本发明涉及金属表面处理剂,尤其涉及一种多功能型金属表面处理剂。
背景技术
现有金属表面处理剂污染较为严重,不能循环使用,且产生的残渣不能回收利用个,生产成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种多功能型金属表面处理剂,解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供一种多功能型金属表面处理剂,包括硅酸甲20-60份,壳聚糖5-20份,乌洛托品1-8份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-9份,儿茶酚2-8份,十二醇酯1-6份,对苯二酚10-25份,苹果酸液1-15份。
生产时,将上述物料加入到反应釜中,并加入占总物料质量60%的水,在常温下搅拌4h,即可制得成品。
本发明的处理剂具有可循环使用、无污染、无排放的特点,产生的残渣可以回收利用,降低了综合成本。
具体实施方式
实施例1:包括硅酸甲20份,壳聚糖5份,乌洛托品1份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1份,儿茶酚2份,十二醇酯1份,对苯二酚10份,苹果酸液1份。
实施例2:包括硅酸甲40份,壳聚糖11份,乌洛托品5份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5份,儿茶酚4份,十二醇酯4份,对苯二酚15份,苹果酸液8份。
实施例3:包括硅酸甲60份,壳聚糖20份,乌洛托品8份,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚9份,儿茶酚8份,十二醇酯6份,对苯二酚25份,苹果酸液15份。
生产时,将上述物料加入到反应釜中,并加入占总物料质量60%的水,在常温下搅拌4h,即可制得成品。
综上所述,本发明的处理剂具有可循环使用、无污染、无排放的特点,产生的残渣可以回收利用,降低了综合成本。
