本发明公开了一种软管,涉及管材设备技术领域,包括管体,所述管体的内部等距离间隔设有固定的连接件,连接件之间的距离为3-5cm,所述管体的外壁上设有中空结构构成反光液层,反光液层内部盛装有反光液体,所述反光液层外壁上设有半圆形凸起,凸起内部设海绵体,本发明的软管结构简单,通过连接件加强对管体侧壁的支撑力加大软管的柔韧性;反光液层能有效防止由于强烈的太阳光照射而造成的软管老化现象,延长了波纹管的使用寿命;同时,凸起能进一步加强了外表面的因为撞击而造成的损伤,使软管的更容易弯曲变形以适应各种不同的应用场合,值得推广使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及管材设备技术领域,具体涉及一种软管。
背景技术
软管是现代工业中的重要部件。软管(塑料波纹管,进口软管)可以采用实壁或结构壁多种设计,其连接主要采用溶剂粘接方式。根据是否使用增塑剂,可分为硬聚氯乙烯(的耐腐蚀性和耐高温性能相对较高,同时成本也相对高一些。软管主要用作电线、电缆、自动化仪表信号的电线电缆保护管和民用淋浴软管,规格从3mm到150mm。小口径软管(内径3mm-25mm)主要用于精密光学尺之传感线路保护、工业传感器线路保护。按用途主要分为:穿线软管、排水软管、通风软管、花洒软管、线束管;按材质主要分为:不锈钢软管、金属软管、波纹软管、橡胶软管、塑料软管。如中国申请号为CN204004866U公开了一种软管,提供具有良好导通作用的同时还具有极好的柔韧性,但是,这种技术的波纹管不具有反光效果,成本相对较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种软管,以解决现有技术中导致的上述多项缺陷。
一种软管,包括管体,所述管体的内部等距离间隔设有固定的连接件,连接件之间的距离为3-5cm,所述管体的外壁上设有中空结构构成反光液层,反光液层内部盛装有反光液体,所述反光液层外壁上设有半圆形凸起,凸起内部设海绵体。
优选的,所述反光液为液体硅胶,由多组化合物在催化剂存在下交联反应,形成柔韧弹性体。
优选的,所述海绵体由丝状弹性纤维组成。
优选的,所述凸起剖面为中空结构半圆弧。
优选的,所述连接件的剖面为中空圆形不锈钢金属杆。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的软管结构简单,通过连接体加强对管体侧壁的支撑力加大软管的柔韧性;反光液层能有效防止由于强烈的太阳光照射而造成的软管老化现象,延长了波纹管的使用寿命;同时,凸起能进一步加强了外表面的因为撞击而造成的损伤,使软管的更容易弯曲变形以适应各种不同的应用场合,值得推广使用。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1和图2所示,一种软管,包括管体1,所述管体1的内部等距离间隔设有固定的连接件2,连接件2之间的距离为3-5cm,所述管体1的外壁上设有中空结构构成反光液层3,反光液层3内部盛装有反光液体,所述反光液层3外壁上设有半圆形凸起4,凸起4内部设海绵体41,本发明的软管结构简单,通过连接件2加强对管体侧壁的支撑力加大软管的柔韧性;反光液层3能有效防止由于强烈的太阳光照射而造成的软管老化现象,延长了波纹管的使用寿命;同时,凸起4能进一步加强了外表面的因为撞击而造成的损伤,使软管的更容易弯曲变形以适应各种不同的应用场合,值得推广使用。
值得注意的是,所述反光液31为液体硅胶,由多组化合物在催化剂存在下交联反应,形成柔韧弹性体,这种组成的反光液31反光效果好。
此外,所述海绵体41由丝状弹性纤维组成,这种结构的海绵体41弹性效果好。
基于上述,本发明的软管结构简单,通过连接件2加强对管体侧壁的支撑力加大软管的柔韧性;反光液层3能有效防止由于强烈的太阳光照射而造成的软管老化现象,延长了波纹管的使用寿命;同时,凸起4能进一步加强了外表面的因为撞击而造成的损伤,使软管的更容易弯曲变形以适应各种不同的应用场合,值得推广使用。

1.一种软管,包括管体,其特征在于,所述管体的内部等距离间隔设有固定的连接件,连接件之间的距离为3-5cm,所述管体的外壁上设有中空结构构成反光液层,反光液层内部盛装有反光液体,所述反光液层外壁上设有半圆形凸起,凸起内部设海绵体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种软管,其特征在于:所述反光液为液体硅胶,由多组化合物在催化剂存在下交联反应,形成柔韧弹性体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种软管,其特征在于:所述海绵体由丝状弹性纤维组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种软管,其特征在于:所述凸起剖面为中空结构半圆弧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种软管,其特征在于:所述连接件的剖面为中空圆形不锈钢金属杆。
