本发明公开了一种模具上的导柱喷洗装置，包括底板，底板上设有连杆，连杆呈竖直布置，连杆的下端设有底盘，底盘设置在底板上，连杆的端部设有顶环，顶环设置在底盘的上方，连杆的中部设有套环，套环设置在底盘与顶环之间；底板上设有固定柱，固定柱呈竖直布置，固定柱的端部设有喷洗机，喷洗机的前部设有喷洗壳，喷洗壳的外侧壁上设有若干喷洗管，喷洗管的端部设有喷洗头，喷洗壳设置在连杆的前方。本发明方便对导柱进行喷洗处理。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种喷洗装置，具体涉及一种模具上的导柱喷洗装置。
背景技术
现有技术中，如专利ZL201410104146.0公开了一种喷洗装置，主要由喷枪、风机、水源、电源组成，风机通过风管与喷枪相连，水源通过水管与喷枪相连，风机与电源相连。通过搬动搬机来开启水流开关，水流通过出水嘴加压后喷射出去，卷吸从出风嘴喷出的空气，在周围形成更强大的负压，卷吸周围的空气一起向前吹出。该喷洗装置不方便对导柱进行喷洗处理。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本发明提供了一种喷洗机通过喷洗壳可以使喷洗液从喷洗管的喷洗头喷射到导柱的外表面上，从而方便对导柱进行喷洗处理的模具上的导柱喷洗装置。
为了实现上述目的，本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现：
一种模具上的导柱喷洗装置，包括底板，底板的一侧底部设有第一支撑辊，底板的另一侧底部设有第二支撑辊，第二支撑辊与第一支撑辊的形状大小相同，第二支撑辊与第一支撑辊呈平行布置；底板上设有连杆，连杆呈竖直布置，连杆的下端设有底盘，底盘设置在底板上，连杆的端部设有顶环，顶环设置在底盘的上方，连杆的中部设有套环，套环设置在底盘与顶环之间；底板上设有固定柱，固定柱呈竖直布置，固定柱的端部设有喷洗机，喷洗机的前部设有喷洗壳，喷洗壳的外侧壁上设有若干喷洗管，喷洗管的端部设有喷洗头，喷洗壳设置在连杆的前方。
进一步地，所述喷洗头为球形形状。
进一步地，所述连杆为弧形形状。
进一步地，所述固定柱的内部为空腔结构。
进一步地，所述喷洗机与喷洗壳之间设有控制泵。
本发明的有益效果：通过第一支撑辊与第二支撑辊可以方便对底板进行牢固支撑；使用者可以将待处理的导柱套装在底盘、顶环以及套环之间，喷洗机通过喷洗壳可以使喷洗液从喷洗管的喷洗头喷射到导柱的外表面上，从而方便对导柱进行喷洗处理。

如图1所示，一种模具上的导柱喷洗装置，包括底板1，底板1的一侧底部设有第一支撑辊2，底板1的另一侧底部设有第二支撑辊3，第二支撑辊3与第一支撑辊2的形状大小相同，第二支撑辊3与第一支撑辊2呈平行布置；底板1上设有连杆4，连杆4呈竖直布置，连杆4的下端设有底盘5，底盘5设置在底板1上，连杆4的端部设有顶环6，顶环6设置在底盘5的上方，连杆4的中部设有套环7，套环7设置在底盘5与顶环6之间；底板1上设有固定柱8，固定柱8呈竖直布置，固定柱8的端部设有喷洗机9，喷洗机9的前部设有喷洗壳10，喷洗壳10的外侧壁上设有若干喷洗管11，喷洗管11的端部设有喷洗头12，喷洗壳10设置在连杆4的前方；喷洗头12为球形形状，连杆4为弧形形状，固定柱8的内部为空腔结构，喷洗机9与喷洗壳10之间设有控制泵13。
本发明模具上的导柱喷洗装置，通过第一支撑辊2与第二支撑辊3可以方便对底板1进行牢固支撑；使用者可以将待处理的导柱套装在底盘5、顶环6以及套环7之间，喷洗机9通过喷洗壳10可以使喷洗液从喷洗管11的喷洗头12喷射到导柱的外表面上，从而方便对导柱进行喷洗处理。
其中，连杆4为弧形形状，所以方便安装。
其中，固定柱8的内部为空腔结构，所以质轻，且方便安装。
其中，喷洗机9与喷洗壳10之间设有控制泵13；所以方便控制。
