本发明公开了一种毛管端面切割装置，包括有工作台，工作台上可转动地安装有水平设置的第一转轴，还包括有第一电机，第一转轴由第一电机驱动，工作台上固定有平行于第一转轴的导轨，导轨上安装有支座，支座上安装有平行于导轨的螺杆，还包括有第二电机，螺杆由第二电机驱动，支座上成型有一通孔，支座上绕通孔轴心线均布有三个平行于通孔轴心线的第二转轴，每个第二转轴上且与第一转轴相邻的端面上均固定有一个切刀，第二转轴上的另一个端面均固定有一个连杆，还包括有固定在支座上第三电机，第三电机输出轴端固定有底板，每个连杆的另一端铰接在底板上，本发明结构简单，非常实用。

本发明涉及毛管加工设别技术领域，特别涉及一种毛管端面切割装置。
背景技术：
毛管是粉刷滚筒的重要部件，毛管在加工的时候，需要将毛管加工成一定长度，且毛管端面需要切割平整，现有的设备中都是采用单把切刀进行毛管端面的切割，在切割的时候，毛管容易晃动，使得毛管端面不够平整。
发明内容：
本发明提供了一种毛管端面切割装置，解决了现有技术中毛管端面切割的时候，端面不够平整的技术问题。
本发明的技术解决措施如下：一种毛管端面切割装置，包括有工作台，工作台上可转动地安装有水平设置的第一转轴，还包括有第一电机，第一转轴由第一电机驱动，工作台上固定有平行于第一转轴的导轨，导轨上安装有支座，支座上安装有平行于导轨的螺杆，还包括有第二电机，螺杆由第二电机驱动，支座上成型有一通孔，支座上绕通孔轴心线均布有三个平行于通孔轴心线的第二转轴，每个第二转轴上且与第一转轴相邻的端面上均固定有一个切刀，第二转轴上的另一个端面均固定有一个连杆，还包括有固定在支座上第三电机，第三电机输出轴端固定有底板，每个连杆的另一端铰接在底板上。
优选地，第一转轴上成型有一块挡板。
优选地，第一转轴轴心线与通孔轴心线相重合。
优选地，第一电机为步进电机。
本发明的有益效果在于：在本发明中，将待切割的毛管插套在第一转轴上，然后在第二电机的驱动下，支座前行，将毛管端头插套在通孔内，在第三电机的作用下，底板转动，带动连杆，连杆第二转轴，第二转轴驱动切刀对毛管端面进行切割，由于是均布的三把切刀，所以切割时候稳定，毛管端面很平整，本发明结构简单，保证了产品质量，非常实用。

一种毛管端面切割装置，包括有工作台2，工作台2上可转动地安装有水平设置的第一转轴3，还包括有第一电机1，第一转轴3由第一电机1驱动，工作台2上固定有平行于第一转轴3的导轨5，导轨5上安装有支座，支座上安装有平行于导轨5的螺杆4，还包括有第二电机8，螺杆4由第二电机8驱动，支座上成型有一通孔，支座上绕通孔轴心线均布有三个平行于通孔轴心线的第二转轴，每个第二转轴上且与第一转轴3相邻的端面上均固定有一个切刀6，第二转轴上的另一个端面均固定有一个连杆，还包括有固定在支座上第三电机7，第三电机7输出轴端固定有底板，每个连杆的另一端铰接在底板上。
具体地，第一转轴3上成型有一块挡板9，挡板9对毛管进行定位。
具体地，第一转轴3轴心线与通孔轴心线相重合，确保第一转轴3上的毛管伸入通孔内。
具体地，第一电机1为步进电机，控制毛管的切割速度，使得端面平整。
本发明的工作原理是：本发明中，将待切割的毛管插套在第一转轴3上，然后在第二电机8的驱动下，支座前行，将毛管端头插套在通孔内，在第三电机7的作用下，底板转动，带动连杆，连杆第二转轴，第二转轴驱动切刀6对毛管端面进行切割，由于是均布的三把切刀，所以切割时候稳定，毛管端面很平整。

1.一种毛管端面切割装置，包括有工作台（2），其特征在于：所述工作台（2）上可转动地安装有水平设置的第一转轴（3），还包括有第一电机（1），所述第一转轴（3）由第一电机（1）驱动，所述工作台（2）上固定有平行于第一转轴（3）的导轨（5），所述导轨（5）上安装有支座，所述支座上安装有平行于导轨（5）的螺杆（4），还包括有第二电机（8），所述螺杆（4）由第二电机（8）驱动，所述支座上成型有一通孔，所述支座上绕通孔轴心线均布有三个平行于通孔轴心线的第二转轴，所述每个第二转轴上且与第一转轴（3）相邻的端面上均固定有一个切刀（6），所述第二转轴上的另一个端面均固定有一个连杆，还包括有固定在支座上第三电机（7），所述第三电机（7）输出轴端固定有底板，所述每个连杆的另一端铰接在底板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种毛管端面切割装置，其特征在于：所述第一转轴（3）上成型有一块挡板（9）。
