聚氨酯金属涂料是目前应用范围很广的涂料品种,耐磨性能、美观度和附着力俱佳,然而聚氨酯本身化学特性导致的强度不高、机械性差能备受诟病。

基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种高强度改性聚氨酯金属涂料,具有高强度、高韧性和优异的耐热性能、机械性能。
本发明提出的一种高强度改性聚氨酯金属涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性酚醛树脂增强聚氨酯40-50份,醇酸树脂25-28份,硬质聚氯乙烯10-15份,硝基纤维素4-7份,硅酸钾2-4份,醋酸乙酯1-3份,重钙5-8份,碳黑N550 3-5份,消泡剂0.3-0.6,流平剂0.2-0.4份,聚乙烯蜡7-10份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯0.6-1份,水15-20份。

S2、将物料A、复合溶剂混合均匀,升高温度,继续加入过氧化苯甲酰,搅拌均匀后滴加甲基丙烯酸正丁酯,保温得到改性酚醛树脂;
S3、将改性酚醛树脂、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、乙二醇、三乙醇胺、辛酸亚锡和丙酮混合均匀后,升高温度,抽真空,接着升高温度,保温后,继续升高温度,熟化得到改性酚醛树脂增强聚氨酯。

S2、按重量份将7-10份物料A、复合溶剂混合均匀,升高温度至82-85℃,继续加入0.06-0.09份过氧化苯甲酰,搅拌均匀后滴加2-3份甲基丙烯酸正丁酯,滴加时间为20-25min,保温3-5h得到改性酚醛树脂;
S3、按重量份将50-60份改性酚醛树脂、15-18份六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、20-28份乙二醇、0.3-0.6份三乙醇胺、0.1-0.2份辛酸亚锡和丙酮混合均匀后,升高温度至75-80℃,抽真空,接着升高温度至100-105℃,保温1-2h后,继续升高温度至110-115℃,熟化2-3h后得到改性酚醛树脂增强聚氨酯。
优选地,改性酚醛树脂增强聚氨酯制备方法的S2中,复合溶剂由环己酮、乙二醇丁醚按体积比1-3:2-5混合制得。
本发明采用改性酚醛树脂增强聚氨酯、醇酸树脂作为成膜物质,同时添加硬质聚氯乙烯,具有高强度、高韧性和良好的成膜特性,以及优异的耐热、耐候性、抗腐蚀性能;改性酚醛树脂增强聚氨酯的制备过程中,是以丙烯酸类树脂增强改性酚醛树脂,得到的改性酚醛树脂再用以配合六亚甲基二异氰酸酯,在小分子扩链剂乙二醇、交联剂三乙醇胺、催化剂辛酸亚锡的共同作用下,制得改性酚醛树脂增强聚氨酯;其中,改性酚醛树脂的制备过程中,在催化剂四丁基溴化铵的作用下,将丙烯酸丁酯的柔性碳碳链引入酚醛树脂和双酚A型环氧树脂的聚合物中,大大提高了本发明的柔韧性和机械性能;接着在引发剂过氧化苯甲酰的进一步作用下,甲基丙烯酸正丁酯中的碳碳键进一步附着在酚醛环氧树脂的刚性苯环集团上,进一步提高本发明的抗冲击性能和强度;本发明还添加了硝基纤维素,能与醋酸乙酯、硅酸钾配合,缩短固化时间,增强本发明耐候性和附着力,提高本发明的涂刷性能和流平性,同时与重钙、碳黑N550配合,进一步提高本发明强度;而重钙、碳黑N550的添加大幅改善了本发明的稠度和防触变性,使本发明中的成膜物质和填充补强剂分布均匀,延长了本发明的使用寿命和保存时间,使本发明在固化后具有高强度、高韧性、高耐热性能和防水性能;聚乙烯蜡和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯分别作为脱模剂和增塑剂,配合增强了本发明的可操作性,改善本发明的物理化学性状。

改性酚醛树脂增强聚氨酯的制备方法如下:
S1、按重量份将8份酚醛树脂、5份双酚A型环氧树脂、25份二甲苯混合均匀后,升高温度至85℃,继续加入0.1份四丁基溴化铵、0.06份对叔丁基邻苯二酚,搅拌均匀后,滴加3份丙烯酸丁酯,滴加时间为15min,接着升高温度至90℃,保温3h得到物料A;
S2、按重量份将7份物料A、复合溶剂混合均匀,升高温度至85℃,继续加入0.06份过氧化苯甲酰,搅拌均匀后滴加3份甲基丙烯酸正丁酯,滴加时间为20min,保温5h得到改性酚醛树脂;其中,复合溶剂由环己酮、乙二醇丁醚按体积比1:5混合制得;
S3、按重量份将50份改性酚醛树脂、18份六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、20份乙二醇、0.6份三乙醇胺、0.1份辛酸亚锡和丙酮混合均匀后,升高温度至80℃,抽真空,接着升高温度至100℃,保温2h后,继续升高温度至110℃,熟化3h后得到改性酚醛树脂增强聚氨酯。
实施例2

改性酚醛树脂增强聚氨酯的制备方法如下:
S1、按重量份将10份酚醛树脂、3份双酚A型环氧树脂、30份二甲苯混合均匀后,升高温度至82℃,继续加入0.3份四丁基溴化铵、0.02份对叔丁基邻苯二酚,搅拌均匀后,滴加5份丙烯酸丁酯,滴加时间为10min,接着升高温度至95℃,保温2h得到物料A;
S2、按重量份将10份物料A、复合溶剂混合均匀,升高温度至82℃,继续加入0.09份过氧化苯甲酰,搅拌均匀后滴加2份甲基丙烯酸正丁酯,滴加时间为25min,保温3h得到改性酚醛树脂;其中,复合溶剂由环己酮、乙二醇丁醚按体积比3:2混合制得;
S3、按重量份将60份改性酚醛树脂、15份六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、28份乙二醇、0.3份三乙醇胺、0.2份辛酸亚锡和丙酮混合均匀后,升高温度至75℃,抽真空,接着升高温度至105℃,保温1h后,继续升高温度至115℃,熟化2h后得到改性酚醛树脂增强聚氨酯。

改性酚醛树脂增强聚氨酯的制备方法如下:
S1、按重量份将8.5份酚醛树脂、4.5份双酚A型环氧树脂、26份二甲苯混合均匀后,升高温度至84℃,继续加入0.1份四丁基溴化铵、0.05份对叔丁基邻苯二酚,搅拌均匀后,滴加3.5份丙烯酸丁酯,滴加时间为13min,接着升高温度至91℃,保温3h得到物料A;
S2、按重量份将8份物料A、复合溶剂混合均匀,升高温度至84℃,继续加入0.07份过氧化苯甲酰,搅拌均匀后滴加3份甲基丙烯酸正丁酯,滴加时间为22min,保温4h得到改性酚醛树脂;其中,复合溶剂由环己酮、乙二醇丁醚按体积比1:4混合制得;
S3、按重量份将55份改性酚醛树脂、17份六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、23份乙二醇、0.5份三乙醇胺、0.1份辛酸亚锡和丙酮混合均匀后,升高温度至78℃,抽真空,接着升高温度至102℃,保温2h后,继续升高温度至112℃,熟化2.5h后得到改性酚醛树脂增强聚氨酯。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种高强度改性聚氨酯金属涂料,其原料按重量份包括:改性酚醛树脂增强聚氨酯45份,醇酸树脂27份,硬质聚氯乙烯12份,硝基纤维素6份,硅酸钾2.5份,醋酸乙酯2.5份,重钙6份,碳黑N550 4.5份,消泡剂0.4份,流平剂0.4份,聚乙烯蜡8份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯0.9份,水16份。
改性酚醛树脂增强聚氨酯的制备方法如下:
S1、按重量份将9份酚醛树脂、3.5份双酚A型环氧树脂、28份二甲苯混合均匀后,升高温度至83℃,继续加入0.2份四丁基溴化铵、0.03份对叔丁基邻苯二酚,搅拌均匀后,滴加4.5份丙烯酸丁酯,滴加时间为12min,接着升高温度至94℃,保温2.5h得到物料A;
S2、按重量份将9份物料A、复合溶剂混合均匀,升高温度至83℃,继续加入0.08份过氧化苯甲酰,搅拌均匀后滴加2.5份甲基丙烯酸正丁酯,滴加时间为24min,保温3h得到改性酚醛树脂;其中,复合溶剂由环己酮、乙二醇丁醚按体积比2:3混合制得;
S3、按重量份将58份改性酚醛树脂、16份六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、24份乙二醇、0.4份三乙醇胺、0.2份辛酸亚锡和丙酮混合均匀后,升高温度至76℃,抽真空,接着升高温度至103℃,保温1h后,继续升高温度至114℃,熟化2h后得到改性酚醛树脂增强聚氨酯。

2.根据权利要求1所述改性聚氨酯金属涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:改性酚醛树脂增强聚氨酯45-48份,醇酸树脂26-27份,硬质聚氯乙烯12-14份,硝基纤维素5-6份,硅酸钾2.5-3份,醋酸乙酯1.5-2.5份,重钙6-7份,碳黑N550 3.5-4.5份,消泡剂0.4-0.5,流平剂0.3-0.4份,聚乙烯蜡8-9份,邻苯二甲酸二丁酯0.8-0.9份,水16-18份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述改性聚氨酯金属涂料,其特征在于,改性酚醛树脂增强聚氨酯的制备方法如下:
S1、将酚醛树脂、双酚A型环氧树脂、二甲苯混合均匀后,升高温度,继续加入四丁基溴化铵、对叔丁基邻苯二酚,搅拌均匀后,滴加丙烯酸丁酯,接着升高温度,保温得到物料A;
S2、将物料A、复合溶剂混合均匀,升高温度,继续加入过氧化苯甲酰,搅拌均匀后滴加甲基丙烯酸正丁酯,保温得到改性酚醛树脂;
S3、将改性酚醛树脂、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、乙二醇、三乙醇胺、辛酸亚锡和丙酮混合均匀后,升高温度,抽真空,接着升高温度,保温后,继续升高温度,熟化得到改性酚醛树脂增强聚氨酯。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述改性聚氨酯金属涂料,其特征在于,改性酚醛树脂增强聚氨酯的制备方法如下:
S1、将酚醛树脂、双酚A型环氧树脂、二甲苯混合均匀后,升高温度至82-85℃,继续加入四丁基溴化铵、对叔丁基邻苯二酚,搅拌均匀后,滴加丙烯酸丁酯,滴加时间为10-15min,接着升高温度至90-95℃,保温2-3h得到物料A;
S2、将物料A、复合溶剂混合均匀,升高温度至82-85℃,继续加入过氧化苯甲酰,搅拌均匀后滴加甲基丙烯酸正丁酯,滴加时间为20-25min,保温3-5h得到改性酚醛树脂;
S3、将改性酚醛树脂、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、乙二醇、三乙醇胺、辛酸亚锡和丙酮混合均匀后,升高温度至75-80℃,抽真空,接着升高温度至100-105℃,保温1-2h后,继续升高温度至110-115℃,熟化2-3h后得到改性酚醛树脂增强聚氨酯。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述改性聚氨酯金属涂料,其特征在于,改性酚醛树脂增强聚氨酯的制备方法如下:
S1、按重量份将8-10份酚醛树脂、3-5份双酚A型环氧树脂、25-30份二甲苯混合均匀后,升高温度至82-85℃,继续加入0.1-0.3份四丁基溴化铵、0.02-0.06份对叔丁基邻苯二酚,搅拌均匀后,滴加3-5份丙烯酸丁酯,滴加时间为10-15min,接着升高温度至90-95℃,保温2-3h得到物料A;
S2、按重量份将7-10份物料A、复合溶剂混合均匀,升高温度至82-85℃,继续加入0.06-0.09份过氧化苯甲酰,搅拌均匀后滴加2-3份甲基丙烯酸正丁酯,滴加时间为20-25min,保温3-5h得到改性酚醛树脂;
S3、按重量份将50-60份改性酚醛树脂、15-18份六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、20-28份乙二醇、0.3-0.6份三乙醇胺、0.1-0.2份辛酸亚锡和丙酮混合均匀后,升高温度至75-80℃,抽真空,接着升高温度至100-105℃,保温1-2h后,继续升高温度至110-115℃,熟化2-3h后得到改性酚醛树脂增强聚氨酯。
6.根据权利要求2-5任一项所述改性聚氨酯金属涂料,其特征在于,改性酚醛树脂增强聚氨酯制备方法的S2中,复合溶剂由环己酮、乙二醇丁醚按体积比1-3:2-5混合制得。
