本发明公开了一种釉下彩绘用彩料胶结助剂,涉及陶瓷制造技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:腻子粉10‑15份、活性白土10‑15份、浮石粉8‑12份、白炭黑6‑10份、氢化松香6‑10份、石棉绒5‑8份、环氧大豆油4‑6份、附着力促进剂3‑5份、聚丙烯酰胺3‑5份、巴西棕榈蜡2‑4份、明胶1‑2份、纳米胶粉1‑2份、纳米二氧化锆0.5‑1份。本发明胶结助剂透亮澄清,与釉料和溶剂混合后能形成釉下彩绘用胶结剂,粘度适宜、附着力强,能使颜料有效附着于坯体上,具有优异的耐高温性和耐磨性,并能增强图案的光亮性,提高彩绘效果。

背景技术

[0002]在生坯(或素烧釉坯)上进行彩绘,然后施一层透明釉,最后釉烧即为釉下彩绘。釉下彩绘所用彩料由颜料、胶结剂与描绘剂等组成。胶结剂是指能使陶瓷颜料在高温烧成后能粘附在坯体上的材料,常用釉料、釉下溶剂或长石等。但釉下溶剂大多为有机溶剂,在后续高温釉烧时容易生成气体或化学有毒物质,给陶瓷的使用带来一定的安全隐患。

[0003]本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种附着力强、高温下稳定性好且利于强化彩绘效果的釉下彩绘用彩料胶结助剂。
[0004]本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:

[0006]腻子粉10-15份、活性白土 10-15份、浮石粉8-12份、白炭黑6-10份、氢化松香6-10份、石棉绒5-8份、环氧大豆油4-6份、附着力促进剂3-5份、聚丙烯酰胺3-5份、巴西棕榈蜡2-4份、明胶1-2份、纳米胶粉1-2份、纳米二氧化锆0.5-1份;
[0007]其制备方法如下:
[0008] (I)将腻子粉、活性白土和浮石粉充分混合,先加热至100-110 °C保温混合1min,再加入氢化松香和环氧大豆油,保温研磨30min,即得物料I;
[0009] (2)向白炭黑中加入石棉绒、巴西棕榈蜡和明胶,充分混合后先于0_5°C下静置lh,再于70-80°C下保温混合15min,即得物料II ;
[0010] (3)向物料I中加入物料I1、附着力促进剂、聚丙烯酰胺、纳米胶粉和纳米二氧化错,充分混合均勾。
[0011]所述附着力促进剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:硬脂酸9-13份、鲸蜡醇7-11份、顺丁橡胶5-8份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚3-6份、乳化硅油3-6份、氟碳树脂2-4份、柠檬酸三丁酯1-2份、凡士林1-2份、尿素0.5-1份、稀土0.05-0.1份,其制备方法为:将硬脂酸、鲸錯醇和凡士林充分混合后缓慢加热,待完全熔化后加入顺丁橡胶和柠檬酸三丁酯,混合物于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理15min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理1min,然后加入乳化硅油和氟碳树脂,继续微波处理lOmin,最后待温度自然降至60-70°C后加入月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、尿素和稀土,充分混合均匀。
[0012]本发明的有益效果是:本发明以腻子粉和活性白土为主要原料,辅以多种功能助剂制得彩料胶结助剂,该胶结助剂透亮澄清,与釉料和溶剂混合后能形成釉下彩绘用胶结剂,粘度适宜、附着力强,能使颜料有效附着于坯体上,具有优异的耐高温性和耐磨性,并能增强图案的光亮性,提高彩绘效果。具体实施方式:

[0017] (3)向物料I中加入物料11、4份附着力促进剂、3份聚丙烯酰胺、2份纳米胶粉和0.5份纳米二氧化锆,充分混合均匀。
[0018]附着力促进剂的制备:将12份硬脂酸、9份鲸蜡醇和I份凡士林充分混合后缓慢加热,待完全熔化后加入6份顺丁橡胶和2份柠檬酸三丁酯,混合物于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理15min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理lOmin,然后加入6份乳化硅油和2份氟碳树脂,继续微波处理lOmin,最后待温度自然降至60-70°C后加入5份月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、I份尿素和0.05份稀土,充分混合均匀。

[0023]附着力促进剂的制备:将10份硬脂酸、7份鲸蜡醇和2份凡士林充分混合后缓慢加热,待完全熔化后加入5份顺丁橡胶和I份柠檬酸三丁酯,混合物于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理15min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理lOmin,然后加入4份乳化硅油和3份氟碳树脂,继续微波处理lOmin,最后待温度自然降至60-70°C后加入3份月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、0.5份尿素和0.05份稀土,充分混合均匀。

1.一种釉下彩绘用彩料胶结助剂,其特征在于,由如下重量份数的原料制成: 腻子粉10-15份、活性白土10-15份、浮石粉8-12份、白炭黑6_10份、氢化松香6_10份、石棉绒5-8份、环氧大豆油4-6份、附着力促进剂3-5份、聚丙烯酰胺3-5份、巴西棕榈蜡2-4份、明胶1-2份、纳米胶粉1-2份、纳米二氧化锆0.5-1份; 其制备方法如下: (1)将腻子粉、活性白土和浮石粉充分混合,先加热至100-110°C保温混合lOmin,再加入氢化松香和环氧大豆油,保温研磨30min,即得物料I; (2)向白炭黑中加入石棉绒、巴西棕榈蜡和明胶,充分混合后先于0-5°C下静置lh,再于70-80°C下保温混合15min,即得物料II ; (3)向物料I中加入物料I1、附着力促进剂、聚丙烯酰胺、纳米胶粉和纳米二氧化锆,充分混合均勾。
2.根据权利要求1所述的釉下彩绘用彩料胶结助剂,其特征在于,所述附着力促进剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:硬脂酸9-13份、鲸蜡醇7-11份、顺丁橡胶5-8份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚3-6份、乳化硅油3-6份、氟碳树脂2-4份、柠檬酸三丁酯1-2份、凡士林1-2份、尿素0.5-1份、稀土0.05-0.1份,其制备方法为:将硬脂酸、鲸蜡醇和凡士林充分混合后缓慢加热,待完全熔化后加入顺丁橡胶和柠檬酸三丁酯,混合物于超声频率40kHz、功率50W下超声处理15min,再于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理1min,然后加入乳化硅油和氟碳树脂,继续微波处理lOmin,最后待温度自然降至60-70°C后加入月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚、尿素和稀土,充分混合均勾。
