汽灯白热纱罩
本发明涉及一种汽灯白热纱罩。
传统汽灯白热纱罩的发光层是硝酸钍Th(No3)4、硝酸铈Ce(No3)4的混合物构成,这是因为氧化钍在高温时辐射热小、熔点高、制出纱罩的发光照度值高且使用寿命长。但是在传统钍纱罩的制造、贮藏、运输及使用过程中均存在不同程度的放射性污染,钍放射的α粒子进入机体后与蛋白质、核酸等相互作用,致使人体内肝、肾、骨髓等脏器受损,抵抗力减弱而引起病变和致癌效应,不仅害及纱罩制作工人,也危及广大用户及生态环境。
本发明的目的是提供一种无放射性污染的汽灯白热纱罩。
本发明由成网状结构的灯纱及涂履在灯纱外部的发光层和耐火层组成,发光层由硝酸钇和硝酸铈的混合物构成,硝酸钇和硝酸铈的混合物比例为92.5-99.5%∶0.5-7.5%。
硝酸钇和硝酸铈的最佳混合比例为98%∶2%。
以下结合附图和实施例说明本发明的详细内容。

如图所示,本发明由成网状结构的灯纱1及涂履在灯纱外部的发光层2和耐火层3组成,发光层由硝酸钇和硝酸铈的混合物构成,硝酸钇和硝酸铈的混合比例为92.5-99.5∶0.5-7.5%,在上述范围内,为达到最好的使用效果,硝酸钇和硝酸铈的最佳混合比例为98%∶2%。再在发光层2外涂敷耐火层3,耐火层3的材料可以是硝酸镁和硝酸铝的混合物,当然也可以是其它混合物。
采用本发明的汽灯白热纱罩,因无放射性元素而不存在放射性危害,能确保纱罩的安全生产和安全使用;此外,本发明的发生成本也不高,能保持传统纱罩的发光强度和照明度。

1.一种汽灯白热纱罩,由成网状结构的灯纱及涂覆在灯纱外部的发光层和耐火层组成,其特征在于所述的发光层由硝酸钇和硝酸铈的混合物构成,硝酸钇和硝酸铈的混合比例为:92.5-99.5%∶0.5-7.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽灯白热纱罩,其特征在于发光层硝酸钇和硝酸铈的最佳混合比例为98%∶2%。
