技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于啤酒过滤槽的反冲洗装置，尤其涉及一种平底过滤槽筛板与底板之间的清洗装置。
背景技术
传统啤酒过滤槽的反冲洗是通过在底部洗涤管上安装一个喷嘴或缩小洗涤管口径实现筛板与底板之间的清洗工作，结构简单，但无防止麦汁倒流入洗涤管的功能，导致卫生性差，麦汁浪费，用户不满意，是各大啤酒设备制造商头疼的问题，本发明反冲洗装置实现了自动闭合，防止麦汁倒流入洗涤管的功能，解决了过滤槽反冲洗麦汁倒流的一大难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为克服现有传统的过滤槽反冲洗装置的弊端，提供一种既简约化又功能化的新型反冲洗装置。
本发明新型啤酒过滤槽的反冲洗装置由内丝底座、移动滑块、下喷嘴、上喷嘴、固定螺栓组成，下喷嘴安装在内丝底座上，上喷嘴与移动滑块通过固定螺栓连接在一起并安装在下喷嘴内部。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明结构简单，具备止回功能，有效防止了麦汁到流入洗涤管。
本发明为四周喷洗涤液，冲洗效果良好。

具体实施方式：
为能清楚说明本方案的技术特点，下面通过具体实施方式，并结合附图，对本方案进行阐述。
将内丝底座1、过滤槽底板8、洗涤管9如图所示进行焊接装配，下喷嘴3安装在内丝底座1上，上喷嘴4与移动滑块2通过固定螺栓5连接在一起并安装在下喷嘴3内部，当过滤槽进行麦汁过滤过程中，由于上部麦汁7有压力及移动滑块2与上喷嘴4的自身重力，上喷嘴4与下喷嘴3会自动闭合实现麦汁7不能倒流入洗涤管9内，起到防回流功能，当麦汁过滤结束或过滤过程中需要进行反冲洗时，有一定压力的洗涤液10将移动滑块2与上喷嘴4顶起来，洗涤液10从下喷嘴3与上喷嘴4周边喷出，实现冲洗功能。

1.一种用于啤酒过滤槽的反冲洗装置，它包括包括内丝底座、移动滑块、下喷嘴、上喷嘴、固定螺栓，其特征是：下喷嘴安装在内丝底座上，上喷嘴与移动滑块通过固定螺栓连接在一起并安装在下喷嘴内部。
2.根照权利要求1所述的用于啤酒过滤槽的反冲洗装置，其特征是：下喷嘴安装在内丝底座上。
3.根照权利要求1所述的用于啤酒过滤槽的反冲洗装置，其特征是：上喷嘴与移动滑块通过固定螺栓连接在一起并安装在下喷嘴内部。
