背景技术
葡萄树冬季防护,现有的常规做法是在冬天用普通的塑料薄膜盖在葡萄树上,并在塑料薄膜上方盖上干草等保温隔热,在塑料薄膜侧边压上土,保证压紧不掉落,该方式中保温隔热的干草在冬天需要人工放上去,在开春时为了避免过热而有害的过早发芽则需要人工再取下来,因此存在费时费力的问题,而且普通塑料薄膜加干草的方法也存在保温效果差,大多为一次性使用的缺点,所以市场上急需一种保温效果好、使用寿命长的葡萄树冬季防护保温盖布。
专利公告号为CN201104419Y,公告日为2008.08.27的中国实用新型专利公开了一种葡萄藤越冬覆盖保温布,涉及葡萄种植御寒防护设施中的覆盖材料,布基上固定气,布基直接覆盖在下架后覆盖葡萄藤上,边缘压紧,气窗透气。
但是该实用新型专利中的保温布存在保温使用整体效果差的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于葡萄树冬季防护的耐低温、抗老化型高效保温盖布的制备方法,及其应用,其能通过分别配制聚乙烯料和粘结料,最终粘结制备得到自上而下依次为聚乙烯外膜、粘结料、聚乙烯编织层、粘结料以及聚乙烯外膜的方式,达到保温盖布有效制备的效果。本发明具有保温盖布制备方法合理有效,各层之间独立配料、制造效果好,物料组成特性与使用环境、使用要求相匹配,以及盖布保温隔热、耐低温以及抗老化整体效果突出的优点。
本发明解决上述问题采用的技术方案是一种用于葡萄树冬季防护的耐低温、抗老化型高效保温盖布的制备方法,依次包括以下步骤:
S1、配制聚乙烯编织层用的第一聚乙烯料;
S2、配制粘结剂层用粘结料;
S3、配制聚乙烯外膜用的第二聚乙烯料;
S4、将所述第一聚乙烯料拉丝并编织,获得所述聚乙烯编织层;
S5、将所述第二聚乙烯料挤出,获得所述聚乙烯外膜;
S6、自上而下依次粘结所述聚乙烯外膜、粘结料、聚乙烯编织层、粘结料以及聚乙烯外膜,获得最终至少五层结构的所述保温盖布,
其中,所述第一聚乙烯料包括聚乙烯颗粒、抗紫外剂、抗氧剂、耐低温剂以及阻光剂,所述第二聚乙烯料包括聚乙烯颗粒、抗氧剂、稳定剂以及增强剂。
在本发明中,所述盖布至少为五层结构,当增加一层所述聚乙烯编织层后上下再通过所述粘结料进行粘结固定,其中所述聚乙烯外膜通过所述抗紫外剂以及阻光剂保证不透光和抗紫外抗老化的效果,而所述聚乙烯编织层是整个盖布的主体结构,因此需要通过添加增强剂的方式来达到抗拉扯,以及结构强度大的优点。
进一步优选的技术方案在于:所述粘结料为马来酸酐线性接枝聚合物或环氧树脂中的一种或两种混合物。
进一步优选的技术方案在于:所述第一聚乙烯料包括按重量计的以下各组分聚乙烯颗粒44-65份、抗紫外剂5-9份、抗氧剂15-18份、耐低温剂3-6份以及阻光剂11-13份。
进一步优选的技术方案在于:所述抗紫外剂为UV-P,所述抗氧剂为含硫受阻酚类抗氧剂,所述耐低温剂为三元乙丙橡胶颗粒,所述阻光剂为白色色母粒。
进一步优选的技术方案在于所述白色色母粒的制备方法依次包括以下步骤:
S1、在反应釜中加入钛白粉、硬脂酸锌、聚乙烯蜡、单烷氧基焦磷酸酯型偶联剂以及聚丁二烯树脂中空球,以25-45r/min的速度进行低速搅拌混合30-50min,得到色母粒基料;
S2、将所述色母粒基料进行过滤,过滤温度为40-45℃,将过滤后的滤料放入烘干机,得到色母粒干料;
S3、将所述色母粒干料进行挤出造粒,造粒温度为160-175℃,螺杆转速为150-220r/min,得到最终的白色色母粒。

一种用于葡萄树冬季防护的耐低温、抗老化型高效保温盖布的制备方法,依次包括以下步骤:
S1、配制聚乙烯编织层用的第一聚乙烯料;
S2、配制粘结剂层用粘结料;
S3、配制聚乙烯外膜用的第二聚乙烯料;
S4、将所述第一聚乙烯料拉丝并编织,获得所述聚乙烯编织层;
S5、将所述第二聚乙烯料挤出,获得所述聚乙烯外膜;
S6、自上而下依次粘结所述聚乙烯外膜、粘结料、聚乙烯编织层、粘结料以及聚乙烯外膜,获得最终至少五层结构的所述保温盖布,
其中,所述第一聚乙烯料包括聚乙烯颗粒、抗紫外剂、抗氧剂、耐低温剂以及阻光剂,所述第二聚乙烯料包括聚乙烯颗粒、抗氧剂、稳定剂以及增强剂。
所述粘结料为马来酸酐线性接枝聚合物。
所述第一聚乙烯料包括按重量计的以下各组分:聚乙烯颗粒50份、抗紫外剂6份、抗氧剂16份、耐低温剂4份以及阻光剂12份。

S3、将所述色母粒干料进行挤出造粒,造粒温度为170℃,螺杆转速为160r/min,得到最终的白色色母粒。
所述第二聚乙烯料包括按重量计的以下各组分:聚乙烯颗粒60份、抗氧剂16份、稳定剂12份以及增强剂11份。
所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010,所述稳定剂为硬脂酸锌,所述增强剂为玻璃纤维。

所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010,所述稳定剂为硬脂酸锌,所述增强剂为玻璃纤维。
所述玻璃纤维在添加前用二甲基二氯硅烷进行硅烷化处理以提高黏附效果。
步骤S4中,拉丝温度为100℃,编织方式为机织或经纬编织;步骤S5中,在双螺杆挤出机中挤出成膜,挤出温度为250℃,机头压力为2.6Mpa,转速为90r/min,熔体温度270℃,挤出环境湿度为80%。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于葡萄树冬季防护的耐低温、抗老化型高效保温盖布的制备方法,其特征在于依次包括以下步骤:
S1、配制聚乙烯编织层用的第一聚乙烯料;
S2、配制粘结剂层用粘结料;
S3、配制聚乙烯外膜用的第二聚乙烯料;
S4、将所述第一聚乙烯料拉丝并编织,获得所述聚乙烯编织层;
S5、将所述第二聚乙烯料挤出,获得所述聚乙烯外膜;
S6、自上而下依次粘结所述聚乙烯外膜、粘结料、聚乙烯编织层、粘结料以及聚乙烯外膜,获得最终至少五层结构的所述保温盖布,
其中,所述第一聚乙烯料包括聚乙烯颗粒、抗紫外剂、抗氧剂、耐低温剂以及阻光剂,所述第二聚乙烯料包括聚乙烯颗粒、抗氧剂、稳定剂以及增强剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于葡萄树冬季防护的耐低温、抗老化型高效保温盖布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述粘结料为马来酸酐线性接枝聚合物或环氧树脂中的一种或两种混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于葡萄树冬季防护的耐低温、抗老化型高效保温盖布的制备方法,其特征在于所述第一聚乙烯料包括按重量计的以下各组分:聚乙烯颗粒44-65份、抗紫外剂5-9份、抗氧剂15-18份、耐低温剂3-6份以及阻光剂11-13份。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种用于葡萄树冬季防护的耐低温、抗老化型高效保温盖布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抗紫外剂为UV-P,所述抗氧剂为含硫受阻酚类抗氧剂,所述耐低温剂为三元乙丙橡胶颗粒,所述阻光剂为白色色母粒。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于葡萄树冬季防护的耐低温、抗老化型高效保温盖布的制备方法,其特征在于所述白色色母粒的制备方法依次包括以下步骤:
S1、在反应釜中加入钛白粉、硬脂酸锌(热稳定剂)、聚乙烯蜡(交联剂)、单烷氧基焦磷酸酯型偶联剂以及聚丁二烯树脂中空球(增强剂),以25-45r/min的速度进行低速搅拌混合30-50min,得到色母粒基料;
S2、将所述色母粒基料进行过滤,过滤温度为40-45℃,将过滤后的滤料放入烘干机,得到色母粒干料;
S3、将所述色母粒干料进行挤出造粒,造粒温度为160-175℃,螺杆转速为150-220r/min,得到最终的白色色母粒。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于葡萄树冬季防护的耐低温、抗老化型高效保温盖布的制备方法,其特征在于所述第二聚乙烯料包括按重量计的以下各组分:聚乙烯颗粒55-62份、抗氧剂15-18份、稳定剂11-12份以及增强剂8-11份。
7.根据权利要求1或6所述的一种用于葡萄树冬季防护的耐低温、抗老化型高效保温盖布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010,所述稳定剂为硬脂酸锌,所述增强剂为玻璃纤维。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种用于葡萄树冬季防护的耐低温、抗老化型高效保温盖布的制备方法,其特征在于:所述玻璃纤维在添加前用二甲基二氯硅烷进行硅烷化处理以提高黏附效果。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于葡萄树冬季防护的耐低温、抗老化型高效保温盖布的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S4中,拉丝温度为70-150℃,编织方式为机织或经纬编织;步骤S5中,在双螺杆挤出机中挤出成膜,挤出温度为180-260℃,机头压力为2-3.5Mpa,转速为90-150r/min,熔体温度220-270℃,挤出环境湿度为75-80%。
10.一种如权利要求1所述的用于葡萄树冬季防护的耐低温、抗老化型高效保温盖布的应用,其特征在于:所述盖布用于葡萄树的冬季防护。
