一种露天矿薄煤层开采工艺。本发明公开了一种露天矿开采工艺,具体的说是一种采用松土犁+推土机+前装机开采露天矿薄煤层的工艺。利用煤层薄、硬度小的特点,无需对其穿孔爆破,直接使用松土犁松碎薄煤层,局部厚煤或硬煤区域增加推土机配合松碎,煤层松碎后再由推土机堆集成堆,紧接着前装机进行装车、运输作业。

技术领域
本发明公开了一种露天矿开采工艺,具体的说是一种采用松土犁+推土机+前装机开采露天矿薄煤层的工艺。属于露天矿开采工艺研究领域。
背景技术
技术问题:在我国大型露天煤矿中,薄煤层的赋存占了煤炭储量很大比例,即便是煤层厚度较好的露天煤矿,薄煤层仍然占总储量的一成左右,而部分煤矿的薄煤层赋存甚至占总储量的一半以上,随着煤炭资源储量的不断减少, 对薄煤层的回采也越来越重视。传统的穿孔爆破和大型挖掘机开采工艺会导致煤矸混杂,降低煤质,且设备作业效率低下,目前国内露天矿并无较好的方法开采薄煤层,回采率普遍低下。因此,急需选择一种合适的露天矿开采工艺来充分高效的回收薄煤层。
发明内容
技术方案:本发明利用煤层薄、硬度小的特点,无需对其穿孔爆破,直接使用松土犁松碎薄煤层,局部厚煤或硬煤区域增加推土机配合松碎,煤层松碎后再由推土机堆集成堆,紧接着前装机进行装车、运输作业,无需另外增加卡车运输,工艺简单,机动灵活。
有益效果:本发明直接省去薄煤层的穿爆、运输环节,与传统单斗—卡车工艺相比,提高了设备的作业效率, 降低了薄煤层开采成本,提高了资源回收率,避免了煤岩混杂。实现了薄煤层的充分回收,避免了大量的薄煤层煤炭被抛弃而产生的资源浪费,以及含煤剥离物的大量堆集带来的其他环境和资源问题。此外,鉴于我国大型露天煤矿薄煤层赋存量较大,本发明的应用能够为国内其他煤矿提供有效的借鉴。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进一步说明。
露天矿正常采掘露出薄煤层顶板后,直接使用松土犁1松碎薄煤层,煤层松碎后再由推土机2堆集成堆,紧接着使用前装机3进行装车,并运至卸煤地点。作业区域从前到后可以分为松土犁松动区4、推土机堆集区5、前装机装载区6。

1.一种采用松土犁+推土机+前装机开采露天矿薄煤层的工艺,主要作业流程为:直接使用松土犁松碎薄煤层,煤层松碎后再由推土机堆集成堆,紧接着使用前装机进行装车,并运至卸煤地点。
