本发明是一种修复轴类零件用激光熔覆设备,包括底座,所述底座上设有工作台和导轨A,所述工作台上设有导轨B,所述导轨B上设有滑动箱,所述工作台左端和滑动箱上设有三爪卡盘,所述导轨A上设有滑动台,所述滑动台由步进电机控制,所述滑动台的横板上设有光纤激光器,所述滑动台的竖板上一端设有送粉器,另一端设有横梁,所述横梁在滑动台的竖板上竖直移动,所述横梁上设有集成箱,所述集成箱在横梁上水平移动,所述横梁和集成箱的移动由伺服电机控制,所述集成箱下设有激光头和送粉头,本发明使用光纤激光器,光的转换效率高;滑动台由步进电机控制,集成箱和横梁由伺服电机控制,激光头和送粉头通过集成箱集成,结构简单。

一种修复轴类零件用激光熔覆设备
技术领域
本发明涉及激光加工设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种修复轴类零件用激光熔覆设备。
背景技术
曲轴等轴类零件成本高,损坏后若直接报废则太过浪费,因此往往需要对轴类零件进行修复。在现有的修复手段中,激光熔覆技术是较为理想的,激光熔覆技术是指以不同的添料方式在基体表面上放置粉末,经激光辐照使之与基体表面薄层同时熔化,经快速凝固后形成稀释度极低、与基体材料成冶金结合的表面涂层的工艺方法。现有的激光熔覆设备,往往分别对运动机构、激光器和送粉器进行控制,使系统复杂、操作繁琐;而且现有的激光熔覆设备往往采用CO2激光器或Nd:YAG固体激光器,光的转换效率低。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种结构简单、光的转换效率高的修复轴类零件用激光熔覆设备。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种修复轴类零件用激光熔覆设备,其特征在于,包括底座,所述底座上设有工作台和导轨A,所述工作台上设有导轨B,所述导轨B上设有滑动箱,所述工作台左端和滑动箱上设有三爪卡盘,用来夹紧工件,所述导轨A上设有滑动台,所述滑动台由步进电机控制,所述滑动台的横板上设有光纤激光器,所述滑动台的竖板上一端设有送粉器,另一端设有横梁,所述横梁在滑动台的竖板上竖直移动,所述横梁上设有集成箱,所述集成箱在横梁上水平移动,所述横梁和集成箱的移动由伺服电机控制,所述集成箱下设有激光头和送粉头,所述光纤激光器与激光头通过光纤连接,所述送粉器与送粉头通过送粉管连接。
所述的滑动台横板上还设有保护气装置,所述集成箱下设有保护气喷头,所述保护气装置与保护气喷头通过输气管连接。
所述的滑动台横板上还设有水冷装置,用于光纤激光器的冷却。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明使用光纤激光器,光的转换效率高;滑动台由步进电机控制,集成箱和横梁由伺服电机控制,激光头和送粉头通过集成箱集成,随集成箱运动,结构简单。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
如图1所示,一种修复轴类零件用激光熔覆设备,包括底座1,所述底座1上设有工作台2和导轨A6,所述工作台2上设有导轨B3,所述导轨B3上设有滑动箱4,所述工作台2左端和滑动箱4上设有三爪卡盘5,用来夹紧工件,所述导轨A6上设有滑动台7,所述滑动台7由步进电机控制,所述滑动台7的横板上设有光纤激光器9,所述滑动台7的竖板上一端设有送粉器16,另一端设有横梁15,所述横梁15在滑动台7的竖板上竖直移动,所述横梁15上设有集成箱14,所述集成箱14在横梁15上水平移动,所述横梁15和集成箱14的移动由伺服电机控制,所述集成箱14下设有激光头17和送粉头19,所述光纤激光器9与激光头17通过光纤11连接,所述送粉器16与送粉头19通过送粉管13连接。
所述的滑动台7横板上还设有保护气装置10,所述集成箱14下设有保护气喷头18,所述保护气装置10与保护气喷头18通过输气管12连接。
所述的滑动台7横板上还设有水冷装置8,用于光纤激光器9的冷却。
曲轴等轴类零件由三爪卡盘5夹紧并旋转,滑动台7由步进电机控制,集成箱14和横梁15由伺服电机控制,激光头17和送粉头19通过集成箱14集成,随集成箱14运动,从而实现对零件的修复。

1.一种修复轴类零件用激光熔覆设备,其特征在于,包括底座(1),所述底座(1)上设有工作台(2)和导轨A(6),所述工作台(2)上设有导轨B(3),所述导轨B(3)上设有滑动箱(4),所述工作台(2)左端和滑动箱(4)上设有三爪卡盘(5),用来夹紧工件,所述导轨A(6)上设有滑动台(7),所述滑动台(7)由步进电机控制,所述滑动台(7)的横板上设有光纤激光器(9),所述滑动台(7)的竖板上一端设有送粉器(16),另一端设有横梁(15),所述横梁(15)在滑动台(7)的竖板上竖直移动,所述横梁(15)上设有集成箱(14),所述集成箱(14)在横梁(15)上水平移动,所述横梁(15)和集成箱(14)的移动由伺服电机控制,所述集成箱(14)下设有激光头(17)和送粉头(19),所述光纤激光器(9)与激光头(17)通过光纤(11)连接,所述送粉器(16)与送粉头(19)通过送粉管(13)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的修复轴类零件用激光熔覆设备,其特征在于,所述的滑动台(7)横板上还设有保护气装置(10),所述集成箱(14)下设有保护气喷头(18),所述保护气装置(10)与保护气喷头(18)通过输气管(12)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的修复轴类零件用激光熔覆设备,其特征在于,所述的滑动台(7)横板上还设有水冷装置(8),用于光纤激光器(9)的冷却。
