技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚氯乙烯波纹管结构。
背景技术
管材是应用非常广泛的一种工具,主要用于各种流体的传输。根据原材料的不同,大致可以分为金属管和塑料管。金属管强度较大,但是,成本较高,重量较大,运输成本高。由于塑料管成本低,加工连接容易,因此,各种塑料管在很多行业应用越来越多,尤其是波纹管,在建筑行业的给排水、石油、化工、钢铁、矿山等许多领域的得到应用。现有的波纹管由于波谷管壁较薄,强度和耐压性较差,如果直接埋地也没有很好的缓冲装置,容易导致波纹管损坏,另外,现有的波纹管在输送流体时,内壁底部容易积累杂质,导致管体堵塞,满足不了人们的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种缓冲效果好的聚氯乙烯波纹管结构。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:聚氯乙烯波纹管结构,包括:波纹管本体,设置在波纹管本体外侧的上保护罩和下保护罩,所述上保护罩和下保护罩通过固定螺栓和固定螺母固定成一体,所述波纹管本体的波峰与上保护罩和下保护罩相抵,所述波纹管本体的波谷与上保护罩和下保护罩之间形成腔体,在所述腔体内填充有弹性橡胶阻尼,在所述波纹管本体的内侧底部沿轴向设置有一根弧形凸起。
本发明的优点是:上述聚氯乙烯波纹管结构,通过上保护罩和下保护罩能够有效增强波纹管本体的强度和耐压性,同时弹性橡胶阻尼增加了波纹管的韧性,在埋地的过程中可以充当一个缓冲装置,缓冲效果好,通过波纹管本体内壁底部的弧形凸起可以有效防止流体中的杂质沉淀,同时相当于在内壁设置一根加强肋,进一步加强波纹管本体的刚性,满足了人们的使用要求,为社会创造更多的价值。

下面结合附图和具体实施例详细描述一下本发明的具体内容。
如图1所示,聚氯乙烯波纹管结构,包括:波纹管本体1,设置在波纹管本体1外侧的上保护罩2和下保护罩3,所述上保护罩2和下保护罩3通过固定螺栓4和固定螺母5固定成一体,所述波纹管本体1的波峰6与上保护罩2和下保护罩3相抵,所述波纹管本体1的波谷7与上保护罩2和下保护罩3之间形成腔体8,在所述腔体8内填充有弹性橡胶阻尼9,在所述波纹管本体1的内侧底部沿轴向设置有一根弧形凸起10。
上述聚氯乙烯波纹管结构使用时,将上保护罩2和下保护罩3包裹在波纹管本体1的外侧并通过固定螺栓4和固定螺母5连成一体,增加波纹管本体1的刚性和耐压性,而且更换拆卸方便;波纹管本体1的波峰6与上保护罩2和下保护罩3相抵,在波纹管本体1的波谷7与上保护罩2和下保护罩3之间的腔体8中填充弹性橡胶阻尼9,在埋地的过程中可以很好地起到缓冲作用,防止波纹管本体1损坏;设置在波纹管本体1内壁底部的弧形凸起10能够防止流体中的杂质沉淀,同时相当于一根加强肋,进一步增加波纹管本体1的刚性。
