技术领域
本发明涉及农药技术领域,具体涉及一种含烯丙苯噻唑和异菌脲的农药颗粒剂。
背景技术
烯丙苯噻唑,英文通用名为:probenazole,是日本明治制果药业株式会社开发的一种诱导免疫型杀菌剂,通过激发植物本身对病害的免疫(抗性)反应来实现防病效果,通过植物根部吸收,并较迅速地渗透传导至植物体各部分。烯丙苯噻唑处理水稻,能促进根系吸收,保护作物不受稻瘟病菌和稻白叶枯病菌的侵染。
异菌脲,英文通用名为:iprodione,是一种广谱触杀型保护性杀菌剂,同时具有一定的治疗作用,也可通过根部吸收起内吸作用。适用于防治蔬菜、观赏作物的叶斑病、灰霉病、菌核病、根腐病,对水稻稻瘟病也有较好的防治效果。
现阶段,水稻育秧基本实现从之前的水育秧为主到目前的旱育秧为主,而秧苗病害仍以药剂兑水喷雾法进行防治,比较费时费力。在农村劳力短缺的情况下,省力型防治病虫害的方法越来越受关注,本发明通过有效成分烯丙苯噻唑和异菌脲复配,制成农药颗粒剂,其内吸传导性好,能在育秧作业时或秧苗期施用,具有省时省工的功效。
目前,将烯丙苯噻唑与异菌脲复配的研究未见有相关的报道。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种含烯丙苯噻唑和异菌脲的农药颗粒剂,用于旱育秧期稻瘟病的防治,其配方增效显著,内吸性好,能有效的控制病害,具有省时省工省力的功效。
本发明采取的技术方案是:一种含烯丙苯噻唑和异菌脲的农药颗粒剂,有效成分由烯丙苯噻唑和异菌脲组成,其中烯丙苯噻唑和异菌脲的重量比为:5-8:2-3,优选的,烯丙苯噻唑和异菌脲的重量比为8:2。
所述的烯丙苯噻唑在农药颗粒剂中的重量百分比为5-8%,异菌脲在农药颗粒剂中的重量百分比为2-3%。
本发明的农药颗粒剂加入的辅助剂包括填料、粘结剂、分散剂、润湿剂、崩解剂、着色剂、稳定剂或其它有益于有效成分在制剂中稳定和药效发挥的物质,都是农药制剂领域中常用或允许使用的各种成分。
本发明具有以下优点和显著的技术效果:
(1)烯丙苯噻唑和异菌脲的作用机制不同,相互混配有利于缓解病菌抗性发展。
(2)室内生测结果表明,烯丙苯噻唑和异菌脲按一定的比例复配对稻瘟病菌增效明显,有利于减少农药施用量和降低农药成本。
(3)本发明制备成农药颗粒剂,结合旱育秧作业时或育秧期间施用,减轻了农事操作,有利于节约劳动成本。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明的技术方案和有益效果作进一步说明,本发明所述的百分比均为重量百分比。
一、制备实施例
实施例1:8%烯丙苯噻唑·异菌脲颗粒剂(有效成分比6:2)
配方:按重量比称取烯丙苯噻唑6%,异菌脲2%,萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物4.5%,十二烷基硫酸钠3%,聚乙烯醇3.5%,膨润土补足至100%。
实施例2:9%烯丙苯噻唑·异菌脲颗粒剂(有效成分比6:3)
配方:按重量比称取烯丙苯噻唑7%,异菌脲3%,萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物3%,十二烷基硫酸钠3.5%,聚乙烯醇3%,凹凸棒土12%,高岭土补足至100%。
实施例3:10%烯丙苯噻唑·异菌脲颗粒剂(有效成分比8:2)
配方:按重量比称取烯丙苯噻唑8%,异菌脲2%,十二烷基硫酸钠2.5%,羧甲基纤维素3.5%,硅藻土15%,膨润土补足至100%。
实施例4:7%烯丙苯噻唑·异菌脲颗粒剂(有效成分比5:2)
配方:按重量比称取烯丙苯噻唑5%,异菌脲2%,萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物5%,十二烷基硫酸钠2.5%,聚乙烯醇5%,高岭土补足至100%。
制备方法:将上述实施例1-4所述的配方组分混合均匀,粉碎,加水润湿后充分搅拌均匀,再用螺杆挤压造粒机造粒,干燥后过筛即得含烯丙苯噻唑·异菌脲颗粒剂。
二、生物活性试验实施例
本发明的生物活性实施例分为室内毒力测定试验和田间药效试验。
实施例1:烯丙苯噻唑、异菌脲及复配剂对稻瘟病的室内毒力测定。
经预试确定各药剂有效抑制浓度范围后,将烯丙苯噻唑、异菌脲及其混配剂按有效成分含量梯度系列稀释5个浓度,设清水对照。参照《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀菌剂》进行,采用菌丝生长速率法测定药剂对稻瘟病的毒力。72h后用十字交叉法测量菌落直径,计算各处理净生长量、菌丝生长抑制率。
将菌丝生长抑制率换算成机率值(y),药液浓度(μg/mL)转换成对数值(x),以最小二乘法求得毒力回归方程(y=a+bx),并由此计算出每种药剂的EC50值。
根据孙云沛法的共毒系数法(CTC)来评价药剂混用的增效作用,即CTC≤80为拮抗作用,80<CTC<120为相加作用,CTC≥120为增效作用。统计结果如表1所示:

测定结果表明,当烯丙苯噻唑和异菌脲的配比为5-8:2-3时,共毒系数(CTC)大于120,增效作用明显。
实施例2:制备实施例3所得的制剂用于防治秧苗稻瘟病的田间药效试验
(1)试验设计:将10%烯丙苯噻唑·异菌脲(8:2)颗粒剂作为试验组1#,施用量为0.1公斤/m2;以8%烯丙苯噻唑颗粒剂为对照组1#,施用量为0.15公斤/m2;以10%异菌脲颗粒剂为对照组2#,施用量为0.2公斤/m2,设置1个空白对照组。
(2)施药方法
在平整育秧畦上放好育秧盘,在秧盘按每孔放入2颗已经催好的牙谷种,在弄好秧盘之后按对应处理的药剂及药量施用,将已经催好芽的谷种栽入土壤中,试验中每个处理3次重复,以4个秧盘作为1个小区面积,按试验设计将试验组1#、对照组1#、对照组2#的对应药剂按规定的用量均匀施于对应的小区上,各小区中保持苗床环境一致。
(3)试验结果
药后10天,结合秧苗稻瘟病高发期结果调查,计算发病率及防治效果,结果表明,试验组1#对秧稻瘟病的防治效果为85.43%,对照组1#对秧稻瘟病的防治效果为72.24%;对照组2#对秧稻瘟病的防治效果为70.57%。从试验中看出,烯丙苯噻唑与异菌脲合理混配后,混配剂对秧稻瘟病增效明显,既减少有效成分的使用量,又表现出优于单剂的田间效果,有助于减少农药使用成本。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的含烯丙苯噻唑和异菌脲的农药颗粒剂,其特征在于,烯丙苯噻唑的重量百分比为5-8%,异菌脲的重量百分比为2-3%。
4.根据权利要求1至3所述的含烯丙苯噻唑和异菌脲的农药颗粒剂,其特征在于,所述的农药颗粒剂适用于防治旱育秧期的水稻稻瘟病。
