本发明公开了一种用于纳米压印设备涂料按重量份数计,其组成为:树脂8–16份;酮羰基1‑5份;肼基1‑5份;改性聚乙烯醇10‑36份;轻钙5‑21份;滑石粉2‑8份;麦饭石4‑16份;水玻璃6‑16份;磷酸三丁酯2‑8份;固化剂1‑9份;水9‑30份;颜料10‑48份,本发明实现一种具有防腐性、性能结构稳定、涂料效果持续时效长,且防止出现掉色、脱色的现象。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种纳米材料,特别是一种用于纳米压印设备涂料。
背景技术:
纳米涂料为纳米产品,纳米产品必须要与纳米技术相配套,将纳米材料加入涂料内,明显的提高了一般涂料的性能,目前一般涂料效能一般,时间久了后会变色,还会或多或少的具有一些影响环境与人们健康的成分。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现一种具有防腐性、性能结构稳定、涂料效果持续时效长,且防止出现掉色、脱色的现象。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种用于纳米压印设备涂料按重量份数计,其组成为:
本发明进一步改进在于:水为纯净水。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:本发明具有防腐性、性能结构稳定、涂料效果持续时效长,且防止出现掉色、脱色的现象;树脂与酮羰基、肼基反应形成的成膜质量良好,能够提高涂料的防水性能;轻钙的性能稳定,能够实现吸潮、美白的作用,有效的保证涂料涂刷的墙体具有防潮的作用,且避免出现墙体出现发黄的现象;滑石粉具有润滑性、耐火性、绝缘性、熔点高、柔软、光泽好、吸附能力强等优点,能够有效的提高本发明的性能;麦石粉具有很好的净化以及吸附的作用能够对空气中有害物质进行吸附;水玻璃提高了本发明的易清洁度与防腐蚀性能,且也可作为粘合剂与防火材料,有助于多种材料相互粘合。
具体实施方式:
为了加深对本发明的理解,下面将结合实例对本发明作进一步详述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不构成对本发明保护范围的限定。
实验原料:树脂、酮羰基、肼基、改性聚乙烯醇、轻钙、滑石粉、麦饭石、水玻璃、磷酸三丁酯、固化剂、水、颜料。
实验过程:现将改性聚乙烯醇在水中加温进行溶解后,再将树脂与酮羰基、肼基进行反应,待反应出膜期间将溶解的改性聚乙烯醇内进行搅拌同时并加入磷酸三丁酯与固化剂进行加大力度搅拌后,加入轻钙、滑石粉、麦饭石、水玻璃后,再次搅拌后加颜料与水以及反应出的膜进行搅拌、反应成膏状以后为成品,进行包装。
测试方法:将按照不同比例配置出的五种环保纳米涂料,且制作成多组小样,送入专业检测处,进行实验测试。

由表二数据得到实施例1配比的环保纳米涂料的变色测试为不变色,防水性性能测试为较强,耐腐蚀性能测试结果其性能为强,抗菌率测试为98%;施例2配比的环保纳米涂料的变色测试为不变色、防水性与耐腐蚀性能测试结果其性能均为强,抗菌率测试为97.7%%;施例3配比的环保纳米涂料的变色测试为不变色、防水性与耐腐蚀性能测试结果其性能均为强,抗菌率测试为98%;施例4配比的环保纳米涂料的变色测试为不变色、防水性与耐腐蚀性能测试结果其性能均为较强,抗菌率测试为97.9%;施例5配比的环保纳米涂料的变色测试为微变化、防水性与耐腐蚀性能测试结果其性能均为强,抗菌率测试为97.6%;由此来看实施例3的性能效果是较突出的。
