本发明涉及一种用于建筑壁面装饰的多功能涂料,具体应用在建筑构筑物内外墙装饰领域,可广泛应用在公路隧道、铁路隧道、轨道交通工程、地下综合管廊工程、市政地下通道工程、军事、民防工程,以及地下商场、车站、码头、学校等公共场所。
背景技术
通风和照明是建筑构筑物能耗的两个主要方面。通风的目的是利用新鲜空气来稀释和排除建筑内有害气体和粉尘颗粒,改善空气质量。通风节能的措施往往集中在通风系统的控制上,照明节能措施主要是布设节能灯具和优化灯具布置方案。而目前的常规建筑壁面装饰涂料在改善空气质量和照明方面的贡献微乎其微。
火灾的特点是烟雾大、温度高、能见度低、不易疏散、扑救难,故火灾时的逃生照明尤为重要。资料统计表明,在建筑和地下工程中发生火灾,真正在火海中被烧死人员只能占事故总死亡人数的四分之一,其余四分之三绝大多数是因为不能有效逃生被烟雾熏呛而亡。各种研究表明:发生火灾后人在逃生中,当眼睛视距在烟雾状态下看不到3米之外时,人很难得以有效逃生。另外,发生火灾往往会引起电缆短路而停电,常规建筑壁面装饰涂料在黑暗、浓烟的情况下对于引导逃生毫无作用。应急照明灯具因其光照不连续,起到的指示作用非常有限。因此,研究和改进常规建筑涂料在上述特定环境下的多功能逃生作用至关重要。

本发明的目的在于提供一种不仅具有常规建筑涂料所具有的耐酸碱、耐腐蚀、耐沾污、耐水洗、抗霉杀菌、抗静电、重物冲击不产生火花、环保、无毒、无害、无辐射、防火阻燃、增光增亮、延时发光、使用寿命长等特点,而且具有节能降耗、增光增亮、延时发光、安全防灾和改善空气质量的用于建筑壁面装饰的多功能涂料。
其技术方案是:一种用于建筑壁面装饰的多功能涂料,其特征在于其由底漆、下面漆和上面漆按以下原料重量份组成:
所述底漆由10-50份的聚合物乳液、10-30份的填料、0.5-10份的助剂、10-30份的阻燃材料、10-20份的防静电材料和5-50份的水经混合搅拌分散均匀后获得;
所述下面漆由10-50份的聚合物乳液、0.5-10份的助剂、10-40份的长余辉发光负离子材料、10-20份的防静电材料和5-50份的水经混合搅拌分散均匀后获得;
所述上面漆由10-50份的聚合物乳液、0.5-10份的助剂、10-20份的防静电材料和5-50份的水经混合搅拌分散均匀后获得;
所述的阻燃材料阻燃剂由氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、氧化锡、氧化石墨和氧化锆按2:3:1:2:2-3的重量比制成的混合物;
所述的长余辉发光负离子材料由碳酸锶、氧化铕、氧化镝、氧化硼和氧化铝与磷酸二氢铵、电气石、麦饭石或硅藻泥中的至少一种经混合球磨,并在H2/N2气氛保护下煅烧,再经破碎、表面处理和烘烤后获得。
所述聚合物乳液为苯丙乳液、丙烯酸乳液、硅丙乳液或氟碳乳液中的至少一种。
所述填料为钛白粉、硅灰石、纳米二氧化钛、云母粉、石英粉、高岭土、滑石粉或碳酸钙中的至少一种。
所述助剂为消泡剂、分散剂、流平剂、触变剂、pH调节剂、抗菌剂、抗霉剂、光稳定剂、防腐剂、抗静电剂或成膜助剂中的至少一种。
所述防静电材料为导电云母粉、碳纳米管、氧化镁、氧化锡中的至少一种。
其有益效果是:本发明用于建筑壁面装饰的多功能涂料,由于在常规建筑涂料中添加了特制的由碳酸锶、氧化铕、氧化镝、氧化硼和氧化铝与磷酸二氢铵、电气石、麦饭石或硅藻泥中的至少一种经混合球磨,并在H2/N2气氛保护下煅烧,再经破碎、表面处理和烘烤后获得的长余辉发光负离子材料,故使其不仅具有常规建筑涂料所具有的耐酸碱、耐腐蚀、耐沾污、耐水洗、抗霉杀菌、抗静电、重物冲击不产生火花、环保、无毒、无害、无辐射、防火阻燃、使用寿命长等特点,而且具有增光增亮(见表1、2)、延时发光、节能降耗、安全防灾和改善空气质量的功能,在公路隧道、铁路隧道、轨道交通工程、地下综合管廊工程、市政地下通道工程、军事、民防工程,以及地下商场、车站、码头、学校等公共场所等特定的环境下,在意外发生火灾的情况下,有利于人员的逃生和扑救。

注:上述多功能涂料增光率一览表为运营六年来增光率试验数据。其中,表1试验的隧道A为位于内蒙古博克图至牙克石高速公路扎敦河隧道右幅;表2试验的隧道B为位于安徽黄塔桃高速公路中村南隧道左幅。从以上数据中可以看出,多功能涂料用于隧道辅助照明的增光率至少大于25%,其节能效益明显。
具体实施方式
实施例1。一种用于建筑壁面装饰的多功能涂料的制备:
1)制备底漆:取丙烯酸乳液15kg、石英粉5kg、高岭土15kg、滑石粉10kg、纳米二氧化钛10kg、消泡剂0.5kg、抗菌剂2kg、抗霉剂1.5kg、防腐剂0.5kg、抗静电剂0.5kg、阻燃材料20kg、导电云母粉10kg、碳纳米管10kg和10kg,经混合搅拌分散均匀后即得。
上述的阻燃剂由氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、氧化锡、氧化石墨和氧化锆按2:3:1:2:2的重量比制成的混合物。底漆在该涂料体系中主要起到粘结基材、抗霉杀菌、防火和防静电功能。
制备下面漆:取苯丙乳液15kg、流平剂0.5kg、触变剂2kg、pH调节剂2kg、抗菌剂0.5kg、长余辉发光负离子材料30kg、氧化镁10kg、氧化锡10kg、纳米二氧化钛10kg和水30kg,经混合搅拌分散均匀后即得。
长余辉发光负离子材料由碳酸锶、氧化铝、氧化镝、氧化铕和氧化硼与电气石和硅藻泥经混合球磨,并在H2/N2气氛保护下经1300℃煅烧10h,再经破碎后浸入水玻璃/丙烯酸树脂混合溶液中静置0.5h,过滤,在150℃烘烤3h后获得。
上述的阻燃剂由氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、氧化锡、氧化石墨和氧化锆按2:3:1:2:3的重量比制成的混合物。
下面漆在该涂料体系中主要起到增光增亮、延时发光、抗霉杀菌、释放负离子、净化空气质量和防静电功能。
制备上面漆:取苯丙乳液46kg、抗霉剂1.5kg、光稳定剂3kg、抗静电剂1.5kg、膜助剂3kg,导电云母粉10kg、碳纳米管5kg、氧化镁5kg和25kg的水经混合搅拌分散均匀后获得;
上面漆在该涂料体系中主要起到耐沾污、耐酸碱、耐腐蚀、耐水洗、抗霉杀菌和防静电功能。
实施例2。一种用于建筑壁面装饰的多功能涂料的制备:
1)制备底漆:取丙烯酸乳液10kg、钛白粉5kg、硅灰石5kg、纳米二氧化钛5kg、碳酸钙10kg、流平剂0.5kg、触变剂0.5kg、抗菌剂1kg、抗霉剂2kg、成膜助剂2kg、阻燃材料29kg、氧化镁10kg、氧化锡5kg和水15kg,经混合搅拌分散均匀后即得。
底漆在该涂料体系中主要起到粘结基材、抗霉杀菌、防火和防静电功能。
制备下面漆:取氟碳苯丙乳液15kg、流平剂0.5kg、触变剂0.5kg、抗菌剂1kg、抗霉剂1.5kg、成膜助剂2kg、长余辉发光负离子材料30kg、氧化镁10kg、氧化锡10kg、纳米二氧化钛10kg和水30kg,经混合搅拌分散均匀后即得。
长余辉发光负离子材料由碳酸锶、氧化铝、氧化镝、氧化铕和氧化硼与磷酸二氢铵和麦饭石经混合球磨,并在H2/N2气氛保护下经1500℃煅烧9h,再经破碎后浸入水玻璃/丙烯酸树脂混合溶液中静置1h,过滤,在200℃烘烤2h后获得。
下面漆在该涂料体系中主要起到增光增亮、延时发光、抗霉杀菌、释放负离子、净化空气质量和防静电功能。
制备上面漆:取硅丙乳液25kg、苯丙乳液25kg、消泡剂1kg、分散剂1kg、pH调节剂0.5kg、抗菌剂1kg、抗霉剂0.5kg、光稳定剂2kg、防腐剂1kg、成膜助剂2kg、导电云母粉5kg、导电云母粉5kg、氧化锡5kg和26kg的水经混合搅拌分散均匀后获得;
上面漆在该涂料体系中主要起到耐沾污、耐酸碱、耐腐蚀、耐水洗、抗霉杀菌和防静电功能。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于建筑壁面装饰的多功能涂料,其特征在于其由底漆、下面漆和上面漆按以下原料重量份组成:
所述底漆由10-50份的聚合物乳液、10-30份的填料、0.5-10份的助剂、10-30份的阻燃材料、10-20份的防静电材料和5-50份的水经混合搅拌分散均匀后获得;
所述下面漆由10-50份的聚合物乳液、0.5-10份的助剂、10-40份的长余辉发光负离子材料、10-20份的防静电材料和5-50份的水经混合搅拌分散均匀后获得;
所述上面漆由10-50份的聚合物乳液、0.5-10份的助剂、10-20份的防静电材料和5-50份的水经混合搅拌分散均匀后获得;
所述的阻燃材料阻燃剂由氢氧化铝、氢氧化镁、氧化锡、氧化石墨和氧化锆按2:3:1:2:2-3的重量比制成的混合物;
所述的长余辉发光负离子材料由碳酸锶、氧化铕、氧化镝、氧化硼和氧化铝与磷酸二氢铵、电气石、麦饭石或硅藻泥中的至少一种经混合球磨,并在H2/N2气氛保护下煅烧,再经破碎、表面处理和烘烤后获得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于建筑壁面装饰的多功能涂料,其特征在于,所述聚合物乳液为苯丙乳液、丙烯酸乳液、硅丙乳液或氟碳乳液中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于建筑壁面装饰的多功能涂料,其特征在于,所述填料为钛白粉、硅灰石、纳米二氧化钛、云母粉、石英粉、高岭土、滑石粉或碳酸钙中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于建筑壁面装饰的多功能涂料,其特征在于,所述助剂为消泡剂、分散剂、流平剂、触变剂、pH调节剂、抗菌剂、抗霉剂、光稳定剂、防腐剂、抗静电剂或成膜助剂中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于建筑壁面装饰的多功能涂料,其特征在于,所述助剂为水性体系助剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于建筑壁面装饰的多功能涂料,其特征在于,所述长余辉发光负离子材料破碎后的表面处理,处理液为水玻璃/丙烯酸树脂混合溶液。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于建筑壁面装饰的多功能涂料,其特征在于,所述防静电材料为导电云母粉、碳纳米管、氧化镁或氧化锡中的至少一种。
