强度、抗张强度均有提高,且该原纸制备的壁纸具有良好的透气性能,防潮耐沾污,并且稳定性好、耐撞击、不变形,覆盖性好。

一种防潮耐沾污阻燃壁纸原纸及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及造纸技术领域,尤其涉及一种防潮耐沾污阻燃壁纸原纸及其制作方法。
背景技术
壁纸又称墙纸,是以纸、非织造布或织造布为基材,加上装饰层,广泛用于一些墙面或壁面的装饰。虽然墙纸对建筑的装饰作用并不是必不可少的,但是它已经是营造室内风格、氛围和色彩的重要手段。尤其是以纸为基材的壁纸,无论从产品性能还是环保要求上备受人们的青睐。
纸是人们生活中必不可少的物品。随着社会经济的发展,纸及纸制品广泛地应用在包装材料、建筑材料、工农业和日常生活用品等诸多方面。纸的燃点在 130~230℃,氧指数在15%~20%之间,是极易燃烧的物品。它经常呈现为火灾的引燃物质或推动火势迅速向前发展的媒介。而以纸为基材的壁纸,一旦发生火灾,火焰极易沿壁纸蔓延,造成火势迅速扩大,因而对纸的阻燃研究是壁纸阻燃研究的重要手段。传统阻燃做法大都是对装饰层加以阻燃处理,但使用时间久了壁纸表面覆盖的装饰层容易磨损脱落或受其他外界环境影响导致壁纸的阻燃性降低,显然对壁纸基材原纸进行阻燃处理尤为重要。
《海泡石粉阻燃纸的研制》一文介绍了阻燃纸的制备方法,对以海泡石粉为主要无机添加剂的阻燃体系进行了研究。结果表明,单纯以海泡石粉为外加剂时,添加量达到70%以上才有较好的阻燃性;添加一定量的氯化石蜡-三氧化二锑可以大大提高纸的阻燃性能。通过筛选获得混合阻燃剂的配比为7∶1∶2,添加量为 30%,纸的阻燃性能达到GB/T14656-93要求,其抗张强度、撕裂度、耐折度、环压强度达到了较好的水平。
文中仅对原纸的阻燃性做了分析,然而目前的壁纸一般都存在易积尘积垢、遇水即湿、隔音效果差、功能单一等问题,涂在墙上仅仅起到装饰作用,达不到人们对室内环境高要求的技术指标,且在潮湿地带或潮湿气候尤其是南方梅雨季节会发霉,不易保存,使用寿命较短,这样需要经常更换墙纸,成本较高。因此,本发明改进现有生产工艺和配方,制备出功能多样的壁纸用复合阻燃原纸。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种防潮耐沾污阻燃壁纸原纸及其制作方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防潮耐沾污阻燃壁纸原纸,由下列重量份的原料制成:芦苇浆57-59、银杏叶12-14、白茅根5-7、木质纤维4-6、海泡石粉18.7-19.7、氯化石蜡2.7-3.7、三氧化二锑5.7-6.1、纳米二氧化钛0.3-0.5、泡花碱0.4-0.6、达玛树脂3-5、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷5-7。
所述的一种防潮耐沾污阻燃壁纸原纸的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在氮气保护下将3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷加热煮沸,加入纳米二氧化钛保持温度磁力搅拌1-2小时,过滤、洗涤干燥后,在零下15-20℃下冷冻3-5小时,制得有机改性纳米二氧化钛;
(2)将海泡石粉、三氧化二锑于679-710℃温度条件下焙烧1-2小时,冷却至230-240℃加入达玛树脂磁力搅拌20-30分钟,加入氯化石蜡、步骤(1)物料超声研磨30-40分钟得有机改性海泡石粉;
(3)将银杏叶、白茅根加水打成浆,加入木质纤维及适量质量浓度为1-2%的氢氧化钠水溶液蒸煮5-8小时,用流水漂洗干净,研磨成抗菌浆料;
(4)将芦苇浆、步骤(3)物料加入打浆机中,加入适量水打浆,然后加入步骤(2)物料及其他剩余成分搅拌混匀,加热至50-55℃保持温度磁力搅拌1-2小时,最后将混合浆经抄纸、压榨、烘干、卷曲出料。
本发明的优点是:本发明改进现有工艺和配方以海泡石粉-三氧化二锑-氯化石蜡为阻燃剂并加以改性,通过捕捉纸张燃烧反应气相中维持燃烧的链式反应的H•和OH•自由基,进而改变气相中的反应模式,减少反应放热量而使火焰淬灭,同时本发明还将纳米二氧化钛有机改性后添加到原料中,提高了原纸的涂刷性和耐沾污性能,与装饰层结合紧密不易脱落,利用本发明制得的阻燃壁纸原纸耐燃性能达到 GB/T14656-93要求,其撕裂度、耐折度、环压强度、抗张强度均有提高,且该原纸制备的壁纸具有良好的透气性能,防潮耐沾污,并且稳定性好、耐撞击、不变形,覆盖性好。
具体实施方式
一种防潮耐沾污阻燃壁纸原纸,由下列重量份的原料制成:芦苇浆57、银杏叶12、白茅根5、木质纤维4、海泡石粉18.7、氯化石蜡2.7、三氧化二锑5.7、纳米二氧化钛0.3、泡花碱0.4、达玛树脂3、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷5。
所述的一种防潮耐沾污阻燃壁纸原纸的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在氮气保护下将3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷加热煮沸,加入纳米二氧化钛保持温度磁力搅拌1-2小时,过滤、洗涤干燥后,在零下15-20℃下冷冻3-5小时,制得有机改性纳米二氧化钛;
(2)将海泡石粉、三氧化二锑于679-710℃温度条件下焙烧1-2小时,冷却至230-240℃加入达玛树脂磁力搅拌20-30分钟,加入氯化石蜡、步骤(1)物料超声研磨30-40分钟得有机改性海泡石粉;
(3)将银杏叶、白茅根加水打成浆,加入木质纤维及适量质量浓度为1-2%的氢氧化钠水溶液蒸煮5-8小时,用流水漂洗干净,研磨成抗菌浆料;
(4)将芦苇浆、步骤(3)物料加入打浆机中,加入适量水打浆,然后加入步骤(2)物料及其他剩余成分搅拌混匀,加热至50-55℃保持温度磁力搅拌1-2小时,最后将混合浆经抄纸、压榨、烘干、卷曲出料。
利用本发明制得的阻燃壁纸原纸具有如下技术指标:
抗张强度/kN•m–1:3.46;
撕裂度/mN:436;
耐折度/次:55;
环压强度/kN•m–1:2.76。

Claims (2)

1.一种防潮耐沾污阻燃壁纸原纸,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:芦苇浆57-59、银杏叶12-14、白茅根5-7、木质纤维4-6、海泡石粉18.7-19.7、氯化石蜡2.7-3.7、三氧化二锑5.7-6.1、纳米二氧化钛0.3-0.5、泡花碱0.4-0.6、达玛树脂3-5、3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷5-7。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防潮耐沾污阻燃壁纸原纸的制作方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)在氮气保护下将3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷加热煮沸,加入纳米二氧化钛保持温度磁力搅拌1-2小时,过滤、洗涤干燥后,在零下15-20℃下冷冻3-5小时,制得有机改性纳米二氧化钛;
(2)将海泡石粉、三氧化二锑于679-710℃温度条件下焙烧1-2小时,冷却至230-240℃加入达玛树脂磁力搅拌20-30分钟,加入氯化石蜡、步骤(1)物料超声研磨30-40分钟得有机改性海泡石粉;
(3)将银杏叶、白茅根加水打成浆,加入木质纤维及适量质量浓度为1-2%的氢氧化钠水溶液蒸煮5-8小时,用流水漂洗干净,研磨成抗菌浆料;
(4)将芦苇浆、步骤(3)物料加入打浆机中,加入适量水打浆,然后加入步骤(2)物料及其他剩余成分搅拌混匀,加热至50-55℃保持温度磁力搅拌1-2小时,最后将混合浆经抄纸、压榨、烘干、卷曲出料。
