本发明提供了一种可对工艺生产过程中的液体进行精确分布,提高工艺要求的传质传热效果的塔式容器高效液体分布盘。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:它包括生气管和分布盘,所述分布盘上焊接有多个生气管,生气管上部设置防冲挡板,分布盘上设置若干直径为6mm的圆孔,生气管和圆孔均匀分布在分布盘上。
本发明的有益效果是,本实用型技术通过分布盘上的圆孔对液体进行精确分布,使得汽液相均匀分离,更有利于工艺方面的传质传热。

具体实施方式
在图1-2中,本发明由生气管1和分布盘2两部分组成,所述分布盘2上焊接有多个生气管1,生气管1上部设置防冲挡板3,分布盘2上设置若干直径为6mm的圆孔4,生气管1和圆孔4均匀分布在分布盘2上,生气管1和圆孔4的数量根据塔容器直径和生产负荷确定。
