一种内膨胀式乙二醇锑储存装置
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种储存罐装置,尤其是涉及一种内膨胀式乙二醇锑储存装置。
【背景技术】
已知的,储存罐是液体或粉末状物体的大型储存工具,通过储存罐可使原料在加工后、分装前的临时或长期存放获取稳定的环境,但是一般的生产企业不具备加工储存罐的能力和设备,因此需要通过外购方式获取储存罐,受到运输环境、厂房的限制,储存罐制作的通常较小,在原料大量生产后无法存放“储存罐为固定的容积”,而先期购进较大的乙二醇锑储存罐,在使用不了的情况下非常占用空间,并且运输也是个大问题。
【发明内容】
为了克服背景技术中的不足,本发明公开一种内膨胀式乙二醇锑储存装置,利用外套筒中的内罐体、内套筒上升,便可以扩容至少一倍以上,不用时占用空间面积较小,而且具有运输方便,组装快速等优点。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种内膨胀式乙二醇锑储存装置,包括内罐体、内套筒、外套筒和底板,内罐体的上端为封闭结构,在内罐体的上部设有入料口,内罐体的内部腔体为罐体主腔体,内罐体的下端外缘设置的密封圈A与内套筒的上部内壁活动配合,上升后的内罐体内部形成增加容积A,在内套筒下端外缘设有密封圈B,外套筒上端套在内套筒的密封圈B外缘,上升后的内套筒内部形成增加容积B,底板固定在内套筒的下端,所述内套筒的下部一侧设有出料口。
所述的内膨胀式乙二醇锑储存装置,内罐体的上端设置为圆弧形罐顶,入料口设置在圆弧形罐顶的一侧,在入料口上设有盖板。
所述的内膨胀式乙二醇锑储存装置,内罐体的下端外缘面上间隔设有上夹持圈和下夹持圈,密封圈A的内面夹持在上夹持圈和下夹持圈之间。
所述的内膨胀式乙二醇锑储存装置,在内套筒的下端外缘面上间隔设有上夹持圈和下夹持圈,密封圈B的内面夹持在上夹持圈和下夹持圈之间。
所述的内膨胀式乙二醇锑储存装置,在底板的下部面靠近外缘设有“ㄣ”形环板,密封圈C的内面夹持在“ㄣ”形环板与底板的下部面之间,所述密封圈C外缘与外套筒的下端内面过盈配合,“ㄣ”形环板的下部通过多根锁紧螺丝固定在外套筒的下端,在“ㄣ”形环板内的底板上设有纵横加固板。
所述的内膨胀式乙二醇锑储存装置,在内罐体的上端外壁设有环形板A,所述环形板A的下端设有环形平板A;在内套筒的上端外缘设有环形板B,环形板B的下端设有环形平板B;在外套筒的上端外缘设有环形板C,环形板C的下端设有环形平板C;多根螺杆的中部分别螺纹连接环形平板A上均匀分布的螺孔,在多根螺杆的上端分别设有旋拧柄,多根螺杆下端的顶块A顶在环形平板B的上部面上形成内罐体的抬升机构;另外的多根螺杆中部分别螺纹连接环形平板B上均匀分布的螺孔,在所述另外的多根螺杆的上端分别设有旋拧柄,所述另外的多根螺杆下端的顶块B顶在环形平板C的上部面上形成内套筒的抬升机构。
所述的内膨胀式乙二醇锑储存装置,在环形板A的外部面与环形平板A的上部面上设有多块三角加固板;在环形板B的外部面与环形平板B的上部面上设有多块三角加固板;在环形板C的外部面与环形平板C的上部面上设有多块三角加固板。
所述的内膨胀式乙二醇锑储存装置,在内套筒的上端内壁设有内套筒内折弯板,所述内套筒内折弯板与内罐体之间留有间隙。
所述的内膨胀式乙二醇锑储存装置,在外套筒的上端内壁设有外套筒内折弯板,所述外套筒内折弯板与内套筒外部面之间留有间隙。
所述的内膨胀式乙二醇锑储存装置,出料口设置在外套筒的下部一侧,在出料口上设有封闭板。
由于采用如上所述的技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明所述的内膨胀式乙二醇锑储存装置,利用环形平板A上均匀设置的螺孔螺纹连接螺杆中部,由旋拧柄的旋转获取内罐体的抬升,使内套筒形成增加容积B;由环形平板B上均匀设置的螺孔螺纹连接另外的螺杆中部,由旋拧柄的旋转获取外套筒的抬升,使外套筒内形成增加容积A,由于本发明的内罐体、内套筒和外套筒设置为分体结构,不仅制作难度大幅减轻,而且运输方便,检修维护也非常方便;大幅度的减少了成本投入,在乙二醇锑原料较少时占用空间也相对较少;本发明设计独特,有效克服了现有技术运输不便、占用空间大的弊端。

实施本发明所述的内膨胀式乙二醇锑储存装置,本发明的安装过程为:
1、将密封圈A14套在内罐体8下端的上夹持圈与下夹持圈之间形成的环形凹槽中;然后将内罐体8由内套筒18底部插入内套筒18中;
2、将密封圈B21套在内套筒18下端的上夹持圈20与下夹持圈22之间形成的环形凹槽中;然后将内套筒18由外套筒19的底部插入外套筒19“这时内套筒18和内罐体8相互之间应当进行固定”中;
3、把密封圈C26套在“ㄣ”形环板33与底板25之间形成的槽中,使用锁紧螺丝27固定“ㄣ”形环板33与外套筒19的底端;然后利用入料口3或出料口23对本发明试压,确认密封效果后进行下一步作业;
4、将一体结构环形板C15和环形平板C17套在外套筒19上端外缘面上并通过焊接固定在外套筒19上;一体结构环形板B11和环形平板B13套在内套筒18上端外缘面上并通过焊接固定在内套筒18上;一体结构的环形板A5和环形平板A6套在内罐体8的上端并通过焊接与内罐体8形成一体;
5、将多个顶块B16放置在环形平板C17上部面对应环形平板B13的螺孔处,将数量与环形平板B13螺孔相同的螺杆7穿入环形平板B13的螺孔,使螺杆7下端穿在顶块B16的中孔内“顶块B16中孔内可放置轴承,利用轴承外圈形成在环形平板C17上对的支持螺杆7,而螺杆7下端插入轴承内圈方便螺杆7的旋转”;同理,将多根螺杆7穿入环形平板A6的螺孔内,与多根螺杆7等同数量顶块B16放在环形平板B13,多根螺杆7下端插入顶块B16中孔内。

1.一种内膨胀式乙二醇锑储存装置,包括内罐体(8)、内套筒(18)、外套筒(19)和底板(25),其特征是:内罐体(8)的上端为封闭结构,在内罐体(8)的上部设有入料口(3),内罐体(8)的内部腔体为罐体主腔体(31),内罐体(8)的下端外缘设置的密封圈A(14)与内套筒(18)的上部内壁活动配合,上升后的内罐体(8)内部形成增加容积A(29),在内套筒(18)下端外缘设有密封圈B(21),外套筒(19)上端套在内套筒(18)的密封圈B(21)外缘,上升后的内套筒(18)内部形成增加容积B(30),底板(25)固定在内套筒(18)的下端,所述外套筒(19)的下部一侧设有出料口(23);
进一步,在底板(25)的下部面靠近外缘设有“ㄣ”形环板(33),密封圈C(26)的内面夹持在“ㄣ”形环板(33)与底板(25)的下部面之间,所述密封圈C(26)外缘与外套筒(19)的下端内面过盈配合,“ㄣ”形环板(33)的下部通过多根锁紧螺丝(27)固定在外套筒(19)的下端,在“ㄣ”形环板(33)内的底板(25)上设有纵横加固板(28);
进一步,在内罐体(8)的上端外壁设有环形板A(5),所述环形板A(5)的下端设有环形平板A(6);在内套筒(18)的上端外缘设有环形板B(11),环形板B(11)的下端设有环形平板B(13);在外套筒(19)的上端外缘设有环形板C(15),环形板C(15)的下端设有环形平板C(17);多根螺杆(7)的中部分别螺纹连接环形平板A(6)上均匀分布的螺孔,在多根螺杆(7)的上端分别设有旋拧柄(4),多根螺杆(7)下端的顶块A(12)顶在环形平板B(13)的上部面上形成内罐体(8)的抬升机构;另外的多根螺杆(7)中部分别螺纹连接环形平板B(13)上均匀分布的螺孔,在所述另外的多根螺杆(7)的上端分别设有旋拧柄(4),所述另外的多根螺杆(7)下端的顶块B(16)顶在环形平板C(17)的上部面上形成内套筒(18)的抬升机构;
