Abstract
本发明提供一种环保炮泥及其制备方法,所述环保炮泥的各组分质量百分比配比如下,含铝骨料15~40%,焦炭2~15%,石墨1~5%,碳化硅10~25%,氮化硅铁5~20%,含铝细粉料5~20%,粘土5~15%,绢云母2~8%,高温沥青2~6%,膨胀剂2~15%,另加结合剂占上述配料总质量的15~30%。所述结合剂为热塑性酚醛树脂,避免有毒气体产生,改善了炉前作业环境,对环境友好,原料消耗低,硬化速度快,烧结时间短,并且提高了无水炮泥的开口性能和抗渣铁冲蚀性,增强了无水炮泥的耐高温铁水的冲刷和磨损性,提高了无水炮泥的质量稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及耐火材料技术领域,具体涉及一种环保炮泥及其制备方法。
背景技术
高炉炼铁是目前世界上最主要的炼铁方式,炮泥是用来封堵出铁口的耐火材料。炮泥组成可分为两部分:耐火骨料和结合剂。耐火骨料指刚玉、莫来石、焦炭和云母等材料,结合剂为水、焦油和蒽油等。炮泥按所用结合剂的不同,通常可分为有水炮泥和无水炮泥两大类。相对于有水泡泥,无水炮泥具有高温强度大、耐冲刷、抗铁水侵蚀能力强等优点。
目前高炉炮泥常用的无水炮泥的结合剂主要有煤焦油、蒽油、沥青等,使用上述结合剂生产成本低、工艺简单,但其高温下硬化速度慢,不利于快速堵口,且挥发分高,污染环境、易产生有毒气体,对操作人员身体健康有危害。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有环境亲和性,快速加热时体积稳定性和高温粘附性好的环保炮泥及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种环保炮泥,各组分质量百分比配比如下,含铝骨料15~40%,焦炭2~15%,石墨1~5%,碳化硅10~25%,氮化硅铁5~20%,含铝细粉料5~20%,粘土5~15%,绢云母2~8%,高温沥青2~6%,膨胀剂2~15%,另加结合剂占上述配料总质量的15~30%。
所述含铝骨料为棕刚玉或铝矾土,所述铝矾土中的氧化铝含量≥80%。
所述含铝骨料的粒度为>0.088mm且≤3mm。
所述碳化硅粒度为≥0.088mm且<1mm。
所述含铝细粉料为棕刚玉或铝矾土,所述铝矾土中的氧化铝含量≥80%,所述含铝细粉料粒度为≤0.088mm。
所述高温沥青的软化点为105~130℃。
所述膨胀剂为蓝晶石、石英粉中的一种或者二者的混合物。
所述结合剂为热塑性酚醛树脂。
一种环保炮泥的制备方法:按照上述环保炮泥的质量百分比含量配比称取各种原料,将称取的原料从料仓下到搅拌机中干混2~5分钟,加入结合剂,再搅拌2~5分钟,然后经由定量给料机湿碾8~25分钟后,即得无水炮泥。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明采用环保结合剂,所述结合剂为热塑性酚醛树脂,避免有毒气体产生,改善了炉前作业环境,对环境友好,原料消耗低,硬化速度快,烧结时间短,并且提高了无水炮泥的开口性能和抗渣铁冲蚀性,增强了无水炮泥的耐高温铁水的冲刷和磨损性,提高了无水炮泥的质量稳定性。炮泥成品50℃的马夏值控制在0.40~0.55MPa。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1
以某钢厂2500m3高炉为例,原料配比如下:
氧化铝含量≥88%的铝矾土33%,焦炭8%,石墨3%,碳化硅18%,氮化硅铁7%,棕刚玉10%,粘土12%,绢云母4%,高温沥青2%,蓝晶石3%,另加结合剂占上述配料总质量的20%。
根据上述环保炮泥,所述铝矾土的粒度为>0.088mm且≤3mm。所述碳化硅粒度为≥0.088mm且<1mm。所述棕刚玉粒度为≤0.088mm。所述高温沥青的软化点为105~130℃。所述结合剂为热塑性酚醛树脂。
环保炮泥的制备方法:按照环保炮泥的质量百分比含量配比称取各种原料,将称取的原料从料仓下到搅拌机中干混2 分钟,加入结合剂,再搅拌3分钟,然后经由定量给料机湿碾10分钟后,即得无水炮泥。
实施例2
以某钢厂3200m3高炉为例,原料配比如下:
棕刚玉34%,焦炭10%,石墨5%,碳化硅15%,氮化硅铁5%,氧化铝含量≥80%的铝矾土13%,粘土8%,绢云母2%,高温沥青4%,石英粉4%,另加结合剂占上述配料总质量的18%。
根据上述环保炮泥,所述棕刚玉的粒度为>0.088mm且≤3mm。所述碳化硅粒度为≥0.088mm且<1mm。所述氧化铝含量≥80%的铝矾土粒度为≤0.088mm。所述高温沥青的软化点为105~130℃。所述结合剂为热塑性酚醛树脂。
环保炮泥的制备方法:按照环保炮泥的质量百分比含量配比称取各种原料,将称取的原料从料仓下到搅拌机中干混3 分钟,加入结合剂,再搅拌4分钟,然后经由定量给料机湿碾12分钟后,即得无水炮泥。

Claims (9)
1.一种环保炮泥,其特征在于,所述环保炮泥的各组分质量百分比配比如下,含铝骨料15~40%,焦炭2~15%,石墨1~5%,碳化硅10~25%,氮化硅铁5~20%,含铝细粉料5~20%,粘土5~15%,绢云母2~8%,高温沥青2~6%,膨胀剂2~15%,另加结合剂占上述配料总质量的15~30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保炮泥,其特征在于,所述含铝骨料为棕刚玉或铝矾土,所述铝矾土中的氧化铝含量≥80%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种环保炮泥,其特征在于,所述含铝骨料的粒度为>0.088mm且≤3mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保炮泥,其特征在于,所述碳化硅粒度为≥0.088mm且<1mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保炮泥,其特征在于,所述含铝细粉料为棕刚玉或铝矾土,所述铝矾土中的氧化铝含量≥80%,所述含铝细粉料粒度为≤0.088mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保炮泥,其特征在于,所述高温沥青的软化点为105~130℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保炮泥,其特征在于,所述膨胀剂为蓝晶石、石英粉中的一种或者二者的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保炮泥,其特征在于,所述结合剂为热塑性酚醛树脂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保炮泥的制备方法,其特征在于,按照权利要求1所述环保炮泥的质量百分比含量配比称取各种原料,将称取的原料从料仓下到搅拌机中干混2~5分钟,加入结合剂,再搅拌2~5分钟,然后经由定量给料机湿碾8~25分钟后,即得无水炮泥。
