本发明涉及一种新型耐高温抗压电缆,属于电力电缆技术领域。
背景技术
中国电线电缆行业将迎来新的商机和市场。特别是随着中国电力工业、数据通信业、城市轨道交通业、汽车业以及造船等行业规模的不断扩大,对电线电缆的需求也将迅速增长,带动中国电线电缆行业的发展。但是传统电缆已无法满足一些特殊环境使用要求。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明目的提供一种新型耐高温抗压电缆。
本发明的方案如下:一种新型耐高温抗压电缆,包括缆芯、导体、内绝缘层、支线架、内导管、绕包层、外绝缘层和外导管,所述缆芯是由导体外挤包内绝缘层构成,所述缆芯为四根设置在支线架上,所述内导管设置在支线架中间,所述支线架外挤包绕包层,所述绕包层外挤包外绝缘层,所述外导管设置在外绝缘层内,所述导体是由多股无氧铜丝绞合而成,所述支线架为中空设置与内导管联通,所述内绝缘层和外绝缘层是由低烟无卤阻燃材料制成,往内导管和外导管内注入冷却液即可为电缆降温。
本发明的有益效果:本发明结构简单合理,具有抗拉,耐高温、阻燃等优点。

下面结合附图对发明做进一步说明。
一种新型耐高温抗压电缆,包括缆芯1、导体2、内绝缘层3、支线架4、内导管5、绕包层6、外绝缘层7和外导管8,所述缆芯1是由导体2外挤包内绝缘层3构成,所述缆芯1为四根设置在支线架4上,所述内导管5设置在支线架4中间,所述支线架4外挤包绕包层6,所述绕包层6外挤包外绝缘层7,所述外导管8设置在外绝缘层7内,所述导体2是由多股无氧铜丝绞合而成,所述支线架4为中空设置与内导管5联通,所述内绝缘层3和外绝缘层7是由低烟无卤阻燃材料制成,往内导管5和外导管8内注入冷却液即可为电缆降温。

1.一种新型耐高温抗压电缆,包括缆芯、导体、内绝缘层、支线架、内导管、绕包层、外绝缘层和外导管,其特征在于:所述缆芯是由导体外挤包内绝缘层构成,所述缆芯为四根设置在支线架上,所述内导管设置在支线架中间,所述支线架外挤包绕包层,所述绕包层外挤包外绝缘层,所述外导管设置在外绝缘层内。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种新型耐高温抗压电缆,其特征在于:所述导体是由多股无氧铜丝绞合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种新型耐高温抗压电缆,其特征在于:所述支线架为中空设置与内导管联通。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种新型耐高温抗压电缆,其特征在于:所述内绝缘层和外绝缘层是由低烟无卤阻燃材料制成。
