一种三位反射式焊接工装,包括:485表CPU-PCB主板、无线485表焊接工装、工装底座、螺钉、无线485表线路板,所述485表CPU-PCB主板设有三个,垂直排列于无线485表焊接工装上,无线485表焊接工装与工装底座连接,工装底座中间有凸起,无线485表焊接工装下方有凹槽,工装底座中间的凸起与无线485表焊接工装下发的凹槽相匹配,螺钉设有四个为十字盘头螺钉,无线485表线路板设置于485表CPU-PCB主板上方,与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,采用焊接的方式,结构强度高,接头密封性好,使用寿命长,且经济效益好。

本发明涉及PCB板与光电板焊接领域,具体为一种三位反射式焊接工装。
背景技术
目前水表已经成为广大人们用来测试水量的器械,水表很多采用干式和湿式,水表的焊接则成为目前水表工装的重要环节,也是提高水表结构强度,增加水表寿命的因素之一。
发明内容
本发明提供一种三位反射式焊接工装。
本发明提供的一种三位反射式焊接工装,包括:485表CPU-PCB主板、无线485表焊接工装、工装底座、螺钉、无线485表线路板,所述485表CPU-PCB主板设有三个,垂直排列于无线485表焊接工装上。
所述无线485表焊接工装与工装底座连接。
所述螺钉设有四个为十字盘头螺钉。
所述无线485表线路板设置于485表CPU-PCB主板上方。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,采用焊接的方式,结构强度高,接头密封性好,使用寿命长,且经济效益好。

如图1~2所示,一种三位反射式焊接工装,包括:485表CPU-PCB主板1、无线485表焊接工装2、工装底座3、螺钉4、无线485表线路板5,所述485表CPU-PCB主板1设有三个,垂直排列于无线485表焊接工装2上,无线485表焊接工装2与工装底座3连接,工装底座3中间有凸起,无线485表焊接工装2下方有凹槽,工装底座3中间的凸起与无线485表焊接工装2下发的凹槽相匹配,螺钉4设有四个为十字盘头螺钉,无线485表线路板5设置于485表CPU-PCB主板1上方。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,采用焊接的方式,结构强度高,接头密封性好,使用寿命长,且经济效益好。
