本发明属于建筑领域,涉及一种抗紫外线涂料。
背景技术
随着人们对生活条件要求的提高,对涂料这种每天接触的东西要求也随之提高,不仅要求防水防火防污,还需要防紫外线。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术中涂料单一的防水防火防污功能,提供一种防水防火防污抗紫外线涂料。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种抗紫外线涂料,其特征是:包括抗空心玻璃微珠、水玻璃、聚氨酯共聚物、丙烯酸树脂、醋酸丁酯、石墨烯、乙基纤维素和四硼酸钠,其原料各组分按重量计,所述抗空心玻璃微珠10-20份、水玻璃20-30份、聚氨酯共聚物20-30份、丙烯酸树脂10-15份、醋酸丁酯15-20份、石墨烯5-8份、乙基纤维素15-20份和四硼酸钠10-18份。
作为优选,所述的抗紫外线涂料,其特征是:其原料各组分按重量计,包含抗空心玻璃微珠10份、水玻璃20份、聚氨酯共聚物20份、丙烯酸树脂10份、醋酸丁酯15份、石墨烯5份、乙基纤维素15份和四硼酸钠10份。
作为优选,所述的抗紫外线涂料,其特征是:由下述方法制备:
(1)按照配方组成将抗空心玻璃微珠、水玻璃搅拌均匀;
(2)在所述步骤(1)中加入聚氨酯共聚物、丙烯酸树脂、醋酸丁酯,再次搅拌均匀;
(3)将石墨烯、乙基纤维素和四硼酸钠加热,并搅拌均匀;
(4)将所述步骤(3)制得的混合物倒入所述步骤(2)制得的混合物中,再次搅拌均匀,制得抗紫外线涂料。
作为优选,所述的抗紫外线涂料,其特征是:所述步骤(3)中的加热温度为85±10摄氏度。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明的一种抗紫外线涂料,具有防水防污性能好,防紫外线的特点。

2.如权利要求1所述的抗紫外线涂料,其特征是:其原料各组分按重量计,包含抗空心玻璃微珠10份、水玻璃20份、聚氨酯共聚物20份、丙烯酸树脂10份、醋酸丁酯15份、石墨烯5份、乙基纤维素15份和四硼酸钠10份。

(1)按照配方组成将抗空心玻璃微珠、水玻璃搅拌均匀;
(2)在所述步骤(1)中加入聚氨酯共聚物、丙烯酸树脂、醋酸丁酯,再次搅拌均匀;
(3)将石墨烯、乙基纤维素和四硼酸钠加热,并搅拌均匀;
(4)将所述步骤(3)制得的混合物倒入所述步骤(2)制得的混合物中,再次搅拌均匀,制得抗紫外线涂料。
4.如权利要求3所述的抗紫外线涂料,其特征是:所述步骤(3)中的加热温度为85±10摄氏度。
