Abstract
本发明所述的一种农用复合薄膜,其特征在于,由上到下依次设置有:聚四氟乙烯层、抗老化层、加强层、保温层及尿素缓释层;所述尿素缓释层中各组分的重量份数为:聚乙烯醇:65‑80%;尿素:10‑25%;甲醛:2‑8%;抗氧化剂:0.1‑1%;表面活性剂:1‑5%。所述农用复合薄膜,表面光滑平整,且在不明显降低透明度的前提下,大幅度提高薄膜的拉伸强度,延长薄膜的使用寿命;此外,所述薄膜具有尿素缓释层,通过水汽冷凝将尿素释放至土壤中,提高农田的养分,不需要额外对农田播撒肥料,节省了农民的人力及物力,降低了生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料薄膜技术领域,特别涉及一种农用复合薄膜。
背景技术
随着经济的发展以及农村产业结构的调整,中国农村产业对塑料薄膜的市场需求不断上升。为了适应农业生产各个方面的需要,农用塑料薄膜有各种不同的品种和规格。塑料薄膜在农村种植业中被广泛应用在塑料大棚领域,利用塑料大棚进行蔬菜、花卉等的设施栽培,对缓解蔬菜淡季的供求矛盾起到了特殊的重要作用,具有显著的社会效益和现实的巨大的经济效益。
现有技术中的薄膜通常很薄,延展性相对较弱,且塑料薄膜在大棚安装使用过程中,人们会对薄膜拉扯,或当风力等级较大时,塑料薄膜不耐拉扯,容易发生破损,将影响整个塑料薄膜的使用;此外,提高农田的养分,需要额外对农田播撒肥料,增加了农民的人力及物力,提高了生产成本。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种农用复合薄膜。所述农用复合薄膜,表面光滑平整,且在不明显降低透明度的前提下,大幅度提高薄膜的拉伸强度,延长薄膜的使用寿命;此外,所述薄膜具有尿素缓释层,通过水汽冷凝将尿素释放至土壤中,提高农田的养分,不需要额外对农田播撒肥料,节省了农民的人力及物力,降低了生产成本。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种农用复合薄膜,由上到下依次设置有:聚四氟乙烯层、抗老化层、加强层、保温层及尿素缓释层;
其中,所述尿素缓释层中各组分的重量份数为:聚乙烯醇:65-80%;尿素:10-25%;甲醛:2-8%;抗氧化剂:0.1-1%;表面活性剂:1-5%。
进一步地,所述尿素缓释层中各组分的重量份数为:聚乙烯醇:72-80%;尿素:14-22%;甲醛:5-8%;抗氧化剂:0.4-1%;表面活性剂:2.5-4%。
进一步地,所述尿素缓释层中各组分的重量份数为:聚乙烯醇:73%;尿素:17%;甲醛:6.5%;抗氧化剂:0.5%;表面活性剂:3%。
且有,所述农用复合薄膜的厚度为1.5-5mm。
同时,所述加强层为多根纤维形成的网格。
再,所述聚四氟乙烯层、抗老化层、加强层、保温层及尿素缓释层之间通过热复合粘结在一起。
另有,所述抗氧化剂为抗氧化剂1010或抗氧化剂168中的任一种。
且,所述表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂或非离子表面活性剂中的任一种。
本发明的有益效果在于:

如图1所示,图1为本发明提供的一种农用复合薄膜的结构示意图,由上到下依次设置有:聚四氟乙烯层1、抗老化层2、加强层3、保温层4及尿素缓释层5;其中,所述尿素缓释层5中各组分的重量份数为:聚乙烯醇:65%;尿素:25%;甲醛:8%;抗氧化剂:0.5%;表面活性剂:1.5%,所述农用复合薄膜的厚度为1.5mm。
所述加强层3为多根纤维形成的网格,所述聚四氟乙烯层1、抗老化层2、加强层3、保温层4及尿素缓释层5之间通过热复合粘结在一起,所述抗氧化剂为抗氧化剂1010,表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂。
实施例2
一种农用复合薄膜,由上到下依次设置有:聚四氟乙烯层1、抗老化层2、加强层3、保温层4及尿素缓释层5;其中,所述尿素缓释层5中各组分的重量份数为:聚乙烯醇:70%;尿素:18%;甲醛:5%;抗氧化剂:1%;表面活性剂:5%,所述农用复合薄膜的厚度为2.5mm。
所述加强层3为多根纤维形成的网格,所述聚四氟乙烯层1、抗老化层2、加强层3、保温层4及尿素缓释层5之间通过热复合粘结在一起,所述抗氧化剂为抗氧化剂1010,表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂。
实施例3
一种农用复合薄膜,由上到下依次设置有:聚四氟乙烯层1、抗老化层2、加强层3、保温层4及尿素缓释层5;其中,所述尿素缓释层5中各组分的重量份数为:聚乙烯醇:73%;尿素:17%;甲醛:6.5%;抗氧化剂:0.5%;表面活性剂:3%,所述农用复合薄膜的厚度为3.5mm。
所述加强层3为多根纤维形成的网格,所述聚四氟乙烯层1、抗老化层2、加强层3、保温层4及尿素缓释层5之间通过热复合粘结在一起,所述抗氧化剂为抗氧化剂168,表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂。
实施例4
一种农用复合薄膜,由上到下依次设置有:聚四氟乙烯层1、抗老化层2、加强层3、保温层4及尿素缓释层5;其中,所述尿素缓释层5中各组分的重量份数为:聚乙烯醇:76%;尿素:15%;甲醛:5.4%;抗氧化剂:0.1%;表面活性剂:3.5%,所述农用复合薄膜的厚度为4.5mm。
所述加强层3为多根纤维形成的网格,所述聚四氟乙烯层1、抗老化层2、加强层3、保温层4及尿素缓释层5之间通过热复合粘结在一起,所述抗氧化剂为抗氧化剂168,表面活性剂为非离子表面活性剂。
实施例5
一种农用复合薄膜,由上到下依次设置有:聚四氟乙烯层1、抗老化层2、加强层3、保温层4及尿素缓释层5;其中,所述尿素缓释层5中各组分的重量份数为:聚乙烯醇:80%;尿素:10%;甲醛:6%;抗氧化剂:0.3%;表面活性剂:3.7%,所述农用复合薄膜的厚度为5mm。
所述加强层3为多根纤维形成的网格,所述聚四氟乙烯层1、抗老化层2、加强层3、保温层4及尿素缓释层5之间通过热复合粘结在一起,所述抗氧化剂为抗氧化剂1010,表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂。
对实施例1-5中农用复合薄膜的各性能进行测试,结果如表1所示。

从表中可以看出,本发明提供的一种农用复合薄膜,表面光滑平整,且在不明显降低透明度的前提下,大幅度提高薄膜的拉伸强度,延长薄膜的使用寿命;此外,所述薄膜具有尿素缓释层5,通过水汽冷凝将尿素释放至土壤中,提高农田的养分,不需要额外对农田播撒肥料,节省了农民的人力及物力,降低了生产成本。
需要说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制。尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围中。

1.一种农用复合薄膜,其特征在于,由上到下依次设置有:聚四氟乙烯层、抗老化层、加强层、保温层及尿素缓释层;
其中,所述尿素缓释层中各组分的重量份数为:聚乙烯醇:65-80%;尿素:10-25%;甲醛:2-8%;抗氧化剂:0.1-1%;表面活性剂:1-5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种农用复合薄膜,其特征在于,所述尿素缓释层中各组分的重量份数为:聚乙烯醇:72-80%;尿素:14-22%;甲醛:5-8%;抗氧化剂:0.4-1%;表面活性剂:2.5-4%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种农用复合薄膜,其特征在于,所述尿素缓释层中各组分的重量份数为:聚乙烯醇:73%;尿素:17%;甲醛:6.5%;抗氧化剂:0.5%;表面活性剂:3%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种农用复合薄膜,其特征在于,所述农用复合薄膜的厚度为1.5-5mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种农用复合薄膜,其特征在于,所述加强层为多根纤维形成的网格。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种农用复合薄膜,其特征在于,所述聚四氟乙烯层、抗老化层、加强层、保温层及尿素缓释层之间通过热复合粘结在一起。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种农用复合薄膜,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为抗氧化剂1010或抗氧化剂168中的任一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种农用复合薄膜,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为阴离子表面活性剂或非离子表面活性剂中的任一种。
