实验例
MTT(购自Sigma公司)用生理盐水溶解，配制成5mg/mL的工作液，-20℃保存；二甲基亚矾(DMSO)为西安化学试剂厂生产，分析纯。
MTT法原理
MTT是一种能接受H+的黄色染料。在活细胞线粒体呼吸链中，琥珀酸脱氢酶和细胞色素C可使MTT的四氮唑环开裂，生成蓝紫色的formazan结晶。而死细胞中不含这种脱氢酶。Formazan结晶的生成量与活细胞数成正比，该结晶的DMSO溶液在570nm处有最大吸收峰，所以，可通过检测formazan结晶的量来评价药物对细胞增殖的影响。
测试方法
取对数生长期的肿瘤细胞，将细胞密度调至2×105个/mL，按每孔200μL加到96孔细胞培养板中，于37℃通入5％CO2的培养箱中培养12h。样品分别设定5个浓度梯度，每个浓度设3个平行样，同时设阳性、阴性对照，每孔加样品液或空白液各2μL，培养72h，然后每孔加MTT液10μL，继续培养12h，37℃，2000r/min离心8min，吸去上清。每孔加入DMSO各100μL在微量振荡器上振荡15min，至结晶完全溶解后，酶标仪测定每孔570nm处的吸光值(OD值)。取三孔平均OD值按IR％＝(OD对照-OD样品)/OD对照×100％来计算样品对细胞增殖的抑制率(IR％)。
人鼻咽癌细胞株，所述细胞株在中国典型培养物保藏中心保藏的保藏编号为CCTCC NO：C2015144(参见CN105524885A)，采用MTT法，以阿霉素为阳性对照药进行体外抗肿瘤活性评价，结果如下：

1.一种治疗鼻咽癌的中药组合物，其特征在于，它包含下列重量份的物质：西洋参20份、沙参20份、瓜蒌仁30份、马鞭草25份、百合20份、川贝母20份、辛夷20份、防风20份、紫珠草20份、鸡血藤30份、蝉蜕20份、蚤休20份、藕节20份、半夏20份、山慈菇20份、铁皮石斛20份、壁虎10份、天南星20份、郁金20份、川芎20份、八月扎20份、女贞子20份、海藻25份、蒲黄20份、黄药子20份、天花粉20份、金银花25份、猫爪草20份、土元20份、鳖甲50份和生甘草10份。
