Abstract
本发明公开了一种增强塑料产品耐低温性能的填料及其制备方法,该填料包括矿物油0.8、三氧化二铝1、松香0.3、聚酰胺蜡微粉0.9、聚酯丙烯酸酯0.6、过硫酸铵0.3、2‑巯基苯并咪唑3、正硅酸乙酯1.6、氨水0.3、磷酸三苯酯3、纳米铁矿渣4、轻质碳酸钙230、助剂10、水40;其制备方法是:通过混合、加热、烘干、捏合、研磨成5‑40μm的颗粒,即得。本发明中的碳酸钙表面改性均匀,亲油性好,与塑料产品有良好的相容性,能够增加塑料产品的强度和耐冲击性,且具有耐低温性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料领域,具体涉及一种增强塑料产品耐低温性能的填料及其制备方法。
背景技术
塑料产品用途越来越广泛,是家电、汽车、手机、PC、医疗器械、照明电器中不可或缺的部件。目前塑料产品存在的性能缺陷表现在耐磨性、耐老化、耐油、耐高温、强度、化学稳定性、弯曲强度、蠕变性能等方面,需要不断的改进。改进的途径有对原料、工艺的改进,还有就是通过添加填料进行改进,填料的性能从某种程度上改善了塑料产品的性能,所以研究填料的改进工艺很重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种增强塑料产品耐低温性能的填料及其制备方法,该填料亲油性好,与塑胶有良好的相容性,能够增加塑料产品的强度和耐冲击性,自润滑性好,在塑料产品中易分散均匀,耐低温性能好。
本发明的技术方案如下:
增强塑料产品耐低温性能的填料,由下列重量份的原料制成:矿物油0.8、三氧化二铝1、松香0.3、聚酰胺蜡微粉0.9、聚酯丙烯酸酯0.6、过硫酸铵0.3、2-巯基苯并咪唑3、正硅酸乙酯1.6、氨水0.3、磷酸三苯酯3、纳米铁矿渣4、轻质碳酸钙230、助剂10、水40;
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:硬脂酸镁0.2-0.3、癸二酸二辛酯0.2-0.3、乙撑双油酸酰胺0.4-0.6、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.3-0.5、妥尔油0.3-0.4、氧化石墨烯0.3-0.5、羊毛脂醇聚氧乙烯醚0.2-0.3、纳米二氧化钛2-3、聚酰胺蜡微粉0.2-0.3、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯0.3-0.5、烯丙基缩水甘油醚0.2-0.3、甲苯二异氰酸酯0.1-0.2、磷酸酯0.2-0.3、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯13-16;制备方法为:将聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、烯丙基缩水甘油醚加入至二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯中,加热至50-55℃,搅拌20-30分钟,加入硬脂酸镁、癸二酸二辛酯、乙撑双油酸酰胺、氧化聚乙烯蜡、妥尔油、氧化石墨烯、羊毛脂醇聚氧乙烯醚、纳米二氧化钛、聚酰胺蜡微粉、磷酸酯,搅拌均匀后继续升温至70-80℃,搅拌反应30-40分钟,降温至35-40℃,再加入其他剩余成分,搅拌反应50-60分钟,即得。
增强塑料产品耐低温性能的填料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将矿物油、松香、聚酯丙烯酸酯、过硫酸铵、2-巯基苯并咪唑、正硅酸乙酯、氨水、磷酸三苯酯加入水中,充分搅拌均匀,加热至70-80℃,得到浆料;
(2)将三氧化二铝、纳米铁矿渣、轻质碳酸钙混合,再向其吹70-80℃的热空气使其翻腾,再向翻腾的粉末中喷入雾状的第(1)步得到的浆料,使二者充分混合后,保持温度为70-80℃,继续翻腾30-40分钟;
(3)将第(2)步得到的混合物料烘干,加入高速捏合机中,加入其他剩余成分,再升温至110-120℃,保温捏合15-20分钟,再研磨成5-40μm的颗粒,即得。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明碳酸钙表面改性均匀,亲油性好,与塑料产品有良好的相容性,能够增加塑料产品的强度和耐冲击性,通过添加聚酰胺蜡微粉,增加了填料的自润滑性,在塑料产品中易分散均匀,耐低温性能好。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明的增强塑料产品耐低温性能的填料及其制备方法做进一步说明。
本发明的增强塑料产品耐低温性能的填料,由下列重量份的原料制成:矿物油0.8、三氧化二铝1、松香0.3、聚酰胺蜡微粉0.9、聚酯丙烯酸酯0.6、过硫酸铵0.3、2-巯基苯并咪唑3、正硅酸乙酯1.6、氨水0.3、磷酸三苯酯3、纳米铁矿渣4、轻质碳酸钙230、助剂10、水40;
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:硬脂酸镁0.2、癸二酸二辛酯0.2、乙撑双油酸酰胺0.5、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.4、妥尔油0.3、氧化石墨烯0.4、羊毛脂醇聚氧乙烯醚0.2、纳米二氧化钛2.5、聚酰胺蜡微粉0.2、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯0.4、烯丙基缩水甘油醚0.2、甲苯二异氰酸酯0.2、磷酸酯0.2、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯15;制备方法为:将聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、烯丙基缩水甘油醚加入至二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯中,加热至58℃,搅拌25分钟,加入硬脂酸镁、癸二酸二辛酯、乙撑双油酸酰胺、氧化聚乙烯蜡、妥尔油、氧化石墨烯、羊毛脂醇聚氧乙烯醚、纳米二氧化钛、聚酰胺蜡微粉、磷酸酯,搅拌均匀后继续升温至75℃,搅拌反应35分钟,降温至38℃,再加入其他剩余成分,搅拌反应55分钟,即得。
所述的增强塑料产品耐低温性能的填料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将矿物油、松香、聚酯丙烯酸酯、过硫酸铵、2-巯基苯并咪唑、正硅酸乙酯、氨水、磷酸三苯酯加入水中,充分搅拌均匀,加热至75℃,得到浆料;
(2)将三氧化二铝、纳米铁矿渣、轻质碳酸钙混合,再向其吹75℃的热空气使其翻腾,再向翻腾的粉末中喷入雾状的第(1)步得到的浆料,使二者充分混合后,保持温度为75℃,继续翻腾35分钟;
(3)将第(2)步得到的混合物料烘干,加入高速捏合机中,加入其他剩余成分,再升温至115℃,保温捏合18分钟,再研磨成5-40μm的颗粒,即得。

1.一种增强塑料产品耐低温性能的填料,由下列重量份的原料制成:矿物油0.8、三氧化二铝1、松香0.3、聚酰胺蜡微粉0.9、聚酯丙烯酸酯0.6、过硫酸铵0.3、2-巯基苯并咪唑3、正硅酸乙酯1.6、氨水0.3、磷酸三苯酯3、纳米铁矿渣4、轻质碳酸钙230、助剂10、水40;
所述助剂由下列重量份的原料制成:硬脂酸镁0.2-0.3、癸二酸二辛酯0.2-0.3、乙撑双油酸酰胺0.4-0.6、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.3-0.5、妥尔油0.3-0.4、氧化石墨烯0.3-0.5、羊毛脂醇聚氧乙烯醚0.2-0.3、纳米二氧化钛2-3、聚酰胺蜡微粉0.2-0.3、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯0.3-0.5、烯丙基缩水甘油醚0.2-0.3、甲苯二异氰酸酯0.1-0.2、磷酸酯0.2-0.3、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯13-16;制备方法为:将聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、烯丙基缩水甘油醚加入至二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯中,加热至50-55℃,搅拌20-30分钟,加入硬脂酸镁、癸二酸二辛酯、乙撑双油酸酰胺、氧化聚乙烯蜡、妥尔油、氧化石墨烯、羊毛脂醇聚氧乙烯醚、纳米二氧化钛、聚酰胺蜡微粉、磷酸酯,搅拌均匀后继续升温至70-80℃,搅拌反应30-40分钟,降温至35-40℃,再加入其他剩余成分,搅拌反应50-60分钟,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的增强塑料产品耐低温性能的填料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将矿物油、松香、聚酯丙烯酸酯、过硫酸铵、2-巯基苯并咪唑、正硅酸乙酯、氨水、磷酸三苯酯加入水中,充分搅拌均匀,加热至70-80℃,得到浆料;
(2)将三氧化二铝、纳米铁矿渣、轻质碳酸钙混合,再向其吹70-80℃的热空气使其翻腾,再向翻腾的粉末中喷入雾状的第(1)步得到的浆料,使二者充分混合后,保持温度为70-80℃,继续翻腾30-40分钟;
(3)将第(2)步得到的混合物料烘干,加入高速捏合机中,加入其他剩余成分,再升温至110-120℃,保温捏合15-20分钟,再研磨成5-40μm的颗粒,即得。
