Abstract
本发明公开了一种大口径泵连金属软管,包含一管体,所述管体的两端分别设有一第一连接端和一第二连接端,所述管体为双层结构,由内而外分别为橡胶管和金属丝织管,设金属软管的长为L,橡胶管的半径为r,金属丝织管的半径为R,满足如下关系:L=2r+3R,R=6r/5,所述橡胶管和金属丝织管间通过弹性橡胶层固定连接。本发明的大口径泵连金属软管包含一个内部的橡胶管和一个外部的金属丝织管,橡胶管和金属丝织管之间不是分离结构,而是通过弹性橡胶层固定连接,这样橡胶管和金属丝织管间不会接触摩擦,同时整个管体尺寸设计更加科学,减少了软管大幅弯折的几率,两个管体的材质也更加耐老化,从而大大延长了大口径泵连金属软管的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属软管,更确切地说,是一种大口径泵连金属软管。
背景技术
金属软管是现代工业设备连接管线中的重要组成部件。金属软管用作电线、电缆、自动化仪表信号的电线电缆保护管和民用淋浴软管,规格从3mm到150mm。小口径金属软管(内径3mm-25mm)主要用于精密光学尺之传感线路保护、工业传感器线路保护,大口径的金属软管可以用于泵的连接。但是,目前业界普遍使用的大口径泵连金属软管在使用的时候内管与外管之间的摩擦会加剧内部软质管体的皮损,一般使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种牢固耐用的大口径泵连金属软管。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种大口径泵连金属软管,包含一管体,所述管体的两端分别设有一第一连接端和一第二连接端,所述管体为双层结构,由内而外分别为橡胶管和金属丝织管,设金属软管的长为L, 橡胶管的半径为r, 金属丝织管的半径为R,满足如下关系:L=2r+3R,R=6r/5,所述橡胶管和金属丝织管间通过弹性橡胶层固定连接。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述橡胶管由丁晴橡胶和聚氨酯按100:3的重量比混合制成。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的金属丝织管由不锈钢丝制成,该不锈钢丝中参杂有0.3%重量份的钨。
本发明的大口径泵连金属软管包含一个内部的橡胶管和一个外部的金属丝织管,橡胶管和金属丝织管之间不是分离结构,而是通过弹性橡胶层固定连接,这样橡胶管和金属丝织管间不会接触摩擦,同时整个管体尺寸设计更加科学,减少了软管大幅弯折的几率,两个管体的材质也更加耐老化,从而大大延长了大口径泵连金属软管的使用寿命。

如图1、图2所示,一种大口径泵连金属软管1,包含一管体2,所述管体2的两端分别设有一第一连接端31和一第二连接端32,所述管体2为双层结构,由内而外分别为橡胶管41和金属丝织管42,设金属软管的长为L,
橡胶管41的半径为r, 金属丝织管42的半径为R,满足如下关系:L=2r+3R,R=6r/5,所述橡胶管41和金属丝织管42间通过弹性橡胶层固定连接。
作为对本发明更进一步的改进,所述橡胶管41由丁晴橡胶和聚氨酯按100:3的重量比混合制成。
作为对本发明更进一步的改进,所述的金属丝织管42由不锈钢丝制成,该不锈钢丝中参杂有0.3%重量份的钨。

1.一种大口径泵连金属软管(1),其特征在于,包含一管体(2),所述管体(2)的两端分别设有一第一连接端(31)和一第二连接端(32),所述管体(2)为双层结构,由内而外分别为橡胶管(41)和金属丝织管(42),设金属软管的长为L, 橡胶管(41)的半径为r, 金属丝织管(42)的半径为R,满足如下关系:L=2r+3R,R=6r/5,所述橡胶管(41)和金属丝织管(42)间通过弹性橡胶层固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的大口径泵连金属软管,其特征在于,所述橡胶管(41)由丁晴橡胶和聚氨酯按100:3的重量比混合制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的大口径泵连金属软管,其特征在于,所述的金属丝织管(42)由不锈钢丝制成,该不锈钢丝中参杂有0.3%重量份的钨。
