本发明公开了一种用于盛装腐蚀性液体的压力容器,包括:压力容器本体、分设于压力容器顶端和底端的进液口和出液口,在进液口和出液口处均设置有开关阀,压力容器本体内平行设置有多层滤板,压力容器本体的内壁上喷涂有耐腐蚀涂层。有益之处在于:本发明的压力容器具有良好的防锈耐腐蚀性能,适用于盛装酸碱等具有腐蚀性的液体,能够有效确保产品质量,具有良好的市场前景。

本发明涉及一种压力容器,具体涉及一种用于盛装腐蚀性液体的压力容易。
背景技术
压力容器是用于盛装气体或液体并能够承载一定压力的密闭设备,根据盛装物质的不同,压力容器的材质会有所区别,对于酸、碱等具有腐蚀性的物质而言,压力容器须具有较好的防腐防锈性能,否则会影响产品质量。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于盛装腐蚀性液体的压力容器。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
用于盛装腐蚀性液体的压力容器,包括:压力容器本体、分设于压力容器顶端和底端的进液口和出液口,在进液口和出液口处均设置有开关阀,所述压力容器本体内平行设置有多层滤板,所述压力容器本体的内壁上喷涂有耐腐蚀涂层。
优选地,前述压力容器本体为回转体结构。
更优选地,从进液口向出液口方向,多层滤板的滤孔逐渐变小。
进一步地,前述耐腐蚀涂层包括如下重量份的各组分:氟树脂30-50份、防锈剂3-15份、span-80 3-10份、表面活性剂2-5份、金属防腐剂10-20份及分散剂0.5-2份。
更优选地,前述氟树脂为聚四氟乙烯。
再优选地,前述防锈剂为石油磺酸钠、十二烯基丁二酸中的一种或两种的混合物。
更优选地,前述表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂。
进一步优选地,前述分散剂为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和羟丙基甲基纤维素的混合物。
本发明的有益之处在于:本发明的压力容器具有良好的防锈耐腐蚀性能,适用于盛装酸碱等具有腐蚀性的液体,能够有效确保产品质量,具有良好的市场前景。

本发明的用于盛装腐蚀性液体的压力容器包括:回转体结构的压力容器本体、分设于压力容器顶端和底端的进液口和出液口,在进液口和出液口处均设置有开关阀,压力容器本体内平行设置有多层滤板,从进液口向出液口方向,多层滤板的滤孔逐渐变小以实现逐级过滤杂质。
需要重点说明的是,本发明的压力容器本体的内壁上喷涂有耐腐蚀涂层,该耐腐蚀涂层包括如下重量份的各组分:氟树脂30-50份、防锈剂3-15份、span-80 3-10份、表面活性剂2-5份、金属防腐剂10-20份及分散剂0.5-2份。
其中,氟树脂为聚四氟乙烯,防锈剂为石油磺酸钠、十二烯基丁二酸中的一种或两种的混合物,表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂,分散剂为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯和羟丙基甲基纤维素的混合物。
经验证,本发明的压力容器盛装酸碱等腐蚀性液体一年以上,容器内壁仍不会受到腐蚀,说明该压力容器具有良好的防锈耐腐蚀性能,具有良好的市场前景。

1.用于盛装腐蚀性液体的压力容器,其特征在于,包括:压力容器本体、分设于压力容器顶端和底端的进液口和出液口,在进液口和出液口处均设置有开关阀,所述压力容器本体内平行设置有多层滤板,所述压力容器本体的内壁上喷涂有耐腐蚀涂层, 所述耐腐蚀涂层包括如下重量份的各组分:氟树脂30-50份、防锈剂3-15份、span-80 3-10份、表面活性剂2-5份、金属防腐剂10-20份及分散剂0.5-2份;所述压力容器本体为回转体结构;从进液口向出液口方向,多层滤板的滤孔逐渐变小。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于盛装腐蚀性液体的压力容器,其特征在于,所述氟树脂为聚四氟乙烯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于盛装腐蚀性液体的压力容器,其特征在于,所述防锈剂为石油磺酸钠、十二烯基丁二酸中的一种或两种的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于盛装腐蚀性液体的压力容器,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂。
