Abstract

本发明实施例提供了一种小区选择及重选方法、装置,解决现有技术中存在的利用现有的小区选择及重选方法使得数据重复接收,造成资源浪费且耗电增加的问题。小区选择方法包括:测量小区的信号质量,及获取网络侧为小区预配置的覆盖等级补偿值;根据所述获取单元测量的小区的信号质量以及获取的小区的覆盖等级补偿值,选择目标小区。
