技术领域
本发明涉及一种热敏纸材料领域,特别涉及一种三防热敏纸及其制造工艺。
背景技术
热敏纸是指涂布了含有生色材料经热信号激励而自身显色的信息记录纸。热敏纸是随着传真机在世界范围内普及并迅速发展起来的,随着电子通讯事业的发展,热敏纸不仅以传真纸形式普及于个人家庭,更出现在商业、超市、银行、医院、机场等各个领域,其用途日趋广泛,品种日益增多,使用范围越来越广。随着对热敏纸使用要求的提高,三防热敏纸应运而生,其具有良好的耐水、耐油、耐乙醇等性能。然而,人们对热敏纸的耐刮擦性能和印刷吸墨性的要求越来越高,传统工艺生产的三防热敏纸很难继续满足人们的需求。
为解决此类问题,中国专利201410610221.0,公开了一种耐刮擦热敏纸的制造方法,包括如下步骤:a)配置预涂层涂布液,b)配置A剂,c)配置B剂,d)配置C剂,e)配置D剂,f)配置热敏发色层涂布液,g)配置顶涂层涂布液,h)涂布,本发明开发并采用了柔软性和耐冲性极佳的聚烯烃分散剂在顶涂层中,从而获得优异的耐刮擦性能;本发明开发并才用了多项核壳结构自交联丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸酯共聚超细分散体在顶涂层配方中,涂层干燥后获得优异的耐湿摩擦性能,本发明通过优化选择发色层所用的无色染料、显色剂以及增感剂进行搭配,并进行最佳配比的优化,使纸张获得良好的发色性能、保存性能以及一定得防护性能。然而,通过在顶涂层中加入聚烯烃分散剂,是利用了聚烯烃本身的柔软性和耐冲击性极佳的特点达到耐刮擦性能的,顶涂层本身封闭性比较强,对印刷油墨的吸收受到一定影响,并且油墨干燥速度也受到一定限制。
而本发明专利申请的一种三防热敏纸,通过顶涂层添加VAE胶乳后,涂层的孔隙度高,油墨吸收性增强,油墨干燥速度快。通过添加粒径为2-4um的聚乙烯蜡微颗粒后,聚乙烯蜡微颗粒之间存在更多的微观空隙,涂层更具开放性,进一步增加了涂层对油墨的吸收能力和干燥速度。同时聚乙烯蜡的耐磨性好,其微颗粒结构可以更大程度提高耐刮擦性能。本发明专利申请的三防热敏纸同时具备更好的耐刮擦性能和印刷适应性,具有更广泛的适用性。
发明内容
为解决上述存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种三防热敏纸及其制造工艺。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种三防热敏纸,包括原纸、预涂层、热敏涂层及顶涂层,所述顶涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:分散剂:0.2-1.5份、无机颜料:20-40份、硬脂酸锌:5-15份、聚乙烯醇:10-25份,VAE胶乳:30-40份、聚乙烯蜡微颗粒:5-10份。
进一步地,所述顶涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:分散剂:0.4-1.0份、无机颜料:25-35份、硬脂酸锌:8-12份、聚乙烯醇:15-20份,VAE胶乳:32-38份、聚乙烯蜡微颗粒:5-8份。
另,所述顶涂层的厚度为1-3μm。

(2)配置预涂层涂布液:在预涂层配料罐中加水,打开搅拌装置,加入分散剂及无机颜料,在高速搅拌条件下搅拌1-1.5h,再加入保水剂、消泡剂、丁苯胶乳,在低速搅拌条件下继续搅拌0.5-1h,形成预涂层涂布液待用;
所述预涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:分散剂:0.2-1.5份、无机颜料:70-90份、保水剂:5-10份、消泡剂:0.2-1份、丁苯胶乳:5-15份。
(3)配置热敏涂层涂布液:在热敏涂层配料罐中加水,打开搅拌装置,加入分散剂、无机颜料,在高速搅拌条件下搅拌1-1.5h,再加入聚乙烯醇胶液、显色剂研磨液、增感剂研磨液、无色染料研磨液、润滑剂,在低速搅拌条件下继续搅拌1-1.5h,形成热敏涂层涂布液待用;
所述热敏涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:分散剂0.2-1.5份、无机颜料30-50份、聚乙烯醇5-15份、显色剂20-30份、增感剂5-15份、无色染料10-15份、润滑剂2-5份;
(4)配置顶涂层涂布液:在顶涂层配料罐中加水,打开搅拌装置,加入分散剂及无机颜料,在高速搅拌条件下搅拌1-1.5h,再加入硬脂酸锌乳液、聚乙烯醇胶液、VAE胶乳及聚乙烯蜡微颗粒分散液,在低速搅拌条件下继续搅拌0.5-1h,形成顶涂层涂布液待用;
所述顶涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:分散剂:0.2-1.5份、无机颜料:20-40份、硬脂酸锌:5-15份、聚乙烯醇:10-25份,VAE胶乳:30-40份、聚乙烯蜡微颗粒:5-10份。
(5)将各涂层涂布液加入至涂布机料槽中,在原纸上方依次涂布预涂层、热敏涂层及顶涂层,所述预涂层的涂布量为5-12g/m2,所述热敏涂层的涂布量为3-6g/m2,所述顶涂层涂布量为2-5g/m2,三个涂层为一次性涂布,下机压光、分切成品得到三防热敏纸。

本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明提供的一种三防热敏纸,在顶涂层中添加有聚乙烯蜡微颗粒,聚乙烯蜡微颗粒具有优良的耐磨性能,因此可以提高热敏纸的耐刮擦性能;
(2)聚乙烯蜡微颗粒同时还具有优良的化学稳定性及润滑性,可以同时充当润滑剂提高热敏纸的光泽和加工性能;
(3)顶涂层中的聚乙烯蜡微颗粒能在热敏纸表面形成规则的“凸点”,并均匀分布,热敏纸表面的凹凸结构更有利于油墨的吸收,增强印刷黑度,“凸点”结构使涂层更具开放性,加快印刷油墨的干燥速度。
(4)本发明提供的一种三防热敏纸,在顶涂层中添加有VAE胶乳,提高涂层的孔隙度,油墨吸收性增强,油墨干燥速度快。

实施例1
一种三防热敏纸的制造工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)选用原纸的定量为50g/m2,正面平滑度为60s;
(2)配置预涂层涂布液:在预涂层配料罐中加水,打开搅拌装置,加入分散剂及无机颜料,在高速搅拌条件下搅拌1h,再加入保水剂、消泡剂、丁苯胶乳,在低速搅拌条件下继续搅拌0.5h,形成预涂层涂布液待用;
所述预涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:分散剂:0.8份、无机颜料:82.7份、保水剂:6份、消泡剂:0.5份、丁苯胶乳:10份。
(3)配置热敏涂层涂布液:在热敏涂层配料罐中加水,打开搅拌装置,加入分散剂、无机颜料,在高速搅拌条件下搅拌1h,再加入聚乙烯醇胶液、显色剂研磨液、增感剂研磨液、无色染料研磨液、润滑剂,在低速搅拌条件下继续搅拌1h,形成热敏涂层涂布液待用;
所述热敏涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:分散剂0.5份、无机颜料34.5份、聚乙烯醇7份、显色剂28份、增感剂13份、无色染料14份、润滑剂3份;
(4)配置顶涂层涂布液:在顶涂层配料罐中加水,打开搅拌装置,加入分散剂及无机颜料,在高速搅拌条件下搅拌1h,再加入硬脂酸锌乳液、聚乙烯醇胶液、VAE胶乳及聚乙烯蜡微颗粒分散液,在低速搅拌条件下继续搅拌0.5h,形成顶涂层涂布液待用;
所述顶涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:分散剂:0.5份、无机颜料:28份、硬脂酸锌:12份、聚乙烯醇:18份,VAE胶乳:35份、聚乙烯蜡微颗粒:6.5份。
(5)将各涂层涂布液加入至涂布机料槽中,采用计量棒涂布方法在原纸上方依次涂布预涂层、热敏涂层及顶涂层,所述预涂层的涂布量为5g/m2,所述热敏涂层的涂布量为4g/m2,所述顶涂层的涂布量为3g/m2,三个涂层为一次性涂布,下机压光、分切成品得到三防热敏纸。
实施例2
一种三防热敏纸的制造工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)选用原纸的定量为60g/m2,正面平滑度为80s;
(2)配置预涂层涂布液:在预涂层配料罐中加水,打开搅拌装置,加入分散剂及无机颜料,在高速搅拌条件下搅拌1.2h,再加入保水剂、消泡剂、丁苯胶乳,在低速搅拌条件下继续搅拌0.7h,形成预涂层涂布液待用;
所述预涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:分散剂:1.0份、无机颜料:80份、保水剂:6.5份、消泡剂:0.5份、丁苯胶乳:12份。
(3)配置热敏涂层涂布液:在热敏涂层配料罐中加水,打开搅拌装置,加入分散剂、无机颜料,在高速搅拌条件下搅拌1.2h,再加入聚乙烯醇胶液、显色剂研磨液、增感剂研磨液、无色染料研磨液、润滑剂,在低速搅拌条件下继续搅拌1h,形成热敏涂层涂布液待用;
所述热敏涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:分散剂0.5份、无机颜料36.5份、聚乙烯醇7份、显色剂25份、增感剂15份、无色染料13份、润滑剂3份;
(4)配置顶涂层涂布液:在顶涂层配料罐中加水,打开搅拌装置,加入分散剂及无机颜料,在高速搅拌条件下搅拌1.2h,再加入硬脂酸锌乳液、聚乙烯醇胶液、VAE胶乳及聚乙烯蜡微颗粒分散液,在低速搅拌条件下继续搅拌0.8h,形成顶涂层涂布液待用;
所述顶涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:分散剂:0.5份、无机颜料:26份、硬脂酸锌:15份、聚乙烯醇:16份,VAE胶乳:35份、聚乙烯蜡微颗粒:7.5份。
(5)将各涂层涂布液加入至涂布机料槽中,采用膜转移涂布在原纸上方依次涂布预涂层、热敏涂层及顶涂层,所述预涂层的涂布量为6g/m2,所述热敏涂层的涂布量为4.5g/m2,所述顶涂层的涂布量为2.8g/m2,三个涂层为一次性涂布,下机压光、分切成品得到三防热敏纸。
实施例3
一种三防热敏纸的制造工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)选用原纸的定量为180g/m2,正面平滑度为120s;
(2)配置预涂层涂布液:在预涂层配料罐中加水,打开搅拌装置,加入分散剂及无机颜料,在高速搅拌条件下搅拌1.5h,再加入保水剂、消泡剂、丁苯胶乳,在低速搅拌条件下继续搅拌1h,形成预涂层涂布液待用;
所述预涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:分散剂:0.8份、无机颜料:76.7份、保水剂:8份、消泡剂:0.5份、丁苯胶乳:14份。
(3)配置热敏涂层涂布液:在热敏涂层配料罐中加水,打开搅拌装置,加入分散剂、无机颜料,在高速搅拌条件下搅拌1.5h,再加入聚乙烯醇胶液、显色剂研磨液、增感剂研磨液、无色染料研磨液、润滑剂,在低速搅拌条件下继续搅拌1h,形成热敏涂层涂布液待用;
所述热敏涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:分散剂0.5份、无机颜料37份、聚乙烯醇6.5份、显色剂25份、增感剂15份、无色染料13份、润滑剂3份;
(4)配置顶涂层涂布液:在顶涂层配料罐中加水,打开搅拌装置,加入分散剂及无机颜料,在高速搅拌条件下搅拌1h,再加入硬脂酸锌乳液、聚乙烯醇胶液、VAE胶乳及聚乙烯蜡微颗粒分散液,在低速搅拌条件下继续搅拌1h,形成顶涂层涂布液待用;
所述顶涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:分散剂:0.8份、无机颜料:28份、硬脂酸锌:12份、聚乙烯醇:16份,VAE胶乳:37份、聚乙烯蜡微颗粒:6.2份。
(5)将各涂层涂布液加入至涂布机料槽中,采用计量棒涂布方法在原纸上方依次涂布预涂层、热敏涂层及顶涂层,所述预涂层的涂布量为5g/m2,所述热敏涂层的涂布量为4g/m2,所述顶涂层的涂布量为3g/m2,三个涂层为一次性涂布,下机压光、分切成品得到三防热敏纸。
对使用上述方法生产的实施例2中的三防热敏纸进行检测,检测数据如表1,显色保存率按以下公式计算:

从表1中可以看出,该三防热敏纸具有较好的耐水、耐油、耐乙醇、耐塑化剂及耐摩擦性能。此外,该热敏纸有利于油墨的吸收,增强印刷黑度,加快油墨干燥速度,提高印刷适应性,满足客户对印刷质量的要求。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种三防热敏纸,其特征在于,所述顶涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:分散剂:0.4-1.0份、无机颜料:25-35份、硬脂酸锌:8-12份、聚乙烯醇:15-20份,VAE胶乳:32-38份、聚乙烯蜡微颗粒:5-8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种三防热敏纸,其特征在于,所述顶涂层的厚度为1-3μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种三防热敏纸,其特征在于,所述VAE胶乳的Tg温度为8-10℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种三防热敏纸,其特征在于,所述VAE胶乳的PH值为6-8。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种三防热敏纸,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯蜡微颗粒的分子量为3000-4000 g/mol,熔点不低于100℃。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种三防热敏纸,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯蜡微颗粒的粒径为2-4μm。
8.一种三防热敏纸的制造工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
选用原纸的定量为50-180 g/m2,正面平滑度为60-120s;
配置预涂层涂布液:在预涂层配料罐中加水,打开搅拌装置,加入分散剂及无机颜料,在高速搅拌条件下搅拌1-1.5h,再加入保水剂、消泡剂、丁苯胶乳,在低速搅拌条件下继续搅拌0.5-1h,形成预涂层涂布液待用;
所述预涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:分散剂:0.2-1.5份、无机颜料:70-90份、保水剂:5-10份、消泡剂:0.2-1份、丁苯胶乳:5-15份;
配置热敏涂层涂布液:在热敏涂层配料罐中加水,打开搅拌装置,加入分散剂、无机颜料,在高速搅拌条件下搅拌1-1.5h,再加入聚乙烯醇胶液、显色剂研磨液、增感剂研磨液、无色染料研磨液、润滑剂,在低速搅拌条件下继续搅拌1-1.5h,形成热敏涂层涂布液待用;
所述热敏涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:分散剂0.2-1.5份、无机颜料30-50份、聚乙烯醇5-15份、显色剂20-30份、增感剂5-15份、无色染料10-15份、润滑剂2-5份;
配置顶涂层涂布液:在顶涂层配料罐中加水,打开搅拌装置,加入分散剂及无机颜料,在高速搅拌条件下搅拌1-1.5h,再加入硬脂酸锌乳液、聚乙烯醇胶液、VAE胶乳及聚乙烯蜡微颗粒分散液,在低速搅拌条件下继续搅拌0.5-1h,形成顶涂层涂布液待用;
所述顶涂层由以下组分按所示重量份数组成:分散剂:0.2-1.5份、无机颜料:20-40份、硬脂酸锌: 5-15份、聚乙烯醇:10-25份,VAE胶乳:30-40份、聚乙烯蜡微颗粒:5-10份;
将各涂层涂布液加入至涂布机料槽中,在原纸上方依次涂布预涂层、热敏涂层及顶涂层,所述预涂层的涂布量为5-12 g/m2,所述热敏涂层的涂布量为3-6g/m2,所述顶涂层涂布量为2-5 g/m2,三个涂层为一次性涂布,下机压光、分切成品得到三防热敏纸。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种三防热敏纸的制造工艺,其特征在于,所述涂布方法为计量棒涂布或膜转移涂布。
