本发明涉及一种耐高温扁电缆,属于电力电缆技术领域。
背景技术
中国电线电缆行业将迎来新的商机和市场。特别是随着中国电力工业、数据通信业、城市轨道交通业、汽车业以及造船等行业规模的不断扩大,对电线电缆的需求也将迅速增长,带动中国电线电缆行业的发展。但是传统电缆已无法满足一些特殊环境使用要求。
发明内容
为克服上述不足,本发明目的提供一种耐高温扁电缆。
本发明的方案如下:一种耐高温扁电缆,包括缆芯、导体、绕包层、内绝缘层、支线架、内导管、外绝缘层和导管,所述缆芯是由导体、绕包层和内绝缘层构成,所述导体外挤包绕包层,所述绕包层外挤包内绝缘层,所述缆芯为四根设置在支线架上,所述内导管设置在支线架上,所述四根缆芯和支线架构成电缆组,所述电缆组为两组,所述两组电缆组外挤包外绝缘层,所述导管为多根设置在两组电缆组之间,往内导管和导管内注入冷却液即可为电缆降温。
本发明的有益效果:本发明结构简单合理,具有抗拉,耐高温、阻燃等优点。

下面结合附图对发明做进一步说明。
一种耐高温扁电缆,包括缆芯1、导体2、绕包层3、内绝缘层4、支线架5、内导管6、外绝缘层7和导管8,所述缆芯1是由导体2、绕包层3和内绝缘4层构成,所述导体2外挤包绕包层3,所述绕包层3外挤包内绝缘层4,所述缆芯1为四根设置在支线架5上,所述内导管6设置在支线架5上,所述四根缆芯1和支线架5构成电缆组,所述电缆组为两组,所述两组电缆组外挤包外绝缘层7,所述导管8为多根设置在两组电缆组之间,往内导管6和导管8内注入冷却液即可为电缆降温。

1.一种耐高温扁电缆,包括缆芯、导体、绕包层、内绝缘层、支线架、内导管、外绝缘层和导管,其特征在于:所述缆芯是由导体、绕包层和内绝缘层构成,所述导体外挤包绕包层,所述绕包层外挤包内绝缘层,所述缆芯为四根设置在支线架上,所述内导管设置在支线架上,所述四根缆芯和支线架构成电缆组,所述电缆组为两组,所述两组电缆组外挤包外绝缘层,所述导管为多根设置在两组电缆组之间。
