本发明公开了一种天然渔网防污剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5‑6、天然助剂4‑5、氟硅共聚树脂15‑20、碳酸氢钠10‑12、轻质碳酸钙5‑8、蛋白酶0.5‑1、氧化镁2‑3、木质素磺酸钠1‑2、改性荞麦粉7‑9、去离子水30‑40。本发明防污能力强,加入的改型荞麦粉、天然助剂、氧化镁等物质均对藤壶、海洋微生物具有抑制作用,应用于实际捕捞过程中效果明显。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及防污剂领域,具体为一种渔网防污剂。
背景技术
海洋生物污损是指海洋污损生物如藤壶、贻贝、苔藓虫等的幼虫在船体、鱼箱、油井等海洋设施或其它海洋生物表面附着生长而形成群落,从而对被附着物造成巨大损害,如加速金属腐蚀、降低海洋设施性能、影响水产养殖业产量和质量等。在海洋污损生物中,藤壶是分布最广、危害最大的一类。全世界每年由于海洋生物污损导致的经济损失巨大。以渔网为例,污损生物在渔网附着,使渔网损坏速度增加40%,为此全球渔业每年损失上亿美元。目前使用的防污损材料主要是在渔网等设施表面涂布含有杀虫剂或有机金属的有机涂料。这些防污损材料在发挥防污损作用的同时也严重破坏了海洋环境,如有机锡氧化物(TBTO) 使许多鱼类和海洋生物的免疫系统遭到破坏,而杀虫剂对目标污损生物和非目标生物都产生毒害,并直接危害人类健康。因此,寻找高效、低毒的天然渔网防污剂已成为各国面临的重大课题。
发明内容
为解决以上问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种天然渔网防污剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5-6、天然助剂4-5、氟硅共聚树脂15-20、碳酸氢钠10-12、轻质碳酸钙5-8、蛋白酶0.5-1、氧化镁2-3、木质素磺酸钠1-2、改性荞麦粉7-9、去离子水30-40。
所述的轻质碳酸钙粒径为50-100目。
所述的改性荞麦粉制备方法如下:将硬脂酰单甘酯、大豆磷脂混合物30份加入100份的荞麦粉中,硬脂酰单甘酯与大豆磷脂混合物成分按重量比例计算为1:3。
所述的天然助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:苦皮藤5-6、牛蒡子3-4、白车轴草5-7、山核桃外果皮1-2、大青叶3-4;将以上原料混合后粉碎至50-60目,然后放入7-8倍体积、浓度为55%-60%的乙醇中,用微波加热提取5-6min,然后回收乙醇,合并滤液后喷雾干燥即得。
一种天然渔网防污剂,由以下步骤制成:
(1)将烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、氟硅共聚树脂、碳酸氢钠、轻质碳酸钙、氧化镁、木质素磺酸钠与去离子水加入搅拌机,在62-68℃下以转速400-450转/分钟搅拌5-6分钟;
(2)将改性荞麦粉、蛋白酶、天然助剂加入搅拌机中,在45-50℃下以转速500-550转/分钟搅拌7-8min,取出后静置至室温即可。
有益效果:本发明防污能力强,加入的改型荞麦粉、天然助剂、氧化镁等物质均对藤壶、海洋微生物具有抑制作用,应用于实际捕捞过程中效果明显。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种天然渔网防污剂,由以下重量份的原料制成:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5、天然助剂4、氟硅共聚树脂15、碳酸氢钠10、轻质碳酸钙5、蛋白酶0.5、氧化镁2、木质素磺酸钠1、改性荞麦粉7、去离子水30。
所述的轻质碳酸钙粒径为50目。
所述的改性荞麦粉制备方法如下:将硬脂酰单甘酯、大豆磷脂混合物30份加入100份的荞麦粉中,硬脂酰单甘酯与大豆磷脂混合物成分按重量比例计算为1:3。
所述的天然助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:苦皮藤5、牛蒡子3、白车轴草5、山核桃外果皮1、大青叶3;将以上原料混合后粉碎至50-60目,然后放入7-8倍体积、浓度为55%的乙醇中,用微波加热提取提取5min,然后回收乙醇,合并滤液后喷雾干燥即得。

所述的轻质碳酸钙粒径为100目。
所述的改性荞麦粉制备方法如下:将硬脂酰单甘酯、大豆磷脂混合物30份加入100份的荞麦粉中,硬脂酰单甘酯与大豆磷脂混合物成分按重量比例计算为1:3。
所述的天然助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:苦皮藤6、牛蒡子4、白车轴草7、山核桃外果皮2、大青叶4;将以上原料混合后粉碎至60目,然后放入8倍体积、浓度为60%的乙醇中,用微波加热提取6min,然后回收乙醇,合并滤液后喷雾干燥即得。
一种天然渔网防污剂,由以下步骤制成:
(1)将烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、氟硅共聚树脂、碳酸氢钠、轻质碳酸钙、氧化镁、木质素磺酸钠与去离子水加入搅拌机,在68℃下以转速450转/分钟搅拌6分钟;
(2)将改性荞麦粉、蛋白酶、天然助剂加入搅拌机中,在50℃下以转速550转/分钟搅拌8min,取出后静置至室温即可。
实施例3
将实施例1、2与市售的渔网防污剂涂布于渔网上,置于同一水域6个月后进行数据对比如下:

1.一种天然渔网防污剂,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5-6、天然助剂4-5、氟硅共聚树脂15-20、碳酸氢钠10-12、轻质碳酸钙5-8、蛋白酶0.5-1、氧化镁2-3、木质素磺酸钠1-2、改性荞麦粉7-9、去离子水30-40。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种天然渔网防污剂,其特征在于所述的轻质碳酸钙粒径为50-100目。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种天然渔网防污剂,其特征在于所述的改性荞麦粉制备方法如下:将硬脂酰单甘酯、大豆磷脂混合物30份加入100份的荞麦粉中,硬脂酰单甘酯与大豆磷脂混合物成分按重量比例计算为1:3。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种天然渔网防污剂,其特征在于所述的天然助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:苦皮藤5-6、牛蒡子3-4、白车轴草5-7、山核桃外果皮1-2、大青叶3-4;将以上原料混合后粉碎至50-60目,然后放入7-8倍体积、浓度为55%-60%的乙醇中,用微波加热提取5-6min,然后回收乙醇,合并滤液后喷雾干燥即得。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种天然渔网防污剂,其特征在于由以下步骤制成:
(1)将烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、氟硅共聚树脂、碳酸氢钠、轻质碳酸钙、氧化镁、木质素磺酸钠与去离子水加入搅拌机,在62-68℃下以转速400-450转/分钟搅拌5-6分钟;
(2)将改性荞麦粉、蛋白酶、天然助剂加入搅拌机中,在45-50℃下以转速500-550转/分钟搅拌7-8min,取出后静置至室温即可。
