Abstract

一种侧装式浮动球阀,包括阀体,球体安装在阀体内,在阀体上开有通道进口及通道出口,在通道进口以及通道出口处分别设置有上游阀座和下游阀座,上游阀座以及下游阀座与球体配合形成密封副,球体上固定连接阀杆,阀杆伸出阀体外,上游阀座与阀体之间安装有弹簧,下游阀座轴向两侧分别通过限位块Ⅰ和限位块Ⅱ进行限位,限位块Ⅱ的内表面设置有卡槽Ⅲ,卡槽Ⅲ内安装双层孔用挡圈。本发明的有益效果是:阀门装配时,从左至右依次安装,安装方便,维修拆卸时,仅需要将双层孔用挡圈旋出限位块Ⅱ的卡槽,即可依次取出阀门内件,无需其他特殊结构或工具,因此装拆方便,便于维修。

一种侧装式浮动球阀
所属技术领域
本发明涉及一种球阀,特别涉及侧装式浮动球阀。
背景技术
球阀由于具有体积小、结构简单、维修方便等特点且阀座密封面与球体密封面常在接触状态,不易被介质冲蚀,使用寿命长,在各行业中得到广泛应用。
传统的浮动式球阀一般采用一片式或两片式结构。
一片式浮动球阀一侧阀座一般采用螺纹连接的方式与阀体连接,阀座与阀体连接后没有任何浮动量,不能自定心,使阀体密封面与球体密封面不能紧密配合,最终导致阀门密封性能差、操作扭矩大。同时,连接螺纹副在受到介质腐蚀和结垢等影响后无法拆卸,不利于阀门的长期维护和使用。
两片式结构浮动球阀的左右阀体间采用非金属垫片进行密封,采用螺栓对左右阀体进行连接,在长期使用后容易产生应力松弛导致阀门的外泄漏,造成系统的危险。
发明内容
为了克服现有球阀的上述缺点,本发明提供一种尺寸紧凑、密封可靠且装配简便的侧装式浮动球阀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,一种侧装式浮动球阀,包括阀体,球体安装在阀体内,在通道进口以及通道出口处分别设置有上游阀座和下游阀座,上游阀座以及下游阀座与球体配合形成密封副,球体上固定连接阀杆,阀杆伸出阀体外,上游阀座的外圈设置有两个阶梯面,阶梯面Ⅰ与阀体之间安装有弹簧,阶梯面Ⅱ与阀体之间安装有密封件,上游阀座上靠近通道进口处的承压面为锥面;下游阀座轴向两侧分别通过限位块Ⅰ和限位块Ⅱ进行限位,限位块Ⅰ位于靠近球体一侧并安装在阀体的卡槽Ⅰ内,限位块Ⅱ位于远离球体一侧并安装在阀体的卡槽Ⅱ内,限位块Ⅱ的内表面设置有卡槽Ⅲ,卡槽Ⅲ内安装双层孔用挡圈。
限位块Ⅰ和限位块Ⅱ为四开环结构。
四开环结构的开口方向平行于轴线方向。
在限位块Ⅱ的内圈安装支撑挡圈。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、阀门装配时,从左至右依次安装,安装方便,维修拆卸时,仅需要将双层孔用挡圈旋出限位块Ⅱ的卡槽,即可依次取出阀门内件,无需其他特殊结构或工具,因此装拆方便,便于维修。
2、介质从通道进口处进入,介质压力作用于上游阀座的承压面上,使得上游阀座与球体贴紧,这样阀门在进口侧即能实现密封。
3、下游阀座轴向两侧通过限位块Ⅰ和限位块Ⅱ进行限位,限制了球体的轴向移动,保证阀门密封性能的同时减小了阀杆所受弯矩,延长了阀杆的使用寿命。
4、在限位块Ⅱ的内圈安装支撑挡圈,防止限位块Ⅱ变形松动,保证密封性。
5、下游阀座与限位块Ⅰ及限位块Ⅱ之间采用间隙配合,具有一定的浮动量,在介质力的作用下,下游阀座密封面自动与球体密封面紧密结合,确保了下游的可靠密封,同时降低了阀门的操作扭矩。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种侧装式浮动球阀,包括阀体2,球体9安装在阀体2内,在阀体2上开有通道进口1及通道出口15,在通道进口1以及通道出口15处分别设置有上游阀座16和下游阀座11,上游阀座16以及下游阀座11与球体9配合形成密封副,球体9上固定连接阀杆6,阀杆6伸出阀体2外,上游阀座16的外圈设置有两个阶梯面,阶梯面Ⅰ8与阀体2之间安装有弹簧7,阶梯面Ⅱ5与阀体2之间安装有密封件4,上游阀座16上靠近通道进口1处的承压面3为锥面;下游阀座11轴向两侧分别通过限位块Ⅰ10和限位块Ⅱ12进行限位,限位块Ⅰ10位于靠近球体9一侧并安装在阀体2的卡槽Ⅰ17内,限位块Ⅱ12位于远离球体9一侧并安装在阀体2的卡槽Ⅱ18内,限位块Ⅱ的内表面设置有卡槽Ⅲ19,卡槽Ⅲ19内安装双层孔用挡圈14。
在本实施例中,限位块Ⅰ10和限位块Ⅱ12为四开环结构,该四开环结构的开口方向平行于轴线方向,且在限位块Ⅱ12的内圈安装支撑挡圈13。
安装时,依次放入弹簧7、密封件4、上游阀座16、阀杆6、球体9、限位块Ⅰ10、下游阀座11、限位块Ⅱ12和支撑挡圈13,最后,将双层孔用挡圈14旋入限位块Ⅱ12的卡槽Ⅲ19内;拆卸时,反序进行,装拆简单、方便。

1.一种侧装式浮动球阀,包括阀体,球体安装在阀体内,在阀体上开有通道进口及通道出口,在通道进口以及通道出口处分别设置有上游阀座和下游阀座,所述上游阀座以及下游阀座与球体配合形成密封副,所述球体上固定连接阀杆,阀杆伸出阀体外,其特征在于:所述上游阀座的外圈设置有两个阶梯面,阶梯面Ⅰ与阀体之间安装有弹簧,阶梯面Ⅱ与阀体之间安装有密封件,所述上游阀座上靠近通道进口处的承压面为锥面;所述下游阀座轴向两侧分别通过限位块Ⅰ和限位块Ⅱ进行限位,所述限位块Ⅰ位于靠近球体一侧并安装在阀体的卡槽Ⅰ内,所述限位块Ⅱ位于远离球体一侧并安装在阀体的卡槽Ⅱ内,所述限位块Ⅱ的内表面设置有卡槽Ⅲ,所述卡槽Ⅲ内安装双层孔用挡圈。
2.如权利要求1所述的侧装式浮动球阀,其特征在于:所述限位块Ⅰ和限位块Ⅱ为四开环结构。
3.如权利要求2所述的侧装式浮动球阀,其特征在于:所述四开环结构的开口方向平行于轴线方向。
4.如权利要求1或2或3所述的侧装式浮动球阀,其特征在于:在所述限位块Ⅱ的内圈安装支撑挡圈。
