Abstract
本发明涉及一种防紫外线涂料,包括抗紫外线有机硅油、马来酸酐、氯化橡胶、丙烯酸树脂、聚芳砜树脂、酸化石墨、聚乙烯醇和聚丙烯酰胺,其原料各组分按重量计,所述抗紫外线有机硅油10‑20份、马来酸酐20‑30份、氯化橡胶20‑30份、丙烯酸树脂10‑15份、聚芳砜树脂15‑20份、酸化石墨5‑8份、聚乙烯醇15‑20份和聚丙烯酰胺10‑18份。本发明所述的防紫外线涂料,具有防水防污性能好,防紫外线的特点。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑领域,涉及一种防紫外线涂料。
背景技术
随着人们对生活条件要求的提高,对涂料这种每天接触的东西要求也随之提高,不仅要求防水防火防污,还需要防紫外线。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术中涂料单一的防水防火防污功能,提供一种防水防火防污防紫外线涂料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种防紫外线涂料,其特征是:包括抗紫外线有机硅油、马来酸酐、氯化橡胶、丙烯酸树脂、聚芳砜树脂、酸化石墨、聚乙烯醇和聚丙烯酰胺,其原料各组分按重量计,所述抗紫外线有机硅油10-20份、马来酸酐20-30份、氯化橡胶20-30份、丙烯酸树脂10-15份、聚芳砜树脂15-20份、酸化石墨5-8份、聚乙烯醇15-20份和聚丙烯酰胺10-18份。
作为优选,所述的防紫外线涂料,其特征是:其原料各组分按重量计,包含抗紫外线有机硅油10份、马来酸酐20份、氯化橡胶20份、丙烯酸树脂10份、聚芳砜树脂15份、酸化石墨5份、聚乙烯醇15份和聚丙烯酰胺10份。
作为优选,所述的防紫外线涂料,其特征是:由下述方法制备:
(1)按照配方组成将抗紫外线有机硅油、马来酸酐搅拌均匀;
(2)在所述步骤(1)中加入氯化橡胶、丙烯酸树脂、聚芳砜树脂,再次搅拌均匀;
(3)将酸化石墨、聚乙烯醇和聚丙烯酰胺加热,并搅拌均匀;
(4)将所述步骤(3)制得的混合物倒入所述步骤(2)制得的混合物中,再次搅拌均匀,制得防紫外线涂料。
作为优选,所述的防紫外线涂料,其特征是:所述步骤(3)中的加热温度为85±10摄氏度。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的一种防紫外线涂料,具有防水防污性能好,防紫外线的特点。

本发明所述的一种防紫外线涂料,提供一种防紫外线涂料,包括抗紫外线有机硅油、马来酸酐、氯化橡胶、丙烯酸树脂、聚芳砜树脂、酸化石墨、聚乙烯醇和聚丙烯酰胺,其原料各组分按重量计,所述抗紫外线有机硅油10-20份、马来酸酐20-30份、氯化橡胶20-30份、丙烯酸树脂10-15份、聚芳砜树脂15-20份、酸化石墨5-8份、聚乙烯醇15-20份和聚丙烯酰胺10-18份。
作为优选,所述的防紫外线涂料,其特征是:其原料各组分按重量计,包含抗紫外线有机硅油10份、马来酸酐20份、氯化橡胶20份、丙烯酸树脂10份、聚芳砜树脂15份、酸化石墨5份、聚乙烯醇15份和聚丙烯酰胺10份。

(1)按照配方组成将抗紫外线有机硅油、马来酸酐搅拌均匀;

(3)将酸化石墨、聚乙烯醇和聚丙烯酰胺加热,并搅拌均匀;
(4)将所述步骤(3)制得的混合物倒入所述步骤(2)制得的混合物中,再次搅拌均匀,制得防紫外线涂料。
作为优选,所述的防紫外线涂料,其特征是:所述步骤(3)中的加热温度为85±10摄氏度。

1.一种防紫外线涂料,其特征是:包括抗紫外线有机硅油、马来酸酐、氯化橡胶、丙烯酸树脂、聚芳砜树脂、酸化石墨、聚乙烯醇和聚丙烯酰胺,其原料各组分按重量计,所述抗紫外线有机硅油10-20份、马来酸酐20-30份、氯化橡胶20-30份、丙烯酸树脂10-15份、聚芳砜树脂15-20份、酸化石墨5-8份、聚乙烯醇15-20份和聚丙烯酰胺10-18份。
2.如权利要求1所述的防紫外线涂料,其特征是:其原料各组分按重量计,包含抗紫外线有机硅油10份、马来酸酐20份、氯化橡胶20份、丙烯酸树脂10份、聚芳砜树脂15份、酸化石墨5份、聚乙烯醇15份和聚丙烯酰胺10份。
3.如权利要求1-2所述的防紫外线涂料,其特征是:由下述方法制备:
(1)按照配方组成将抗紫外线有机硅油、马来酸酐搅拌均匀;
(2)在所述步骤(1)中加入氯化橡胶、丙烯酸树脂、聚芳砜树脂,再次搅拌均匀;
(3)将酸化石墨、聚乙烯醇和聚丙烯酰胺加热,并搅拌均匀;
(4)将所述步骤(3)制得的混合物倒入所述步骤(2)制得的混合物中,再次搅拌均匀,制得防紫外线涂料。
4.如权利要求3所述的防紫外线涂料,其特征是:所述步骤(3)中的加热温度为85±10摄氏度。
