本发明属于包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种利用等离子技术使硅胶垫圈与热塑性树脂盖子相融合的方法。
背景技术
硅胶材料是一种耐高温材料,聚乙烯和聚丙烯是塑料中较轻的品种,且具有较高的耐热性,因此它们被广泛应用于日常生活用品领域。
目前市场上用于密封碗体的盖子多为聚丙烯、聚乙烯热塑性树脂材料,为达到密封效果常在盖子内部设有硅胶垫圈。然而由于硅胶垫圈与热塑性树脂材料不能融合在一起,所以两者连接不密实,长时间使用后,常在缝隙处藏有脏污物体,难以清洗,不仅影响使用体验,且不安全卫生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供了一种利用等离子技术使硅胶垫圈与热塑性树脂盖子相融合的方法。该方法操作工艺简单,且能使硅胶垫圈与热塑性树脂盖体密封严实,解决了硅胶只能与其他高温材料做成复合产品,才能用于微波炉高温加热的难点。
为实现发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种使硅胶与热塑性树脂融合的方法,包含以下步骤:
A:热塑性树脂盖子成型后经等离子设备在常温下处理二次,打开热塑性树脂惰性分子链,处理热塑性树脂盖子的功率为:500-800w,处理时间为:5-60s;
B:在热塑性树脂盖子放置硅胶垫圈处涂抹胶水,经烘烤箱烘烤15-20min;
C:将步骤B处理好的热塑性树脂盖子和硅胶垫圈,放入包胶模具中进行包胶,包胶时间为2-3min,包胶完成后进行二次硫化2h。
作为优选:所述热塑性树脂指聚丙烯、聚乙烯其中一种。
作为优选:所述胶水为高低温胶水YB-SS-7510A、YB-SS-7510B、YB-SS-626(SU)其中一种或多种。
作为优选:所述包胶温度范围为100℃-130℃,包胶温度最优为125℃。
作为优选:所述二次硫化时温度范围为80℃-130℃,二次硫化时温度最优为120℃。

实施例5:
一种使硅胶与热塑性树脂融合的方法,包含以下步骤:
聚丙烯盖子成型后经等离子设备在常温下处理二次,打开聚丙烯惰性分子链,处理聚丙烯盖子的功率为:500w,处理时间为:60s;在聚丙烯盖子放置硅胶垫圈处涂抹胶水YB-SS-626(SU),经烘烤箱烘烤20min;将处理好的聚丙烯盖子和硅胶垫圈,放入包胶模具中进行包胶,包胶温度为125℃,包胶时间为3min,包胶完成后在130℃下进行二次硫化2h。
实施例6:
一种使硅胶与热塑性树脂融合的方法,包含以下步骤:
聚乙烯盖子成型后经等离子设备在常温下处理二次,打开聚乙烯惰性分子链,处理聚乙烯盖子的功率为:800w,处理时间为:10s;在聚乙烯盖子放置硅胶垫圈处涂抹胶水YB-SS-626(SU),经烘烤箱烘烤15min;将处理好的聚乙烯盖子和硅胶垫圈,放入包胶模具中进行包胶,包胶温度为125℃,包胶时间为2min,包胶完成后在100℃下进行二次硫化2h。

Claims (5)
1.一种使硅胶与热塑性树脂融合的方法,包含以下步骤:
A:热塑性树脂盖子成型后经等离子设备在常温下处理二次,打开热塑性树脂惰性分子链,处理热塑性树脂盖子的功率为:500-800w,处理时间为:5-60s;
B:在热塑性树脂盖子放置硅胶垫圈处涂抹胶水,经烘烤箱烘烤15-20min;
C:将步骤B处理好的热塑性树脂盖子和硅胶垫圈,放入包胶模具中进行包胶,包胶时间为2-3min,包胶完成后进行二次硫化2h。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种使硅胶与热塑性树脂融合的方法,其特征在于:所述热塑性树脂指聚丙烯、聚乙烯其中一种。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种使硅胶与热塑性树脂融合的方法,其特征在于:所述胶水为高低温胶水YB-SS-7510A、YB-SS-7510B、YB-SS-626(SU)其中一种或多种。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种使硅胶与热塑性树脂融合的方法,其特征在于:所述包胶温度范围为100℃-130℃,包胶温度最优为125℃。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种使硅胶与热塑性树脂融合的方法,其特征在于:所述二次硫化时温度范围为80℃-130℃,二次硫化时温度最优为120℃。
