The invention provides a sludge composting device which can isolate operating personnel from fermentation gas, reduce the floor area of a fermentation tank, reduce the volume of odor-discharged gas, reduce the load of a deodorizing device, cancel a turning machine with high technical requirements and a tank body and a track with high requirements on precision, and facilitate the control and increase of the temperature of a fermentation environment.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the concrete circular tower is arranged, the tower wall is used as the outer wall of the fermentation tank, the steel structure circular cylinder is arranged inside the concrete circular tower, and the cylinder wall is used as the inner wall. A plurality of uniformly distributed stirrers are arranged in the fermentation tank, and transmission shafts of the stirrers pass through the through long holes on the inner cylinder. The inner side of the inner cylinder is provided with a fixed track which is spirally arranged in an ascending way, a driving device on the outer side of the transmission shaft sleeve is provided with a traveling wheel, the traveling wheel is matched with the fixed track to drive the stirrer to move along the track direction, and the change of the traveling direction of the traveling wheel drives the stirrer to horizontally move and interlaminar move.
