本发明涉及一种耐拉抗冻电缆,属于电力电缆技术领域。
背景技术
中国电线电缆行业将迎来新的商机和市场。特别是随着中国电力工业、数据通信业、城市轨道交通业、汽车业以及造船等行业规模的不断扩大,对电线电缆的需求也将迅速增长,带动中国电线电缆行业的发展。但是传统电缆已无法满足一些特殊环境使用要求。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明目的提供一种耐拉抗冻电缆。
本发明的方案如下:一种耐拉抗冻电缆,包括导线、内绝缘层、支线架、加热器、绕包层、屏蔽层和外绝缘层,所述导线外挤包内绝缘层构成缆芯,所述缆芯为四根设置在支线架上,所述加热器设置在支线架中间,所述支线架外挤包绕包层,所述绕包层外挤包屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层外挤包外绝缘层,所述导线是由多股无氧铜丝绞合而成,所述支线架是由导热绝缘材料制成,所述屏蔽层是由铜丝编制而成。
本发明的有益效果:本发明结构简单合理,具有抗拉、抗冻、抗干扰的优点。

下面结合附图对发明做进一步说明。
一种耐拉抗冻电缆,包括导线1、内绝缘层2、支线架3、加热器4、绕包层5、屏蔽层6和外绝缘层7,所述导线1外挤包内绝缘2层构成缆芯,所述缆芯为四根设置在支线架3上,所述加热器4设置在支线架3中间,所述支线架3外挤包绕包层5,所述绕包层5外挤包屏蔽层6,所述屏蔽层6外挤包外绝缘层7,所述导线1是由多股无氧铜丝绞合而成,所述支线架3是由导热绝缘材料制成,所述屏蔽层5是由铜丝编制而成。

1.一种耐拉抗冻电缆,包括导线、内绝缘层、支线架、加热器、绕包层、屏蔽层和外绝缘层,其特征在于:所述导线外挤包内绝缘层构成缆芯,所述缆芯为四根设置在支线架上,所述加热器设置在支线架中间,所述支线架外挤包绕包层,所述绕包层外挤包屏蔽层,所述屏蔽层外挤包外绝缘层。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种耐拉抗冻电缆,其特征在于:所述导线是由多股无氧铜丝绞合而成。
