本发明具体涉及一种耐潮湿纤维板及其制备方法,属于包装材料技术领域。该耐潮湿纤维板包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:木质纤维35‑50份、碳纤维5‑12份、脲醛树脂3‑10份、回收纸箱2‑8份、甲基纤维素1‑4份、石蜡‑松香乳液0.5‑2份、防腐剂0.2‑1份、蜂胶0.3‑1份、磷酸铵镁0.1‑0.5份、水5‑10份。该纤维板具有耐潮湿的优点,不易吸湿变形,且机械强度高,适用范围广。

一种耐潮湿纤维板及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于包装材料技术领域,具体涉及一种耐潮湿纤维板及其制备方法。
背景技术
包装材料是指用于制造包装容器、包装装潢、包装印刷、包装运输等满足产品包装要求所使用的材料,它即包括金属、塑料、玻璃、陶瓷、纸、竹本、野生蘑类、天然纤维、化学纤维、复合材料等主要包装材料,又包括捆扎带、装潢、印刷材料等辅助材料。
纤维板是由木质纤维素纤维交织成型并利用其固有胶粘性能制成的人造板。制造过程中可以施加胶粘剂和(或)添加剂。纤维板具有材质均匀、纵横强度差小、不易开裂等优点,用途广泛。制造1立方米纤维板约需2.5~3立方米的木材,可代替3立方米锯材或5立方米原木,因此发展纤维板生产是木材资源综合利用的有效途径。
但纤维板的缺点是背面有网纹,造成板材两面表面积不等,吸湿后因产生膨胀力差异而使板材翘曲变形。因此,需要一种耐潮湿纤维板以适应更广泛的市场。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足而提供一种耐潮湿纤维板,该纤维板具有耐潮湿的优点,不易吸湿变形,且机械强度高,适用范围广。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种耐潮湿纤维板,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:木质纤维35-50份、碳纤维5-12份、脲醛树脂3-10份、回收纸箱2-8份、甲基纤维素1-4份、石蜡-松香乳液0.5-2份、防腐剂0.2-1份、蜂胶0.3-1份、磷酸铵镁0.1-0.5份、水5-10份。
以上所述的一种耐潮湿纤维板,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:木质纤维42份、碳纤维8份、脲醛树脂7份、回收纸箱5份、甲基纤维素2.5份、石蜡-松香乳液1.2份、防腐剂0.6份、蜂胶0.5份、磷酸铵镁0.3份、水7份。
进一步,所述木质纤维来自森林采伐剩余物以及木材加工剩余物。
以上所述的一种耐潮湿纤维板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)先将回收纸箱粉碎至80目,然后按照质量配比,将其与木质纤维、脲醛树脂、甲基纤维素和水混合均匀,得混合物A;
(2)向混合物A中依次加入碳纤维、蜂胶、石蜡-松香乳液、防腐剂和磷酸铵镁,继续搅拌混合,得混合物B;
(3)向混合物B中加水稀释至木质纤维质量浓度为1%~2%,然后经箱框成型法逐渐脱水得到板坯;
(4)对步骤(3)所得板坯进行热压,温度为180℃~200℃,压力为5MPa,最后进行调湿处理使含水率降至5~7%,即得所述耐潮湿纤维板。
进一步,所述步骤(4)中热压温度为190℃。
本发明的有益效果:
第一,本发明配方合理,通过加入碳纤维、蜂胶、甲基纤维素等物质发挥协同作用,使得本发明的纤维板具有耐潮湿的优点,不易吸湿变形,且机械强度高,适用范围广;
第二,本发明合理利用了回收纸箱,有利于环境及降低成本;
第三,本发明制备方法简便,对设备要求低,适合大规模生产。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述,但不应理解为对本发明的限制。本发明中使用的原料若无特别说明,均可通过市购获得。
实施例1
一种耐潮湿纤维板,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:木质纤维35份、碳纤维5份、脲醛树脂3份、回收纸箱2份、甲基纤维素1份、石蜡-松香乳液0.5份、防腐剂0.2份、蜂胶0.3份、磷酸铵镁0.1份、水5份,所述木质纤维来自森林采伐剩余物以及木材加工剩余物。
以上所述的一种耐潮湿纤维板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)先将回收纸箱粉碎至80目,然后按照质量配比,将其与木质纤维、脲醛树脂、甲基纤维素和水混合均匀,得混合物A;
(2)向混合物A中依次加入碳纤维、蜂胶、石蜡-松香乳液、防腐剂和磷酸铵镁,继续搅拌混合,得混合物B;
(3)向混合物B中加水稀释至木质纤维质量浓度为1%,然后经箱框成型法逐渐脱水得到板坯;
(4)对步骤(3)所得板坯进行热压,温度为180℃,压力为5MPa,最后进行调湿处理使含水率降至5~7%,即得所述耐潮湿纤维板。
实施例2
一种耐潮湿纤维板,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:木质纤维38份、碳纤维6份、脲醛树脂5份、回收纸箱3份、甲基纤维素2份、石蜡-松香乳液0.9份、防腐剂0.4份、蜂胶0.4份、磷酸铵镁0.2份、水6份,所述木质纤维来自森林采伐剩余物以及木材加工剩余物。
以上所述的一种耐潮湿纤维板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)先将回收纸箱粉碎至80目,然后按照质量配比,将其与木质纤维、脲醛树脂、甲基纤维素和水混合均匀,得混合物A;
(2)向混合物A中依次加入碳纤维、蜂胶、石蜡-松香乳液、防腐剂和磷酸铵镁,继续搅拌混合,得混合物B;
(3)向混合物B中加水稀释至木质纤维质量浓度为1%,然后经箱框成型法逐渐脱水得到板坯;
(4)对步骤(3)所得板坯进行热压,温度为185℃,压力为5MPa,最后进行调湿处理使含水率降至5~7%,即得所述耐潮湿纤维板。
实施例3
一种耐潮湿纤维板,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:木质纤维42份、碳纤维8份、脲醛树脂7份、回收纸箱5份、甲基纤维素2.5份、石蜡-松香乳液1.2份、防腐剂0.6份、蜂胶0.5份、磷酸铵镁0.3份、水7份,所述木质纤维来自森林采伐剩余物以及木材加工剩余物。
以上所述的一种耐潮湿纤维板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)先将回收纸箱粉碎至80目,然后按照质量配比,将其与木质纤维、脲醛树脂、甲基纤维素和水混合均匀,得混合物A;
(2)向混合物A中依次加入碳纤维、蜂胶、石蜡-松香乳液、防腐剂和磷酸铵镁,继续搅拌混合,得混合物B;

一种耐潮湿纤维板,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:木质纤维46份、碳纤维10份、脲醛树脂8份、回收纸箱6份、甲基纤维素3份、石蜡-松香乳液1.6份、防腐剂0.8份、蜂胶0.7份、磷酸铵镁0.4份、水8份,所述木质纤维来自森林采伐剩余物以及木材加工剩余物。
以上所述的一种耐潮湿纤维板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)先将回收纸箱粉碎至80目,然后按照质量配比,将其与木质纤维、脲醛树脂、甲基纤维素和水混合均匀,得混合物A;
(2)向混合物A中依次加入碳纤维、蜂胶、石蜡-松香乳液、防腐剂和磷酸铵镁,继续搅拌混合,得混合物B;
(3)向混合物B中加水稀释至木质纤维质量浓度为2%,然后经箱框成型法逐渐脱水得到板坯;
(4)对步骤(3)所得板坯进行热压,温度为195℃,压力为5MPa,最后进行调湿处理使含水率降至5~7%,即得所述耐潮湿纤维板。
实施例5
一种耐潮湿纤维板,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:木质纤维50份、碳纤维12份、脲醛树脂10份、回收纸箱8份、甲基纤维素4份、石蜡-松香乳液2份、防腐剂1份、蜂胶1份、磷酸铵镁0.5份、水10份,所述木质纤维来自森林采伐剩余物以及木材加工剩余物。
以上所述的一种耐潮湿纤维板的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)先将回收纸箱粉碎至80目,然后按照质量配比,将其与木质纤维、脲醛树脂、甲基纤维素和水混合均匀,得混合物A;
(2)向混合物A中依次加入碳纤维、蜂胶、石蜡-松香乳液、防腐剂和磷酸铵镁,继续搅拌混合,得混合物B;
(3)向混合物B中加水稀释至木质纤维质量浓度为2%,然后经箱框成型法逐渐脱水得到板坯;
(4)对步骤(3)所得板坯进行热压,温度为200℃,压力为5MPa,最后进行调湿处理使含水率降至5~7%,即得所述耐潮湿纤维板。
性能测试
对本发明实施例1~5所得产品进行性能测试,其中对照例为普通市售纤维板,结果如下表:

由上表可见,本发明所得产品吸湿率低,不易变形且机械强度高,其中实施例3效果最佳。

1.一种耐潮湿纤维板,其特征在于,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:木质纤维35-50份、碳纤维5-12份、脲醛树脂3-10份、回收纸箱2-8份、甲基纤维素1-4份、石蜡-松香乳液0.5-2份、防腐剂0.2-1份、蜂胶0.3-1份、磷酸铵镁0.1-0.5份、水5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐潮湿纤维板,其特征在于,包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:木质纤维42份、碳纤维8份、脲醛树脂7份、回收纸箱5份、甲基纤维素2.5份、石蜡-松香乳液1.2份、防腐剂0.6份、蜂胶0.5份、磷酸铵镁0.3份、水7份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种耐潮湿纤维板,其特征在于,所述木质纤维来自森林采伐剩余物以及木材加工剩余物。
4.权利要求1或2所述的一种耐潮湿纤维板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)先将回收纸箱粉碎至80目,然后按照质量配比,将其与木质纤维、脲醛树脂、甲基纤维素和水混合均匀,得混合物A;
(2)向混合物A中依次加入碳纤维、蜂胶、石蜡-松香乳液、防腐剂和磷酸铵镁,继续搅拌混合,得混合物B;
(3)向混合物B中加水稀释至木质纤维质量浓度为1%~2%,然后经箱框成型法逐渐脱水得到板坯;
(4)对步骤(3)所得板坯进行热压,温度为180℃~200℃,压力为5MPa,最后进行调湿处理使含水率降至5~7%,即得所述耐潮湿纤维板。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种耐潮湿纤维板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中热压温度为190℃。
