Abstract
本发明公开了一种锯痕机,包括机架、下底座以及与下底座固定连接的上底座;上底座两端的侧面均设有用于燕尾槽滑动的燕尾槽滑台,每个燕尾槽的上端与防护罩固定连接,下端与电机连接,电机上安装有锯片;防护罩与下收尘管固定连接,下收尘管通过软管与上收尘管连接;下底座的两侧安装有第二托辊,第二托辊的内侧设有第一托辊。本发明通过电机带动锯片运转,利用第一托辊和第二托辊的配合输送,使锯片与护面纸之间产生摩擦,从而对护面纸进行锯割,使其产生锯痕;当需要调整锯痕深浅时,首先调整电机的转速、变频器的频率,同时调整锯痕宽度和锯痕深度,进而能达到根据不同的需求来调节锯痕宽度以及深度的目的,实施过程更方便快捷。

技术领域
本发明涉及锯痕装置,具体涉及到一种锯痕机。
背景技术
石膏板产品的立边成型是由一种高精度锯痕设备控制板面加工而成的,锯痕设备是一种免维护、耐磨性强、加工方便的设备。锯痕设备适用于石膏板等产品的立边外观,其具有调整精度高、锯痕稳定、效率高、无震动等优点。
在现有石膏板生产过程中,下护面纸通过锯痕设备中的刀片与“V”槽辊之间的间隙来产生压痕,其压痕在石膏板受热膨胀后垂直立边会还原一部分,造成石膏板立边外观较差的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种锯痕机,通过调整电机的转速、变频器的频率以锯痕宽度和锯痕深度,进而达到根据不同的需求来调节锯痕宽度以及深度的目的。
为达上述目的,本发明的一个实施例中提供了一种锯痕机,包括机架、设置在机架上的下底座以及与下底座固定连接的上底座;
上底座两端的侧面均设有用于燕尾槽滑动的燕尾槽滑台,每个燕尾槽的上端与防护罩固定连接,下端与电机连接,电机上安装有锯片;
防护罩与下收尘管固定连接,下收尘管通过软管与上收尘管连接;下底座的两侧安装有第二托辊,第二托辊的内侧设有第一托辊。
优选的,上底座的下方设有用于安装中间托辊的中部托辊支撑架。
优选的,防护罩通过护罩支撑件与燕尾槽固定连接。
优选的,燕尾槽上端设有用于调节锯痕深浅的第一调节器,燕尾槽滑台上设有用于调节同侧燕尾槽间距的第二调节器。
优选的,第一托辊通过轴承座与下底座连接。
优选的,第二托辊的两端设有带座轴承。
优选的,第一托辊的安装高度低于第二托辊。
优选的,机架的下端设有横杆。
优选的,电机通过电机底板与燕尾槽连接。
优选的,电机与锯片之间设有变频器。
综上所述,本发明具有以下优点:
1、本发明通过电机带动锯片,使锯片高速运转,利用第一托辊和第二托辊的配合输送,使锯片与护面纸之间产生摩擦,从而对护面纸进行锯割,使其产生一条锯痕;当需要调整护面纸上的锯痕深浅时,首先调整电机的转速,并调节变频器的频率,同时还要利用第一调节器来调整护面纸上锯割出来的锯痕宽度,通过第二调节器来调整护面纸上锯割出来的锯痕深度,进而能达到根据不同的需求来调节锯痕宽度以及深度的目的,实施过程更方便快捷。
2、通过在锯片的上方设置防护罩,并且防护罩连通收尘管,使锯割护面纸产生的粉末被吸入布袋收尘集中处理,更加环保,不会对工作环境造成污染。

具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种锯痕机,如图1所示,包括机架1、设置在机架1上的下底座15以及与下底座15固定连接的上底座6;
上底座6两端的侧面均设有用于燕尾槽12滑动的燕尾槽滑台,每个燕尾槽的上端与防护罩3固定连接,下端与电机13连接,电机13上安装有锯片14;
防护罩3与下收尘管17固定连接,下收尘管17通过软管16与上收尘管5连接;下底座15的两侧安装有第二托辊9,第二托辊9的内侧设有第一托辊8。
本发明的优化实施例,如图2所示,上底座6的下方设有用于安装中间托辊的中部托辊支撑架7;防护罩3通过护罩支撑件4与燕尾槽12固定连接;燕尾槽12上端设有用于调节锯痕深浅的第一调节器19,燕尾槽滑台上设有用于调节同侧燕尾槽间距的第二调节器20;第一托辊8通过轴承座2与下底座15连接,第二托辊9的两端设有带座轴承11,第一托辊8的安装高度低于第二托辊9;机架1的下端设有横杆18;电机13通过电机底板10与燕尾槽12连接,电机13与锯片14之间设有变频器(图中未画出)。
工作原理:该锯痕机包括机架1,机架1上焊接有下底座15,下底座15与上底座6焊接;上底座6为长方体,在上底座6两端的两侧面上均设有配合使用的燕尾槽滑台和燕尾槽12,燕尾槽12的顶部设有用于调节锯痕深浅的第一调节器19,燕尾槽滑台的凹槽内设有用于调节燕尾槽12间距的第二调节器20,燕尾槽12下端安装有电机13,电机13上设有用于在石膏板上划出锯痕的锯片14;
燕尾槽12的上端通过护罩支撑件4与防护罩3固定连接,防护罩3与下收尘管17固定连接,防护罩3整体呈梯形结构,下端开凿有一个半圆腔体,该半圆腔体刚好设置在锯片14上方,下收尘管17通过软管16与上收尘管5连通,收尘管5安装于布袋收尘上。
上底座6与下底座15的连接处设有中间托辊,中间托辊通过中部托辊支撑架7与上底座6连接,以中间托辊为中心,在中间托辊的两侧设有第一托辊8,第一托辊8的两侧设有第二托辊9,第二托辊9的安装高度高于第一托辊8,解决了护面纸左右摆动的问题,机架1的下方设有横杆18,用于增加机架的强度。
在工作过程中,护面纸经过拉出装置拉出后,通过第一托辊8和第二托辊9的配合输送,使护面纸与锯片14接触,锯片14通过电机带动并高速运转,高转速的锯片14与护面纸进行锯割,产生的锯痕供石膏板成型使用,而锯片14在锯割护面纸时会产生粉末,此时,收尘管吸入锯割产生的粉末,并输送至布袋收尘进行集中处理。当需要调整护面纸上的锯痕深浅时,首先调整电机13的转速,并调节变频器的频率,同时还要通过第一调节器19来调整护面纸上锯割出来的锯痕宽度,通过第二调节器20来调整护面纸上锯割出来的锯痕深度,调节护面纸上锯割产生的锯痕后可用于石膏板成型使用。
本发明通过电机带动锯片,使锯片高速运转,利用锯片与护面纸之间产生的摩擦,从而对护面纸进行锯割,使其产生一条锯痕,当需要调整护面纸上的锯痕深浅时,首先调整电机13的转速,并调节变频器的频率,同时还要通过第一调节器19来调整护面纸上锯割出来的锯痕宽度,通过第二调节器20来调整护面纸上锯割出来的锯痕深度,可以根据不同的需求来调节锯痕的宽度以及深度,更方便快捷;锯痕的深浅可以通过带有刻度显示的第一调节器19进行调整;高速运行的电机13配有变频器,通过调整频率使护面纸的锯痕一致。
Claims (10)
1.一种锯痕机,其特征在于:包括机架(1)、设置在机架(1)上的下底座(15)以及与下底座(15)固定连接的上底座(6);
所述上底座(6)两端的侧面均设有用于燕尾槽(12)滑动的燕尾槽滑台,每个燕尾槽的上端与防护罩(3)固定连接,下端与电机(13)连接,所述电机(13)上安装有锯片(14);
所述防护罩(3)与下收尘管(17)固定连接,所述下收尘管(17)通过软管(16)与上收尘管(5)连接;所述下底座(15)的两侧安装有第二托辊(9),所述第二托辊(9)的内侧设有第一托辊(8)。
2.如权利要求1所述的锯痕机,其特征在于:所述上底座(6)的下方设有用于安装中间托辊的中部托辊支撑架(7)。
3.如权利要求1所述的锯痕机,其特征在于:所述防护罩(3)通过护罩支撑件(4)与燕尾槽(12)固定连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的锯痕机,其特征在于:所述燕尾槽(12)上端设有用于调节锯痕深浅的第一调节器(19),所述燕尾槽滑台上设有用于调节同侧燕尾槽间距的第二调节器(20)。
5.如权利要求1所述的锯痕机,其特征在于:所述第一托辊(8)通过轴承座(2)与下底座(15)连接。
6.如权利要求1所述的锯痕机,其特征在于:所述第二托辊(9)的两端设有带座轴承(11)。
7.如权利要求1所述的锯痕机,其特征在于:所述第一托辊(8)的安装高度低于第二托辊(9)。
8.如权利要求1所述的锯痕机,其特征在于:所述机架(1)的下端设有横杆(18)。
9.如权利要求1所述的锯痕机,其特征在于:所述电机(13)通过电机底板(10)与燕尾槽连接。
10.如权利要求1所述的锯痕机,其特征在于:所述电机(13)与锯片(14)之间设有变频器。
