本发明公开了一种耐高温的碳纳米‑聚四氟乙烯阀门密封圈,由如下重量份的组分制备而成:聚四氟乙烯100份、碳纳米管5‑8份、苯酚8‑10份、对甲基苯甲酸8‑10份、二硫化钼1‑2份、白云石1‑2份、二苯醚5‑8份、钛酸丁酯1‑3份、60‑70%次氯酸钠20‑25份、EDTA 20‑25份、氨水40‑50份、无水乙醇80‑100份、玻璃粉末3‑5份、菱镁矿1‑2份、碳酸钙3‑4份、硅烷偶联剂kh550 1‑3份、氯化铵9‑10份、尿素30‑35份、水30‑35份。本发明公开的高耐磨碳纳米‑聚四氟乙烯阀门密封圈,耐高温、使用寿命长。

Description

一种耐高温的碳纳米-聚四氟乙烯阀门密封圈
技术领域
本发明属于阀门密封圈领域,具体涉及一种耐高温的碳纳米-聚四氟乙烯阀门密封圈及其制备方法与应用。
背景技术
在流体输送系统当中,阀门是不可或缺的控制部件,其主要具有调节、导流、防逆流、截止、分流等功能,阀门在工业和民用领域中的应用非常广泛。石油化工装置的操作温度比较高,介质多为油品、油气,且易燃、易爆,因此,在石油化工装置管道设计中选用阀门密封时,须认真研究阀门的密封结构和密封材料,选择合适的阀门密封。
聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)以其高度的化学稳定性,极强的耐高、低温性能,突出的不粘性,良好的润滑性,优异的电绝缘性、耐老化性,极小的吸水性等,使其在航空航天、石油化工、机械工业、电子电器、食品工业、纺织等领域具有广泛的应用.但也因其存在机械性能较差,线膨胀系数大,耐蠕变性差,耐磨损性差,硬度低,成型和二次加工困难等缺陷,使其应用范围受到一定的限制。为了改善和克服纯PTFE的缺陷,常采用表面改性,填充改性和共混改性等手段来提高其综合性能,其中尤以填充改性最为简单、价格低、效果好而得以普遍采用。
本发明采用聚苯酯修饰碳纳米管,再以耐高温填料填充,制得聚苯酯修饰碳纳米-聚四氟乙烯阀门密封圈,其不仅具有较高的耐高温性能,并且强度高,韧性好。
发明内容
本发明的首要目的在于提供一种耐高温的碳纳米-聚四氟乙烯阀门密封圈,该碳纳米-聚四氟乙烯阀门密封圈耐高温、使用寿命长。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述耐高温、低蠕变碳纳米-聚四氟乙烯阀门密封圈的制备方法。
一种耐高温的碳纳米-聚四氟乙烯阀门密封圈,其特征在于,所述阀门密封圈由如下重量份的组分制备而成:聚四氟乙烯100份、碳纳米管5-8份、苯酚8-10份、对甲基苯甲酸8-10份、白云石1-2份、二硫化钼1-2份、二苯醚5-8份、钛酸丁酯1-3份、60-70%次氯酸钠20-25份、EDTA 20-25份、氨水40-50份、无水乙醇80-100份、玻璃粉末3-5份、菱镁矿1-2份、碳酸钙3-4份、硅烷偶联剂kh550 1-3份、氯化铵9-10份、尿素30-35份、水30-35份。
一种耐高温的碳纳米-聚四氟乙烯阀门密封圈,其特征在于,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)碳纳米管的的活化
A 碳纳米管的氧化改性
先将二硫化钼分散在60-70%次氯酸钠溶液中,再加入碳纳米管搅拌10-12h,抽滤,滤饼放入无水乙醇中超声20-30min,在50-60℃真空干燥20-30h,的到氧化改性的碳纳米管;
B 碳纳米管的活化
将EDTA和氧化改性的碳纳米管分散在氨水中,50-70℃,PH为5-7条件下超声1-3h,静置1-2h,过滤,滤饼浸入在氯化铵、尿素、水的混合液中超声1-3h,静置1-2h,过滤,50-60℃真空干燥20-30h,的到活性碳纳米管;
(2)聚苯酯修饰碳纳米管
将活性碳纳米管、苯酚、对羟基苯甲酸加入二苯醚中超声分散1-3h,在加入催化剂钛酸丁酯,70-90℃酯化8-10h,加入白云石,超声分散0.5-1h,提高反应温度到180-200℃进行缩聚,缩聚20-30h,得到聚苯酯修饰碳纳米管。
(3)耐高温填料填充碳纳米-聚四氟乙烯阀门密封圈的制备
先将聚苯酯修饰碳纳米管进行球磨,球磨后聚苯酯修饰碳纳米管与聚四氟乙烯粉体、玻璃粉末、菱镁矿、碳酸钙混合后,再将硅烷偶联剂kh550喷洒在其中,在40~100℃下干燥,将干燥的混合原料在20~60MPa冷模压成型,加压速率5-10MPa/min并保压1~30min;再将成型的产品进行烧结,冷却至室温,即获得本发明所制备的耐高温的碳纳米-聚四氟乙烯阀门密封圈。
所述聚四氟乙烯树脂为悬浮聚四氟乙烯树脂,其粒径分布为15~60μm;所述的玻璃粉末、二硫化钼、菱镁矿、碳酸钙、白云石粒径为10~50μm;球磨后聚苯酯修饰碳纳米管的粒径为10-50μm。
本发明采用聚苯酯修饰碳纳米管,再以耐高温填料填充,制得聚苯酯修饰碳纳米-聚四氟乙烯阀门密封圈,其不仅具有较高的耐高温性能,并且强度高,韧性好。
具体实施方式
一种耐高温的碳纳米-聚四氟乙烯阀门密封圈,由如下重量份的组分制备而成:聚四氟乙烯100份、碳纳米管8份、苯酚10份、对甲基苯甲酸10份、白云石2份、二硫化钼1份、二苯醚8份、钛酸丁酯3份、60-70%次氯酸钠20份、EDTA 20份、氨水50份、无水乙醇100份、玻璃粉末5份、菱镁矿2份、碳酸钙4份、硅烷偶联剂kh550 2份、氯化铵9份、尿素30份、水30份。
一种耐高温的碳纳米-聚四氟乙烯阀门密封圈,由如下步骤制备:
(1)碳纳米管的的活化
A 碳纳米管的氧化改性
先将二硫化钼分散在60%次氯酸钠溶液中,再加入碳纳米管搅拌12h,抽滤,滤饼放入无水乙醇中超声30min,在60℃真空干燥30h,的到氧化改性的碳纳米管;
B 碳纳米管的活化
将EDTA和氧化改性的碳纳米管分散在氨水中,70℃,PH为5条件下超声1h,静置1h,过滤,滤饼浸入在氯化铵、尿素、水的混合液中超声2h,静置2h,过滤,60℃真空干燥20h,的到活性碳纳米管;
(2)聚苯酯修饰碳纳米管
将活性碳纳米管、苯酚、对羟基苯甲酸加入二苯醚中超声分散3h,在加入催化剂钛酸丁酯,75℃酯化10h,加入白云石,超声分散1h,提高反应温度到200℃进行缩聚,缩聚25h,得到聚苯酯修饰碳纳米管。
(3)耐高温填料填充碳纳米-聚四氟乙烯阀门密封圈的制备
先将聚苯酯修饰碳纳米管进行球磨,球磨后聚苯酯修饰碳纳米管与聚四氟乙烯粉体、玻璃粉末、菱镁矿、碳酸钙混合后,再将硅烷偶联剂kh550喷洒在其中,在70℃下干燥,将干燥的混合原料在55MPa冷模压成型,加压速率8MPa/min并保压30min;再将成型的产品进行烧结,冷却至室温,即获得耐高温的碳纳米-聚四氟乙烯阀门密封圈。
经测试:拉升强度29MPa;断裂伸长率230%;冲击强度23.0KJ/m;弯曲强度29MPa;磨耗4.1mm3(负载250N,线速度2m/s,时间3分钟)。

1.一种耐高温的碳纳米-聚四氟乙烯阀门密封圈,其特征在于,所述阀门密封圈由如下重量份的组分制备而成:聚四氟乙烯100份、碳纳米管5-8份、苯酚8-10份、对甲基苯甲酸8-10份、二硫化钼1-2份、白云石1-2份、二苯醚5-8份、钛酸丁酯1-3份、60-70%次氯酸钠20-25份、EDTA 20-25份、氨水40-50份、无水乙醇80-100份、玻璃粉末3-5份、菱镁矿1-2份、碳酸钙3-4份、硅烷偶联剂kh550 1-3份、氯化铵9-10份、尿素30-35份、水30-35份。
2.一种耐高温的碳纳米-聚四氟乙烯阀门密封圈,其特征在于,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
碳纳米管的的活化
A 碳纳米管的氧化改性
先将二硫化钼分散在60-70%次氯酸钠溶液中,再加入碳纳米管搅拌10-12h,抽滤,滤饼放入无水乙醇中超声20-30min,在50-60℃真空干燥20-30h,的到氧化改性的碳纳米管;
B 碳纳米管的活化
将EDTA和氧化改性的碳纳米管分散在氨水中,50-70℃,PH为5-7条件下超声1-3h,静置1-2h,过滤,滤饼浸入在氯化铵、尿素、水的混合液中超声1-3h,静置1-2h,过滤,50-60℃真空干燥20-30h,的到活性碳纳米管;
聚苯酯修饰碳纳米管
将活性碳纳米管、苯酚、对羟基苯甲酸加入二苯醚中超声分散1-3h,在加入催化剂钛酸丁酯,70-90℃酯化8-10h,加入白云石,超声分散0.5-1h,提高反应温度到180-200℃进行缩聚,缩聚20-30h,得到聚苯酯修饰碳纳米管;
耐高温填料填充碳纳米-聚四氟乙烯阀门密封圈的制备
先将聚苯酯修饰碳纳米管进行球磨,球磨后聚苯酯修饰碳纳米管与聚四氟乙烯粉体、玻璃粉末、菱镁矿、碳酸钙混合后,再将硅烷偶联剂kh550喷洒在其中,在40~100℃下干燥,将干燥的混合原料在20~60MPa冷模压成型,加压速率5-10MPa/min并保压1~30min;再将成型的产品进行烧结,冷却至室温,即获得本发明所制备的耐高温的碳纳米-聚四氟乙烯阀门密封圈。
3.一种耐高温的碳纳米-聚四氟乙烯阀门密封圈,其特征在于,所述聚四氟乙烯树脂为悬浮聚四氟乙烯树脂,其粒径分布为15~60μm;所述的玻璃粉末、菱镁矿、碳酸钙、二硫化钼、白云石粒径为10~50μm;球磨后聚苯酯修饰碳纳米管的粒径为10-50μm。
