本发明涉及金属表面处理剂，尤其涉及一种多功能型金属表面处理剂。
背景技术
现有金属表面处理剂污染较为严重，不能循环使用，且产生的残渣不能回收利用个，生产成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种多功能型金属表面处理剂，解决上述现有技术问题中的一个或者多个。
根据本发明的一个方面，提供一种多功能型金属表面处理剂，包括硅酸甲20-60份，壳聚糖5-20份，乌洛托品1-8份，脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1-9份，儿茶酚2-8份，十二醇酯1-6份，对苯二酚10-25份，苹果酸液1-15份。
生产时，将上述物料加入到反应釜中，并加入占总物料质量60％的水，在常温下搅拌4h，即可制得成品。
本发明的处理剂具有可循环使用、无污染、无排放的特点，产生的残渣可以回收利用，降低了综合成本。
具体实施方式
实施例1：包括硅酸甲20份，壳聚糖5份，乌洛托品1份，脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1份，儿茶酚2份，十二醇酯1份，对苯二酚10份，苹果酸液1份。
实施例2：包括硅酸甲40份，壳聚糖11份，乌洛托品5份，脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚5份，儿茶酚4份，十二醇酯4份，对苯二酚15份，苹果酸液8份。
实施例3：包括硅酸甲60份，壳聚糖20份，乌洛托品8份，脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚9份，儿茶酚8份，十二醇酯6份，对苯二酚25份，苹果酸液15份。
生产时，将上述物料加入到反应釜中，并加入占总物料质量60％的水，在常温下搅拌4h，即可制得成品。
综上所述，本发明的处理剂具有可循环使用、无污染、无排放的特点，产生的残渣可以回收利用，降低了综合成本。
