背景技术
急性肾炎是以血尿、尿蛋白、水肿、高血压、肾小球率过滤过低为主要临床表现的一种肾脏疾病。多见于儿童及青少年。临床大多数急性肾炎患者在发病前有急性溶血性链球菌染病史，如急性咽炎、扁桃体炎、猩红热、中耳炎等。

治疗急性肾炎的中药剂，其组分及重量配比为：丹皮9-12克、赤芍10-12克、爵床6-10克、益母草8-10克、车前子9-12克、赤小豆10-13克、附子7-10克、石膏8-10克、麻黄5-8克、杏仁7-10克、旱莲草8-12克、杜仲13-16克、续断5-8克、丹参10-14克、桃仁9-12克、半枝莲4-6克、连翘6-7克、紫花地丁4-7克、紫菀6-8克、荔枝草6-8克、栝楼根5-6克、扦扦活3-5克。

旱莲草：味甘酸，性凉，入肝肾二经，无毒。滋补肝肾、凉血止血，可治各种吐血，肠出血等症。
杜仲：味辛，平；入肾经,杜仲具有补肝肾。治腰脊酸疼，足膝痿弱，小便余沥，阴下湿痒，高血压、安胎的功效。
续断：味苦；辛；性微温。归肝、肾经。补肝肾；强筋骨；调血脉；续折伤；止崩漏。
丹参：味苦，微寒。归心、肝经。活血祛瘀，通经止痛，清心除烦，凉血消痈。
桃仁：苦、甘，平。归心、肝、大肠经。活血祛瘀，润肠通便，止咳平喘。
半枝莲：辛，平。清热，解毒，散瘀，止血，定痛。治吐血，衄血，血淋，赤痢，黄疸，咽喉疼痛，肺痈，疔疮，瘰疬，疮毒，癌肿，跌打刀伤，蛇咬伤。

实验例
本发明中药组合物治疗急性肾炎病证患者的临床疗效观察实验。
实验对象的一般资料：采用本发明实施例1中药剂共治疗急性肾炎病证50例患者，其中男31例，女19例；年龄最大者39岁，年龄最小者11岁。
治疗方法：
用法用量：将以上中药剂放入1800毫升水中，浸泡35分钟，然后文火煎制40分钟，去渣取汁，得药液。每日一剂，分两次服用。此药剂为成人量，儿童酌减。
疗程：半个月为一疗程。
疗效评价标准：
治愈：水肿、尿浊、尿黄、尿不禁、血尿、高血压等症状完全消失。肾功能正常。
显效：水肿基本消失，尿浊、尿黄、尿不禁、血尿基本正常。心率、血压正常，肾功能接近正常。
有效：水肿减轻，尿浊、尿黄、尿不禁、血尿症状改善。心率、血压正常，肾功能改善。
无效：体征无任何改变，症状如前，各项指标无任何改变。
所收治的50例病例中，经2个月治疗，其中治愈29例，显效13例，有效15例，无效2例，总有效率达96％。结果表明，本发明的中药剂对治疗急性肾炎病证患者有显著疗效。
