Abstract
本发明公开了一种提高塑料制品稳定性的碳酸钙填料及其制备方法,该碳酸钙填料由碳酸氢钠0.2份、氯化亚锡0.8份、聚丙烯酸钠1.4份、纳米铁矿渣4份、棕榈酸异丙酯0.9份、预胶化淀粉0.9份、硬脂酸镁1.1份、二氧化铈0.9份、重质碳酸钙230份、助剂8份、水30份制成;其制备方法是:将碳酸氢钠、氯化亚锡、聚丙烯酸钠、二氧化铈加入水中,搅匀得到浆料;向重质碳酸钙吹热空气使其翻腾,再向翻腾的粉末中喷入雾状的浆料,并充分混合后,保持温度为70‑80℃,继续翻腾30‑40分钟后烘干,加入高速捏合机中,加入其他剩余成分,再升温至110‑120℃,保温捏合15‑20分钟,再研磨成5‑40μm的颗粒,即得。

本发明涉及制备塑料技术领域,具体涉及一种提高塑料制品稳定性的碳酸钙填料及其制备方法。
背景技术
碳酸钙为塑料工业的持续快速发展做出了重大贡献,同时也为节约石油资源,实施循环经济战略,改变经济增长模式,建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会做出了重大贡献。在新的历史时期,面对越来越多的碳酸钙产品进入市场,越来越多的其它种类的非金属矿粉体材料在塑料应用市场中参与竞争,碳酸钙作为塑料填料目前存在化学稳定性差、弯曲强度弱等缺点,导致塑料制品的各项性能存在缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种提高塑料制品稳定性的碳酸钙填料及其制备方法,该填料能够改善塑料制品的耐磨性、弯曲强度和可塑性。
提高塑料制品稳定性的碳酸钙填料,按照重量份计,由下列原料制成:
碳酸氢钠0.2份、氯化亚锡0.8份、聚丙烯酸钠1.4份、纳米铁矿渣4份、棕榈酸异丙酯0.9份、预胶化淀粉0.9份、硬脂酸镁1.1份、二氧化铈0.9份、重质碳酸钙230份、助剂8份、水30份;
所述助剂按照重量份计,由下列原料制成:硬脂酸镁0.2份、癸二酸二辛酯0.4份、乙撑双油酸酰胺0.7份、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.6份、妥尔油0.5份、氧化石墨烯0.6份、羊毛脂醇聚氧乙烯醚0.4份、纳米二氧化钛3份、聚酰胺蜡微粉0.3份、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯0.5份、烯丙基缩水甘油醚0.2份、甲苯二异氰酸酯0.1份、磷酸酯0.2份、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯17份;其制备方法为:将聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、烯丙基缩水甘油醚加入至二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯中,加热至65℃,搅拌40分钟,加入硬脂酸镁、癸二酸二辛酯、乙撑双油酸酰胺、氧化聚乙烯蜡、妥尔油、氧化石墨烯、羊毛脂醇聚氧乙烯醚、纳米二氧化钛、聚酰胺蜡微粉、磷酸酯,搅拌均匀后继续升温至90℃,搅拌反应45分钟,降温至45℃,再加入其他剩余成分,搅拌反应65分钟,即得。
提高塑料制品稳定性的碳酸钙填料的制备方法,其包括以下步骤:
a将碳酸氢钠、氯化亚锡、聚丙烯酸钠、二氧化铈加入水中,充分搅拌均匀,得到浆料;
b向重质碳酸钙吹70-80℃的热空气使其翻腾,再向翻腾的粉末中喷入雾状的a步得到的浆料,使二者充分混合后,保持温度为70-80℃,继续翻腾30-40分钟;
c将第b步得到的混合物料烘干,加入高速捏合机中,加入其他剩余成分,再升温至110-120℃,保温捏合15-20分钟,再研磨成5-40μm的颗粒,即得。
本发明的有益效果:本发明填料添加了纳米铁矿渣,增加了塑料制品的耐磨性和强度;通过添加聚己二酸丙二醇酯、可再分散乳胶粉,增加了碳酸钙和塑料制品的相容性,从而提高塑料制品的韧性、耐热性和可塑性。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明提高塑料制品稳定性的碳酸钙填料及其制备方法做进一步说明。
本发明的提高塑料制品稳定性的碳酸钙填料,按照重量份计,由下列原料制成:
碳酸氢钠0.2份、氯化亚锡0.8份、聚丙烯酸钠1.4份、纳米铁矿渣4份、棕榈酸异丙酯0.9份、预胶化淀粉0.9份、硬脂酸镁1.1份、二氧化铈0.9份、重质碳酸钙230份、助剂8份、水30份;
所述助剂按照重量份计,由下列原料制成:硬脂酸镁0.2份、癸二酸二辛酯0.4份、乙撑双油酸酰胺0.7份、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.6份、妥尔油0.5份、氧化石墨烯0.6份、羊毛脂醇聚氧乙烯醚0.4份、纳米二氧化钛3份、聚酰胺蜡微粉0.3份、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯0.5份、烯丙基缩水甘油醚0.2份、甲苯二异氰酸酯0.1份、磷酸酯0.2份、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯17份;其制备方法为:将聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、烯丙基缩水甘油醚加入至二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯中,加热至65℃,搅拌40分钟,加入硬脂酸镁、癸二酸二辛酯、乙撑双油酸酰胺、氧化聚乙烯蜡、妥尔油、氧化石墨烯、羊毛脂醇聚氧乙烯醚、纳米二氧化钛、聚酰胺蜡微粉、磷酸酯,搅拌均匀后继续升温至90℃,搅拌反应45分钟,降温至45℃,再加入其他剩余成分,搅拌反应65分钟,即得。
提高塑料制品稳定性的碳酸钙填料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a将碳酸氢钠、氯化亚锡、聚丙烯酸钠、二氧化铈加入水中,充分搅拌均匀,得到浆料;
b向重质碳酸钙吹70-80℃的热空气使其翻腾,再向翻腾的粉末中喷入雾状的a步得到的浆料,使二者充分混合后,保持温度为70-80℃,继续翻腾30-40分钟;
c将第b步得到的混合物料烘干,加入高速捏合机中,加入其他剩余成分,再升温至110-120℃,保温捏合15-20分钟,再研磨成5-40μm的颗粒,即得。
Claims (2)
1.一种提高塑料制品稳定性的碳酸钙填料,按照重量份计,由下列原料制成:
碳酸氢钠0.2份、氯化亚锡0.8份、聚丙烯酸钠1.4份、纳米铁矿渣4份、棕榈酸异丙酯0.9份、预胶化淀粉0.9份、硬脂酸镁1.1份、二氧化铈0.9份、重质碳酸钙230份、助剂8份、水30份;
所述助剂按照重量份计,由下列原料制成:硬脂酸镁0.2份、癸二酸二辛酯0.4份、乙撑双油酸酰胺0.7份、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.6份、妥尔油0.5份、氧化石墨烯0.6份、羊毛脂醇聚氧乙烯醚0.4份、纳米二氧化钛3份、聚酰胺蜡微粉0.3份、聚氨酯丙烯酸酯0.5份、烯丙基缩水甘油醚0.2份、甲苯二异氰酸酯0.1份、磷酸酯0.2份、二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯17份;其制备方法为:将聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、烯丙基缩水甘油醚加入至二缩三丙二醇二丙烯酸酯中,加热至65℃,搅拌40分钟,加入硬脂酸镁、癸二酸二辛酯、乙撑双油酸酰胺、氧化聚乙烯蜡、妥尔油、氧化石墨烯、羊毛脂醇聚氧乙烯醚、纳米二氧化钛、聚酰胺蜡微粉、磷酸酯,搅拌均匀后继续升温至90℃,搅拌反应45分钟,降温至45℃,再加入其他剩余成分,搅拌反应65分钟,即得。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的提高塑料制品稳定性的碳酸钙填料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a将碳酸氢钠、氯化亚锡、聚丙烯酸钠、二氧化铈加入水中,充分搅拌均匀,得到浆料;
b向重质碳酸钙吹70-80℃的热空气使其翻腾,再向翻腾的粉末中喷入雾状的a步得到的浆料,使二者充分混合后,保持温度为70-80℃,继续翻腾30-40分钟;
c将第b步得到的混合物料烘干,加入高速捏合机中,加入其他剩余成分,再升温至110-120℃,保温捏合15-20分钟,再研磨成5-40μm的颗粒,即得。
