本发明涉及一种包装计数机构。
背景技术
在电子生产企业，生产好的零部件需要包装出货，实际生产时都是由人工完成上述过程，当产品的数量比较多时，容易出现清点失误，造成后期发货数量不准确，影响公司信誉。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种新的包装计数机构，能够对产品进行准备清点以后包装，并提高生产效率。
一种包装计数机构，用于产品生产流水线，包括传送产品的输送带，流水线一侧设有横向推板，输送带端部设有挡板，挡板上设有控制所述横向推板移动的触动开关。
本发明提供了一种新的包装计数机构，通过触动开关发出指令信号，驱使横向推板动作，将一定数量的产品推至包装工位，完成计数与包装，具有提高生产效率的优点。

如图1所示，一种包装计数机构，用于产品生产流水线，包括传送产品1的输送带2，流水线一侧设有横向推板3，输送带2端部设有挡板5，挡板5上设有控制所述横向推板3移动的触动开关4。
本发明提供了一种新的包装计数机构，通过触动开关发出指令信号，驱使横向推板动作，将一定数量的产品推至包装工位，完成计数与包装，具有提高生产效率的优点。
