背景技术
斑秃是一种自身免疫性的非瘢痕性脱发，常发生于身体有毛发的部位，局部皮肤正常，无自觉症状。斑秃可发生于任何年龄，但以青壮年多见，两性发病率无明显差异。皮损表现为圆形或卵圆形非瘢痕性脱发，在斑秃边缘常可见“感叹号”样毛发。头发全部或几乎全部脱落，称为全秃。全身所有的毛发(包括体毛)都脱落，称为普脱。还可见匍行性脱发。病区皮肤除无毛发外，不存在其他异常。有时可出现甲异常，最常见的是甲凹陷，还有脆甲、甲剥离、反甲等。还可并发眼白内障、Down综合征、甲状腺病和白癜风等。
现代医学认为本病的发生可能存在自身免疫的发病机制，遗传因素也是一个重要原因。此外，还可能和神经创伤、精神异常、感染病灶和内分泌失调有关。西医中一般采用外用或内服的激素类药物治疗斑秃，还有神经封闭疗法等，但是效果往往不尽理想，且副作用大。

本发明的目的提供一种治疗斑秃的中药组合物，采用全草本原料，能够从根本上有效治疗斑秃，疗效显著。

水牛角8-12、丹皮8-12、赤芍5-8、紫草8-12、薄荷8-12、蝉蜕8-12、柴胡10-15、野菊花5-8、桑椹10-15、旱莲草8-12、熟地8-12、茯苓8-12、香附2-4、沙参10-15、百合8-12、黄精5-8、女贞子8-12、黑芝麻8-12、合欢皮8-12以及枣仁8-12。

本发明根据对临床100例患者观察统计，按照每10-15剂为一个疗程，以每天一剂的用量连续服用2-4个疗程，治愈率92％，总有效率97％以上。

实施例1
1、称取水牛角10克、丹皮10克、赤芍6克、紫草10克、薄荷10克、蝉蜕9克、柴胡12克、野菊花6克、桑椹12克、旱莲草10克、熟地9克、茯苓10克、香附3克、沙参12克、百合10克、黄精6克、女贞子10克、黑芝麻10克、合欢皮10克以及枣仁10克。
2、加入1.5倍体积的水浸泡20分钟，煮沸后文火熬制20-25分钟，滤出药液，得到第一滤液；
3、向药渣中重新加入等体积的水，煮沸后文火熬制30-35分钟，滤出药液得到第二滤液；
4、将第一滤液和第二滤液混合，每日一剂，每剂分两次服用，10剂为一个疗程，连续服用3个疗程。
实施例2
1、称取水牛角11克、丹皮11克、赤芍7克、紫草11克、薄荷11克、蝉蜕8克、柴胡14克、野菊花5克、桑椹13克、旱莲草9克、熟地8克、茯苓11克、香附2克、沙参11克、百合11克、黄精5克、女贞子11克、黑芝麻11克、合欢皮11克以及枣仁11克。

显效：斑秃症状明显减轻。

4、采用所述治疗方案对100例斑秃患者进行治疗，并依据诊断标准进行统计。100例临床患者中，年龄最小23岁，最大56岁，平均年龄42岁。经临床治疗，治愈92例，显效3例，有效2例，无效3例，治愈率92％，总有效率97％。

Claims (3)

1.一种治疗斑秃的中药组合物，其特征在于，包含以下重量份的原料药：
水牛角8-12、丹皮8-12、赤芍5-8、紫草8-12、薄荷8-12、蝉蜕8-12、柴胡10-15、野菊花5-8、桑椹10-15、旱莲草8-12、熟地8-12、茯苓8-12、香附2-4、沙参10-15、百合8-12、黄精5-8、女贞子8-12、黑芝麻8-12、合欢皮8-12以及枣仁8-12。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗斑秃的中药组合物，其特征在于，包含以下重量份的原料药：
水牛角10、丹皮10、赤芍6、紫草10、薄荷10、蝉蜕9、柴胡12、野菊花6、桑椹12、旱莲草10、熟地9、茯苓10、香附3、沙参12、百合10、黄精6、女贞子10、黑芝麻10、合欢皮10以及枣仁10。
3.如权利要求1所述的治疗斑秃的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物可制备为药液、药丸、颗粒剂或散剂。
