热熔胶粘合是利用热熔胶机通过热力把热熔胶熔解,熔胶后的胶成为一种液体,通过热熔胶机的热熔胶管和热熔胶枪,送到被粘合物表面,热熔胶冷却后即完成了粘合。

一种防腐热熔胶,其特征在于:其是由A料和B料捏合制得:
A料的原料重量份为:氯化石蜡0.1-0.3、玫瑰精油0.2-0.4,滑石粉2-4,硬酯酸单甘油酯1-2,台塑7A50HEVA60-70,C5石油树脂15-25、乙撑基双硬酯酰胺0.3-0.4,半补强炭黑0.5-0.8;
B料的原料重量份为:日本旭化成EF1531EVA55-60,刚玉粉10-15,C5石油树脂2-4,微晶蜡3-5、苯乙烯1-2、十二烯基丁二酸0.2-0.5、抗氧剂6160.2-0.4;抗氧剂3330.2-0.4。
所述的一种防腐热熔胶,其特征在于:
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)捏合机预加热至壁温180-200℃;
(2)然后按重量份加入A料各原料,捏合40-60min,取出冷却即得A料;
(3)捏合机预加热至壁温190-210℃,然后按重量份加入B料各原料,捏合30-40min,再加入A料,捏合30-40min,取出冷却即得。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明产品用于油气管道补口,其粘接性和密封性好,剥离强度较高,且性能稳定,软化点在90度左右,烘烤方便。

A料的原料重量份(kg)为:氯化石蜡0.3、玫瑰精油0.4,滑石粉4,硬酯酸单甘油酯1,台塑7A50HEVA70,C5石油树脂25、乙撑基双硬酯酰胺0.4,半补强炭黑0.8;
B料的原料重量份(kg)为:日本旭化成EF1531EVA60,刚玉粉15,C5石油树脂4,微晶蜡5、苯乙烯2、十二烯基丁二酸0.4、抗氧剂6160.2;抗氧剂3330.4。
所述的一种防腐热熔胶,
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)捏合机预加热至壁温200℃;
(2)然后按重量份加入A料各原料,捏合60min,取出冷却即得A料;
(3)捏合机预加热至壁温210℃,然后按重量份加入B料各原料,捏合40min,再加入A料,捏合30min,取出冷却即得。

A料的原料重量份为:氯化石蜡0.1-0.3、玫瑰精油0.2-0.4,滑石粉2-4,硬酯酸单甘油酯1-2,台塑7A50HEVA60-70,C5石油树脂15-25、乙撑基双硬酯酰胺0.3-0.4,半补强炭黑0.5-0.8;
B料的原料重量份为:日本旭化成EF1531EVA55-60,刚玉粉10-15,C5石油树脂2-4,微晶蜡3-5、苯乙烯1-2、十二烯基丁二酸0.2-0.5、抗氧剂6160.2-0.4;抗氧剂3330.2-0.4;
制备方法包括以下步骤:
