Abstract
本发明公开了钢构“机喷‑氟石膏‑反射隔热涂料”围护保温复合墙系统,保温复合墙系统包括内保温系统和外保温系统,内保温系统和外保温系统共用基材层,从内到外依次为:内饰面层、内保护层、内保温层、内防火层、内界面层、基材层、外界面层、外保温层、外保护层,外饰面层,本发明采用氟石膏改性技术,减少了能源资源的消耗,减少了污染,保护了天然资源,保护了生态环境;同时扩大了对工业副产石膏的利用,消纳了大量固体废弃物,改善了对环境的污染,又节约了建筑使用能耗,把钢构企业变成既是低能耗又是消纳工业固弃新型节能环保大产业。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钢构“机喷-氟石膏-反射隔热涂料”围护保温复合墙系统。
背景技术
近年来,由于国家住宅产业化,节能减排,城镇化建设,美丽新农村建设等政策的强力推进,加之钢产量的过剩和价格的回落,为发展钢结构提供了良好的历史机遇,我国的钢结构住宅进入了一个新的发展时期,迎来了发展的明媚春天。
钢结构住宅是我国经济发展新的增长点,是传统砖混结构、混凝土结构发展的必由之路,也是建筑业从城市转向农村的方向标,将给建筑业带来一场从设计、施工,到一系列新材料、新技术革命性变革。钢结构住宅是传统建筑业的一个重要分支,而冷弯薄壁住宅又是对钢结构住宅的一个重要补充,钢结构住宅大家族中的一个重要组成成员。具有安全、耐久、节能、环保、健康、舒适等优良性能,将成为21世纪全球化住宅的主流产品。
冷弯薄壁钢结构住宅是一个崭新的产业,需要一个从技术到标准全面的革新和发展。目前,国内在冷弯薄壁住宅或钢结构住宅围护结构中,都采用“墙板”体系,即在冷弯薄壁或钢结构构件两侧用结构板固定,在腔内分别填插XPS板或EPS、PU、岩棉板,结构板两侧不在做外墙外保温和外墙内保温,只在外墙面和内墙面做饰面层,即涂腻子和涂料。经过十几年的实践,显露出许多不尽人意之处,诸如空鼓、不实感、裂缝、隔声、防火、热桥、吊挂、连接等问题,引起了业界和使用者强烈反响,严重制约了冷弯薄壁住宅和钢结构住宅的应用和推广。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是钢构“机喷-氟石膏-反射隔热涂料”围护保温复合墙系统,采用氟石膏改性技术,减少能源资源的消耗,减少污染,保护了天然资源,保护生态环境。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
钢构“机喷-氟石膏-反射隔热涂料”围护保温复合墙系统,保温复合墙系统包括内保温系统和外保温系统,内保温系统和外保温系统共用基材层,内、外保温系统均包括基材层、界面层、保温层、保护层,饰面层,内保温系统还包括防火层,保温复合墙系统具体制备方法如下:
(1)、贴基材板
选择符合要求的中密度水泥纤维板或镀锌钢板网作为基材板,将基材板固定于冷弯薄壁或钢结构外侧,中密度水泥纤维板抗压强度为3~5MPa,排板材竖缝逐行错缝板长的1/2,不能有贯通缝,并用柔性腻子墙缝压入宽20mm耐碱网格布。镀锌钢板网的网孔为3×6mm或4×8mm,有横筋,接缝处互压20mm;
(2)、喷涂界面剂
在经过步骤(1)处理后的基板材内侧喷涂界面剂形成界面层,界面剂的厚度为0.5mm,界面剂包括以下重量份原料:苯丙乳液80~90份、水15~18份、纤维素醚1~2份、砂1~2份;
(3)、机喷防火涂料
在界面层上喷涂30mm厚的防火涂料,防火涂料包括以下重量份原料:建筑石膏40~50份、二级粉煤灰15~25份、微硅粉5~6份、膨胀蛭石5~10份、玻化微珠15~25份、玻璃纤维6~10份、硼酸锌2~3份、纤维素醚1~2份、胶粉3~4份,防火涂料的技术性能为:用水量1:0.9,初凝120min、干密度495kg/m3,抗折0.70MPa,抗压1.57MPa,耐火极限≥2h;
(4)、机喷氟石膏改性保温砂浆
在防火涂料上机喷氟石膏改性保温砂浆80mm,且分层喷涂,氟石膏改性保温砂浆包括以下重量份原料:氟石膏60~65份、二级粉煤灰10~15份、水泥5~10份、CaO6~8份、微硅粉2~3份、减水剂0.9~1.5份、EPS颗粒1~2份、纤维素醚1~2份、胶粉3~4份;
(5)、抹石膏基抗裂耐水砂浆并使用网格布形成保护层
在经过步骤(4)处理的墙内侧抹厚度为2.5~3mm的石膏基抗裂耐水砂浆,然后使用网格布,再将表面磨平,石膏基抗裂耐水砂浆包括以下重量份原料:二水脱硫石膏40~50份、水泥5~6份、粉煤灰20~30份、硫铝酸水泥2~8份、砂10~30份、激发剂0.5~2份、纤维素醚2~3.5份;以上原料的技术性能为:用水量1:0.3,初凝4h,干密度1400kg/m3,抗折7.5MPa,抗压21.2MPa,压折比2.8,软化系数0.69;
(6)在保护层内侧抹石膏腻子形成饰面层
在保护层内侧抹2~5mm厚的石膏腻子或抹石膏硅藻泥形成饰面层,石膏腻子包括以下重量份原料:石膏40~50份、灰钙3~6份、白水泥2~5份、碳酸钙40~45份、纤维素醚1~2份、胶粉3~4份,石膏腻子技术性能为:用水1:0.46,PH值7~8,抗折3.2MPa,抗压4.4MPa,压折比1.4,软化系数0.72;
(7)、在基板材外侧喷涂界面剂形成界面层
在基板材外侧形成界面层具体方法同步骤(2);
(8)、机喷水泥基保温砂浆
在步骤(7)形成的界面层外侧机喷25mm~30mm厚的水泥基保温砂浆,水泥基保温砂浆包括以下重量份原料:水泥40~50份、粉煤灰20~35份、灰钙3~5份、EPS颗粒1~1.5份、纤维素醚1~2份、胶粉3~4份,水泥基保温砂浆性能为:用水量1:0.74,、干密度412kg/m3,抗折0.67MPa,抗压0.89MPa,软化系数0.65;
(9)、抹抗裂砂浆并涂反射隔热涂料
在步骤(8)的保温层外侧抹厚度为3~5mm的抗裂砂浆,抗裂砂浆包括以下重量份原料:水泥30~40份、砂50~60份、半水石膏2~5份、CaO2~3份、减水剂0.2~1份、纤维素醚1~2份、胶粉3~4份,抗裂砂浆的技术性能为:用水量0.23、抗折1.85MPa,抗压4.7MPa,压折比2.5,软化系数1.05;
反射隔热涂料包括以下重量份原料:纯丙乳液50~60份、玻璃微珠5~15份、金红石型钛白粉5~10份、消泡剂0.1~0.5份、纤维素醚0.1~0.2份、成膜助剂3~5份、流平剂0.8~1份、中和剂0.1~0.3份、防腐剂0.1~0.3份、防冻剂0.5~2份、水10~15份,反射隔热涂料制备工艺如下:
S1、将水置于容器中,加入以上原料的三分之二的消泡剂、成膜助剂、纤维素醚、中和剂、防腐剂、防冻剂,高速分散,使其完全融解;
S2、缓缓加入金红石型钛白粉,保持高分散速率,直至分散均匀,成为白色浓稠状细腻白浆;
S3、分批次将上述浆料加入纯丙乳液中,低速分散,直至体系均匀;
S4、缓慢加入玻璃微珠,降低分散速率,直至分散均匀;
S5、用纤维素醚、流平剂调节粘度和流动度,并加入剩余的消泡剂,低速分散,直至体系均匀。
优选的,步骤(6)使用石膏硅藻泥替换石膏腻子,石膏硅藻泥包括以下重量份原料:石膏20~35份、硅藻泥25~45份、碳酸钙20~45份、纤维素醚1~2份、胶粉3~4份,石膏硅藻泥技术性能为:甲醛净化性能85%、甲醛净化效果持久性70%、防霉菌性能O级、防霉菌耐久性能1级。
优选的,步骤(1)中的中密度水泥纤维板厚度为9mm,镀锌钢板网厚度为0.6mm。
优选的,机喷使用的喷涂机喷口压力为0.3~0.5MPa,喷嘴直径为25mm,喷管管道直径为25mm,水平输送距离为40m,垂直输送距离为50m。
进一步的,碱性材料为水泥和硫铝酸水泥,氟石膏改性保温砂浆包括以下重量份原料:二水脱硫石膏50~60份、水泥5~15份、硫铝酸水泥3~5份、二级粉煤灰30~35份、EPS颗粒0.3~0.8份、纤维素醚0.05份~0.2份、激发剂0.8~1份、减水剂0.5~1份,具体制备方法为:用二级粉煤灰与碱性材料和硫酸盐类进行激发,水化生成钙矾石和水化硅酸钙凝胶,二水脱硫石膏起部分激发剂的作用,并与钙矾石结合形成骨架,水化硅酸钙凝胶渗透于骨架毛细孔中,并将二水脱硫石膏和钙矾石包裹,形成水硬性材料。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明颠覆传统二水石膏,经过烘干、煅烧二道脱水工艺,即烘干工艺脱去附着水,后煅烧180℃脱去3/2结晶水,蜕变为1/2结晶水的半水石膏,才有胶凝性,将原状二水石膏不经燃料和设备煅烧,而是采取物理和化学改性、激发的形式,促其产生质的变化和飞跃,由气硬性石膏材料,变为水硬性水泥和气硬性石膏兼有特质的材料。并偏重于水硬性水泥的特性材料。生成Aft钙矾石和C-S-H水化硅酸钙凝胶,克服了强度低,不耐水的弱势,解决了石膏不耐水、强度低的缺点。
本发明克服“墙板”系统的隔音不佳、私密性差的弊病,提供了舒适的静音环境。本发明解决了“墙板”系统板与结构、板与窗户的连接难题,实施柔性无缝链接,形成刚柔相济,骨与肉连接形式,提高了整体性、抗震性、安全性;同时,解决了热桥、吊挂、渗透的问题。本发明采用相变储能技术,充分利用太阳能,吸收储存与释放能量;与此同时,加上石膏基保温浆料,大大减少了主动式采暖和空调的开放时间,节约能耗,减少排放,提高舒适度,符合被动式住宅的要求。

具体实施方式
以下将对本发明的实施例进行详细描述。
如图2所示,本发明公开一种钢构“机喷-氟石膏-反射隔热涂料”围护保温复合墙系统,其中,保温复合墙系统包括内保温系统和外保温系统,内保温系统和外保温系统共用基材层5,从内到外依次为:内饰面层10、内保护层9、内保温层8、内防火层7、内界面层6、基材层5、外界面层4、外保温层3、外保护层2,外饰面层1,如图1,保温复合墙系统具体制备方法如下:
(1)、贴基材板
选择符合要求的9mm厚中密度水泥纤维板或0.6mm厚的镀锌钢板网作为基材板,将基材板固定于冷弯薄壁或钢结构外侧,便于机喷矿浆附着,并赋予阻断热桥功能,中密度水泥纤维板抗压强度为3~5MPa,排板材竖缝应逐行错缝板长的1/2,不能有贯通缝,并用柔性腻子墙缝压入宽20mm耐碱网格布。镀锌钢板网的网孔为3×6mm或4×8mm,有横筋,接缝处互压20mm;
(2)、喷涂界面剂
在经过步骤(1)处理后的基板材内侧喷涂界面剂形成界面层,界面剂的厚度为0.5mm,界面剂包括以下重量份原料:苯丙乳液80~90份、水15~18份、纤维素醚1~2份、砂1~2份;
(3)、机喷防火涂料
在界面层上喷涂30mm厚的防火涂料,防火涂料包括以下重量份原料:建筑石膏40~50份、二级粉煤灰15~25份、微硅粉5~6份、膨胀蛭石5~10份、玻化微珠15~25份、玻璃纤维6~10份、硼酸锌2~3份、纤维素醚1~2份、胶粉3~4份,防火涂料的技术性能为:用水量1:0.9,初凝120min、干密度495kg/m3,抗折0.70MPa,抗压1.57MPa,耐火极限≥2h;
(4)、机喷氟石膏改性保温砂浆
在防火涂料上机喷氟石膏改性保温砂浆80mm,且分层喷涂,氟石膏改性保温砂浆包括以下重量份原料:二水脱硫石膏50~60份、碱性材料8~20份、二级粉煤灰30~35份、EPS颗粒0.3~0.8份、纤维素醚0.05份~0.2份、激发剂0.8~1份、减水剂0.5~1份,以上原料的混合物用水量为1:0.83,密度为473kg/m3,抗压强度为1.8MPa,剪切粘结强度为0.69MPa,软化系数为0.72;
(5)、抹石膏基抗裂耐水砂浆并使用网格布形成保护层
在经过步骤(4)处理的墙内侧抹厚度为2.5~3mm的石膏基抗裂耐水砂浆,然后使用网格布,再将表面磨平,石膏基抗裂耐水砂浆包括以下重量份原料:二水脱硫石膏40~50份、水泥5~6份、粉煤灰20~30份、硫铝酸水泥2~8份、砂10~30份、激发剂0.5~2份、纤维素醚2~3.5份;以上原料的技术性能为:用水量1:0.3,初凝4h,干密度1400kg/m3,抗折7.5MPa,抗压21.2MPa,压折比2.8,软化系数0.69;
(6)在保护层内侧抹石膏腻子形成饰面层
在保护层内侧抹2~5mm厚的石膏腻子或抹石膏硅藻泥形成饰面层,石膏腻子包括以下重量份原料:石膏40~50份、灰钙3~6份、白水泥2~5份、碳酸钙40~45份、纤维素醚1~2份、胶粉3~4份,石膏腻子技术性能为:用水1:0.46,PH值7~8,抗折3.2MPa,抗压4.4MPa,压折比1.4,软化系数0.72;
(7)、在基板材外侧喷涂界面剂形成界面层
在基板材外侧形成界面层具体方法同步骤(2);
(8)、机喷水泥基保温砂浆
在步骤(7)形成的界面层外侧机喷25mm~30mm厚的水泥基保温砂浆,水泥基保温砂浆包括以下重量份原料:水泥40~50份、粉煤灰20~35份、灰钙3~5份、EPS颗粒1~1.5份、纤维素醚1~2份、胶粉3~4份,水泥基保温砂浆性能为:用水量1:0.74,、干密度412kg/m3,抗折0.67MPa,抗压0.89MPa,软化系数0.65;
(9)、抹抗裂砂浆并涂反射隔热涂料
在步骤(8)的保温层外侧抹厚度为3~5mm的抗裂砂浆,抗裂砂浆包括以下重量份原料:水泥30~40份、砂50~60份、半水石膏2~5份、CaO2~3份、减水剂0.2~1份、纤维素醚1~2份、胶粉3~4份,抗裂砂浆的技术性能为:用水量0.23、抗折1.85MPa,抗压4.7MPa,压折比2.5,软化系数1.05;
反射隔热涂料包括以下重量份原料:纯丙乳液50~60份、玻璃微珠5~15份、金红石型钛白粉5~10份、消泡剂0.1~0.5份、纤维素醚0.1~0.2份、成膜助剂3~5份、流平剂0.8~1份、中和剂0.1~0.3份、防腐剂0.1~0.3份、防冻剂0.5~2份、水10~15份,反射隔热涂料制备工艺如下:
S1、将水置于容器中,加入以上原料的三分之二的消泡剂、成膜助剂、纤维素醚、中和剂、防腐剂、防冻剂,高速分散,使其完全融解;
S2、缓缓加入金红石型钛白粉,保持高分散速率,直至分散均匀,成为白色浓稠状细腻白浆;
S3、分批次将上述浆料加入纯丙乳液中,低速分散,直至体系均匀;
S4、缓慢加入玻璃微珠,降低分散速率,直至分散均匀;
S5、用纤维素醚、流平剂调节粘度和流动度,并加入剩余的消泡剂,低速分散,直至体系均匀。
反射隔热涂料利用涂膜较高的太阳反射率,降低围护结构表面和室内温度,具有显著的节约空调耗能。本发明热稳定性好,舒适度高。反射隔热涂料适用于晴天和白色涂膜或淡色涂膜,遇到阴天或者重色调时,其隔热降温大打折扣。
在本实施例中,步骤(6)可使用石膏硅藻泥替换石膏腻子,石膏硅藻泥包括以下重量份原料:石膏20~35份、硅藻泥25~45份、碳酸钙20~45份、纤维素醚1~2份、胶粉3~4份,石膏硅藻泥技术性能为:甲醛净化性能85%、甲醛净化效果持久性70%、防霉菌性能O级、防霉菌耐久性能1级。
步骤(6)具有以下优点:一、吸收甲醛、苯和有害有机物;二、释放负氧离子;三、调节室内干湿度。
机喷使用的喷涂机喷口压力为0.3~0.5MPa,喷嘴直径为25mm,喷管管道直径为25mm,水平输送距离为40m,垂直输送距离为50m。机喷相对于传统的手工抹灰,提高生产效率3-5倍,节约了成本,提高了竞争力,保证了质量。在提高了附着力的同时,更适用于冷弯薄壁钢结构住宅本身C型钢结构异性部位的喷涂和粘结。
碱性材料为水泥和硫铝酸水泥,氟石膏改性保温砂浆包括以下重量份原料:二水脱硫石膏50~60份、水泥5~15份、硫铝酸水泥3~5份、二级粉煤灰30~35份、EPS颗粒0.3~0.8份、纤维素醚0.05份~0.2份、激发剂0.8~1份、减水剂0.5~1份,具体制备方法为:用二级粉煤灰与碱性材料和硫酸盐类进行激发,水化生成钙矾石和水化硅酸钙凝胶,二水脱硫石膏起部分激发剂的作用,并与钙矾石结合形成骨架,水化硅酸钙凝胶渗透于骨架毛细孔中,并将二水脱硫石膏和钙矾石包裹,形成水硬性材料。

1.钢构“机喷-氟石膏-反射隔热涂料”围护保温复合墙系统,其特征在于,保温复合墙系统包括内保温系统和外保温系统,内保温系统和外保温系统共用基材层,内、外保温系统均包括基材层、界面层、保温层、保护层,饰面层,内保温系统还包括防火层,保温复合墙系统具体制备方法如下:
(1)、贴基材板
选择符合要求的中密度水泥纤维板或镀锌钢板网作为基材板,将基材板固定于冷弯薄壁或钢结构外侧,中密度水泥纤维板抗压强度为3~5MPa,排板材竖缝逐行错缝板长的1/2,不能有贯通缝,并用柔性腻子墙缝压入宽20mm耐碱网格布。镀锌钢板网的网孔为3×6mm或4×8mm,有横筋,接缝处互压20mm;

在界面层上喷涂30mm厚的防火涂料,防火涂料包括以下重量份原料:建筑石膏40~50份、二级粉煤灰15~25份、微硅粉5~6份、膨胀蛭石5~10份、玻化微珠15~25份、玻璃纤维6~10份、硼酸锌2~3份、纤维素醚1~2份、胶粉3~4份,防火涂料的技术性能为:用水量1:0.9,初凝120min、干密度495kg/m3,抗折0.70MPa,抗压1.57MPa,耐火极限≥2h;
(4)、机喷氟石膏改性保温砂浆
在防火涂料上机喷氟石膏改性保温砂浆80mm,且分层喷涂,氟石膏改性保温砂浆包括以下重量份原料:氟石膏60~65份、二级粉煤灰10~15份、水泥5~10份、CaO 6~8份、微硅粉2~3份、减水剂0.9~1.5份、EPS颗粒1~2份、纤维素醚1~2份、胶粉3~4份;
(5)、抹石膏基抗裂耐水砂浆并使用网格布形成保护层
在经过步骤(4)处理的墙内侧抹厚度为2.5~3mm的石膏基抗裂耐水砂浆,然后使用网格布,再将表面抹平,石膏基抗裂耐水砂浆包括以下重量份原料:二水脱硫石膏40~50份、水泥5~6份、粉煤灰20~30份、硫铝酸水泥2~8份、砂10~30份、激发剂0.5~2份、纤维素醚2~3.5份;以上原料的技术性能为:用水量1:0.3,初凝4h,干密度1400kg/m3,抗折7.5MPa,抗压21.2MPa,压折比2.8,软化系数0.69;
(6)在保护层内侧抹石膏腻子形成饰面层
在保护层内侧抹2~5mm厚的石膏腻子或抹石膏硅藻泥形成饰面层,石膏腻子包括以下重量份原料:石膏40~50份、灰钙3~6份、白水泥2~5份、碳酸钙40~45份、纤维素醚1~2份、胶粉3~4份,石膏腻子技术性能为:用水1:0.46,PH值7~8,抗折3.2MPa,抗压4.4MPa,压折比1.4,软化系数0.72;
(7)、在基板材外侧喷涂界面剂形成界面层
在基板材外侧形成界面层具体方法同步骤(2);
(8)、机喷水泥基保温砂浆
在步骤(7)形成的界面层外侧机喷25mm~30mm厚的水泥基保温砂浆,水泥基保温砂浆包括以下重量份原料:水泥40~50份、粉煤灰20~35份、灰钙3~5份、EPS颗粒1~1.5份、纤维素醚1~2份、胶粉3~4份,水泥基保温砂浆性能为:用水量1:0.74,、干密度412kg/m3,抗折0.67MPa,抗压0.89MPa,软化系数0.65;
(9)、抹抗裂砂浆并涂反射隔热涂料
在步骤(8)的保温层外侧抹厚度为3~5mm的抗裂砂浆,抗裂砂浆包括以下重量份原料:水泥30~40份、砂50~60份、半水石膏2~5份、CaO 2~3份、减水剂0.2~1份、纤维素醚1~2份、胶粉3~4份,抗裂砂浆的技术性能为:用水量0.23、抗折1.85MPa,抗压4.7MPa,压折比2.5,软化系数1.05;
反射隔热涂料包括以下重量份原料:纯丙乳液50~60份、玻璃微珠5~15份、金红石型钛白粉5~10份、消泡剂0.1~0.5份、纤维素醚0.1~0.2份、成膜助剂3~5份、流平剂0.8~1份、中和剂0.1~0.3份、防腐剂0.1~0.3份、防冻剂0.5~2份、水10~15份,反射隔热涂料制备工艺如下:
S1、将水置于容器中,加入以上原料的三分之二的消泡剂、成膜助剂、纤维素醚、中和剂、防腐剂、防冻剂,高速分散,使其完全融解;
S2、缓缓加入金红石型钛白粉,保持高分散速率,直至分散均匀,成为白色浓稠状细腻白浆;
S3、分批次将上述浆料加入纯丙乳液中,低速分散,直至体系均匀;
S4、缓慢加入玻璃微珠,降低分散速率,直至分散均匀;
S5、用纤维素醚、流平剂调节粘度和流动度,并加入剩余的消泡剂,低速分散,直至体系均匀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢构“机喷-氟石膏-反射隔热涂料”围护保温复合墙系统,其特征在于,步骤(6)使用石膏硅藻泥替换石膏腻子,石膏硅藻泥包括以下重量份原料:石膏20~35份、硅藻泥25~45份、碳酸钙20~45份、纤维素醚1~2份、胶粉3~4份,石膏硅藻泥技术性能为:甲醛净化性能85%、甲醛净化效果持久性70%、防霉菌性能O级、防霉菌耐久性能1级。
3.根据权利要求1所述的钢构“机喷-氟石膏-反射隔热涂料”围护保温复合墙系统,其特征在于,步骤(1)中的中密度水泥纤维板厚度为9mm,镀锌钢板网厚度为0.6mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的钢构“机喷-氟石膏-反射隔热涂料”围护保温复合墙系统,其特征在于,机喷使用的喷涂机喷口压力为0.3~0.5MPa,喷嘴直径为25mm,喷管管道直径为25mm,水平输送距离为40m,垂直输送距离为50m。
5.根据权利要求1所述的钢构“机喷-氟石膏-反射隔热涂料”围护保温复合墙系统,其特征在于,碱性材料为水泥和硫铝酸水泥,氟石膏改性保温砂浆包括以下重量份原料:二水脱硫石膏50~60份、水泥5~15份、硫铝酸水泥3~5份、二级粉煤灰30~35份、EPS颗粒0.3~0.8份、纤维素醚0.05份~0.2份、激发剂0.8~1份、减水剂0.5~1份,具体制备方法为:用二级粉煤灰与碱性材料和硫酸盐类进行激发,水化生成钙矾石和水化硅酸钙凝胶,二水脱硫石膏起部分激发剂的作用,并与钙矾石结合形成骨架,水化硅酸钙凝胶渗透于骨架毛细孔中,并将二水脱硫石膏和钙矾石包裹,形成水硬性材料。
