技术领域
本发明涉及热处理技术领域,具体涉及一种曲轴用淬火油。
背景技术
化学热处理是将将金属或合金工件置于一定温度的活性介质中保温,使一种或几种元素渗入它的表层,以改变其化学成分、组织和性能的热处理工艺。化学热处理利用化学反应、有时兼用物理方法改变钢件表层化学成分及组织结构,以便得到比均质材料更好的技术经济效益的金属热处理工艺。由于机械零件的失效和破坏大多数都萌发在表面层,特别在可能引起磨损、疲劳、金属腐蚀、氧化等条件下工作的零件,表面层的性能尤为重要。
经过化学热处理的钢铁零件,需要经过淬火冷却,即在高温红热状态下,奥氏体组织快速浸入具有合适的冷却速度的淬火介质(油)中,才能实现零件达到需要的各项综合机械性能,从奥氏体组织转变成马氏体,并且零件没有开裂以及保持很小的变形。
淬火油应无毒、无味、易处理、对环境无污染,并使淬火后的工件表面光亮。现有淬火油的缺点:淬火时,油的温度会瞬时升高,如果油的闪点和燃点较低,可能发生着火现象;油品中的过量水分会影响零件的热处理质量,造成零件软点、淬裂或变形,也可能造成油品飞溅,发生事故;蒸汽膜阶段时间持续较长,会导致零件淬火冷却后:冷却不均匀,零件各部位软硬不均,淬火变形较大;且淬火后零件达不到要求的各项机械性能;淬火油有效寿命短。国内外目前没有专门的曲轴淬火专用淬火油。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种品相好,运动粘度低,抗老化、抗氧化性能优越,闪点高,导热性好的曲轴用淬火油。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种曲轴用淬火油,它由以下重量份的原料制成:基础油80-84份、三元乙丙橡胶2-3份、聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐1-2份、52%氯化石蜡12-17份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯0.1-0.5份、磺酸盐石油磺酸钡0.1-0.5份、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯5-8份、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷0.5-1份、亚磷酸三苯酯0.5-1份、改性抗氧剂1-2份;
所述改性抗氧剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
卡波姆0.2-0.3份、2,6-二硝基苯甲酸0.2-0.3份、硫化烷基酚钙0.01-0.05份、丙烯酸甘油酯0.01-0.05份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.1-0.2份、荷荷巴油2-5份、2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚1-2份、硫代二丙酸双酯1-2份、2,2-二苯基-1-三硝基苯肼0.1-0.2份、N,N-二甲基苯胺0.1-0.2份、丙烯酸异冰片酯0.1-0.2份;
所述改性抗氧剂的制备方法是:
将卡波姆、2,6-二硝基苯甲酸、荷荷巴油、2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚加入压力容器内加压至3-5MPa,然后在1h内加压至常压,打开容器再加入硫化烷基酚钙、丙烯酸甘油酯、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌、硫代二丙酸双酯、丙烯酸异冰片酯,加热至50-60℃,边加热边搅拌均匀,保持温度50-60℃10分钟后加入2,2-二苯基-1-三硝基苯肼、N,N-二甲基苯胺,然后利用在1000-1200转/分钟的搅拌机下拌匀即可。
一种曲轴用淬火油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将基础油加入反应釜,然后放入5℃冷库保藏30min,然后加热至60-75℃,再加入三元乙丙橡胶、52%氯化石蜡、磺酸盐石油磺酸钡,混合均匀,备用;
(2)将步骤(1)所得物料再加入聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷、亚磷酸三苯酯,混合均匀,备用;
(3)将步骤(2)所得物料加热至85℃,并保温10min,然后加入改性抗氧剂,混合均匀,再经过过滤即得该产品。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明淬火油品相好,运动粘度低,抗老化、抗氧化性能优越,闪点高,淬火过程中不会起火,导热性好,淬火过程中油品温度均匀,充分保证淬火工件的质量;特别适合于曲轴淬火用,能完全消除曲轴内部热应力,使得其金相组织分部均匀,大大提高曲轴硬度和耐磨性,保证曲轴长期使用不开裂。

卡波姆0.2份、2,6-二硝基苯甲酸0.2份、硫化烷基酚钙0.01份、丙烯酸甘油酯0.01份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.1份、荷荷巴油2份、2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚1份、硫代二丙酸双酯1份、2,2-二苯基-1-三硝基苯肼0.1份、N,N-二甲基苯胺0.1份、丙烯酸异冰片酯0.1份;
所述改性抗氧剂的制备方法是:

所述改性抗氧剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
卡波姆0.3份、2,6-二硝基苯甲酸0.3份、硫化烷基酚钙0.05份、丙烯酸甘油酯0.05份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.2份、荷荷巴油5份、2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚2份、硫代二丙酸双酯2份、2,2-二苯基-1-三硝基苯肼0.2份、N,N-二甲基苯胺0.2份、丙烯酸异冰片酯0.2份;
所述改性抗氧剂的制备方法是:

1.一种曲轴用淬火油,其特征在于,它由以下重量份的原料制成:基础油80-84份、三元乙丙橡胶2-3份、聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐1-2份、52%氯化石蜡12-17份、三乙醇胺硼酸酯0.1-0.5份、磺酸盐石油磺酸钡0.1-0.5份、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯5-8份、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷0.5-1份、亚磷酸三苯酯0.5-1份、改性抗氧剂1-2份;
所述改性抗氧剂由下列重量份的原料制成:
卡波姆0.2-0.3份、2,6-二硝基苯甲酸0.2-0.3份、硫化烷基酚钙0.01-0.05份、丙烯酸甘油酯0.01-0.05份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌0.1-0.2份、荷荷巴油2-5份、2,6-三级丁基-4-甲基苯酚1-2份、硫代二丙酸双酯1-2份、2,2-二苯基-1-三硝基苯肼0.1-0.2份、N,N-二甲基苯胺0.1-0.2份、丙烯酸异冰片酯0.1-0.2份;
所述改性抗氧剂的制备方法是:

(1)将基础油加入反应釜,然后放入5℃冷库保藏30min,然后加热至60-75℃,再加入三元乙丙橡胶、52%氯化石蜡、磺酸盐石油磺酸钡,混合均匀,备用;
(2)将步骤(1)所得物料再加入聚乙烯接枝马来酸酐、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、松香酸聚氧乙烯酯、苯胺甲基三乙氧基硅烷、亚磷酸三苯酯,混合均匀,备用;
(3)将步骤(2)所得物料加热至85℃,并保温10min,然后加入改性抗氧剂,混合均匀,再经过过滤即得该产品。
