背景技术
目前的墙纸采用了纯纸和无纺纸,采用这些材料制得的墙纸防水,防油,防虫,阻燃性能比较差,而且比较容易损坏。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种汉麻石头纸墙纸的制备方法,它不仅防水,防油,防虫,阻燃性能好,而且耐撕、耐折性均较木浆纸强,同时墙纸更环保。
本发明采用了以下技术方案:一种汉麻石头纸墙纸的制备方法,它以石头纸为基材,在石头纸的表面粘贴有汉麻编织层制得汉麻石头纸墙纸。
所述的汉麻编织层以编织汉麻为面层复合加工而成的墙纸,汉麻编制层将汉麻经过脱胶、抽丝和编织而成。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明是以石头纸为基材,以编织汉麻为面层复合加工而成,相比亚麻等其它天然材料,汉麻更具有一些特殊的性能。相比纯纸、无纺纸,本发明专利采用环保型的石头纸包括了安全性、物理性等特性,它不仅防水,防油,防虫,阻燃,物理特性上于耐撕、耐折性均较木浆纸优胜。这种墙纸更环保,更适合人类生活居住环境。汉麻又名线麻、火麻等,它起源于中国是人类最早用于织物的天燃纤维,种植历史达八千多年。石头纸系以石灰石矿产资源为主要原材料(碳酸钙含量为70~80%),以高分子聚合物为辅料(含量为20~30%),经特殊加工而成。石头纸技术在整个生产过程中无需用水,不用添加强酸、强碱、漂白粉及众多有机氯化物,比传统造纸工艺省去了蒸煮、洗涤、漂白等污染环节。根本上消除造纸过程中产生“三废”而造成的污染。本发明专利以石头纸为基材,以编织汉麻为面层复合加工而成一种环保、新颖的墙纸。具有吸温、透气、舒爽、散热、防霉、抑菌、抗辐射、防紫外线、吸音等多种功能。汉麻排温性是纯棉的3倍,汉麻面料可在1小时内将附着细菌杀灭。汉麻具有分解化学有害气体如甲醛等特殊的功能,是一种生态环保的材料。它经过脱胶、抽丝等工序,如白花花的棉絮一般既可毛纺,又可棉纺,还可混纺,且成本低廉,用汉麻为面层制作的石头纸墙纸是一种新颖环保的墙纸。
